Understood freakers... but even tho I still feel the same way I did the day I knew I loved Tom (and I love him more and more every day) it hasn't stopped this last nightmare cycle I've been in for 3 weeks now. So my happiness didn't work on it this time... but I bet if I were in the sun and salt water again it would. It was that way for me BOTH times we went to the island and worked for Sue too. But we know everyone's different... and I'm sorry it didn't help you sweetie.
I loveyou ~~ bannanny

Freaky, I get the leg, foot, arm, hand cramps. What I take that is Magnesium Oxide 400 mg. Cramps are gone in minutes after taking 1 tablet. It is sold OTC at any drug store. Good luck. Jill Hey Freaky, smackers! I've been out of the loop but just happened to see your postings... that's good advice, Jill. Someone said, I think it was Ppy, that they hurt their arm where to where the skin was broken and 'the morgs' all came more to that area?... or something like that... Anyolewho, who knows if what's wrong with us isn't involved in our immune responses to injuries or wrapped up in the inflammation process somehow, why wouldn't it not be? So... it could be possible that 'the morgs' gather where we have inflammation to cause more pain, we just don't know for sure yet. If this is an external injury also - wrap it with an ace bandage to give you more support while it heals. The wrapping reduces pain - like how we hold our finger tight when we smash it to relieve it. (But, don't wrap your leg too tightly to cut off circulation, naturally.) We hear... for instance - restless leg syndrome can be partially caused by potassium deficiency. Yes, mineral imbalances can cause cramps, pain and a whole lot of other bad health issues. Upon me finding benefit in taking the magnesium sulfate (epsom salts) recently and taking small amounts internally - it's like... I can feel that my electrolytes or body chemistry has been out of whack for some time and by taking the magnesium sulfate (probably most or all the different magnesiums work approximately the same?) I feel like I'm trying to get back to 'normal' or homeostasis, like I'm coming back home. We can almost guess with certainty with all the different scientific manipulations that we've studied here in our foods, the water, more pollution, etc. that this has to affect our internal mineral chemistry? Probably, most all of our minerals are out of whack somehow?... We're closer to figuring out what this imbalance is - there's some pretty smart cookies out here. I believe that the epsom salts is in the purest form, and, it's very affordable... I'm using the crystals. I know it tastes bad - just put some lemon in it to help get it down, or if you prefer the 'store bought' supplements - fine, just be careful of where they are being manufactured as water is added to make a tablet, for instance. I believe that magnesium, in whatever form, is one of the keys in helping us fight this... along with zinc to fight the iron. Of course, there's lots more going on with us...

Sometimes I wonder if the reason I get so many electrical sensations is becuz morgs have congregated evern more where I had my spinal surgery... right where all our nerve endings lie. I've got those sensations goin on head to toe tho... very magnetic and very electrical. I just wish I knew why this last cycle has been so very on-going. It won't ease up for nothin... but it's ok, I'll always make it thru becuz of you guys, love from my dear hubby, my family, and God!!
love ya's ~~ bannannas

Nanners, I bet if you went back to the island, you would get well, for real. There was too much love the last trip. Paper beats rock. Rock beats scissors. Scissors beats paper, etc. ya know, well, love beats salt. Getting married, all the excitement placed you in a notch higher than the last time. When you go back next time, you two will have gone down a notch, and the competition will no longer exist between the salt, & the love. The love value will still be off the charts, but then the salt always is.
Also, the tornadoes have resulted in an atmospheric change in the weather, and quite possibly you've been mistaken for a tree. I hope I didn't get tornadoes mixed up with hurricanes. Unfortunately, you've been zapped, & are just having a little trouble releasing your recent charge. I have always wondered if maybe a slight electrical charge, say from a radio battery might just jolt the electricity out of you, that is if it didn't kill you. That surely wouldn't be worth the try unless you had someone well versed in that field. I got the faith though honey, you'll be doing better in no time.
I'm sorry, all this analytical thought took so much time, I'm going to have to write the rest of you babes tomorrow. Not to say I've even finished here yet though.
Big Smackers might help, freaky

Hi kammy, thanks for your reply. Honestly, that was very good advise from Jill. Thank you Jill. I'm taking 1,000 mg. of mag a day though, so I don't think that's the problem. I'm also taking liquid minerals as well. If you don't have any, you best get some, but you need to be careful not to take too much. I think they can cause havoc on your kidneys. On my hipbone is where the pain starts, so it's an internal thing. Well, actually, it's where the thigh is, or starts.
And occasionally I take the epsom salts. I do take the tablets, but they work quite well, really, & with the vit. C.
My doc told me to take zinc for my eyelashes because so many kept falling out every night. I've been on that a long time.
The worst seems to have subsided, but I seem to have this dull pain in my calves when I wake up, & before I go to bed. I appreciate your advise, & it's probably what I'd tell someone who was whining like me. I guess we all ought to pray Whymore (sp?) gets an ample amount of money from the donation to come up with some answers, and treatments!!!!!!!!!!!for all that ails us. Yes, I think it's time for us to make a ruckus.
Thanks so much kam. I think it's time for you to do some whining. I know you're getting better, but it is uplifting at times, and good to know someone cares about you.
Hugs, & dead bugs, freaky

skizit, you are the funny one. ha ha ha ha I did have a question. Don't all morgies have dark blood in the first place? If that were true, I don't know how that test would be valid. If I can get it in, in the 6 min. I have to talk to my doc, after driving 3, & 1/2 hrs. to see her, I'll mention the oxygen test for sure though. But I already know it's scant. I'd love to have an oxygen machine, & just take off into the wild blue yonder. I bet I'd wake up.
love ya, freaky

Nanners, I was really shocked I didn't get better at the ocean. It may have helped my face, but I can't talk about that yet, for fear of bad luck. I do think the problems we have are due to the morgs hanging out together. I've been working on my wings under my arms. Now one arm hangs lower than the other. I spray them with dettol, put salt on them, baking soda, clay, etc. Fibers weigh a lot I bet, & of course fungus, or mold sure would, because when I get the fungus, or mold out of my face, it's thick, & heavy compared to the light, white, fluffy stuff, like a cream puff. Maybe, ya think fiber accumulation might cause electricity? It's got all those crystals, black specks, chunks of what not, & then you have the fibers moving. You have to have electrical stimulation for that to happen, maybe. I think maybe you got globs of fibers so thick you can throw out light waves. Try turning off some of your circuit breakers. I'm not well versed in electricity, & herbs yet. Hope this helps. haha
Love ya big bunches, freaky
