After reading that article I decided I want to start eating Grapefruit again. I was brought up on half a grapefruit for breakfast. I was going to buy the yellow grapefruit but I was really shocked when I saw them in the supermarket - they look nothing like or even feel like a yellow grapefruit used to look. So I decided to go for the Ruby Red Grapefruit, they are nice & large & if you cut them in half 2 grapefruits will do breakfast for 4 days! Yes, good stuff. I grew up too eating grapefruits, and still chug down 1/2 gallon a week of the non sweetened grapefruit juice by Ocean Spray. I'm addicted to it, hahaha It seems like it anyways, because I don't ever think I could go without this either. When the white grapefruits are in season, I eat those any time too. They're very good for you Itchin . Plus all that Vitamin C they give the body too.

I add a few drops of white graphfruit oil in my lotions and and vinegar of 4 thieves insect repellent that you make is very good too.
