Excerpt from above link...
This is a fascinating, compassionate article about a group of people whose maladies have been ignored by mainstream medicine - and who, despite everything, continue bravely to insist that they deserve medical treatment. They are clearly suffering a disorder, and it's time science came up with something better than "they're crazy."
YA THINK??
Anyhoo, just wanted to say something regarding those phantom bugs in hotel beds...
I once stayed in a Motel 6 on the ocean in my third year of morgs. I had to get away and be alone to try and save myself at the time. But I sure didn't get what I expected as far as peace and quiet goes. Instead, I found myself going even more insane due to a heavily infested morgellons room. It certainly wasn't my imagination either... but you guys know that. Now, whenever we go out of town... we get a nice, clean HOTEL room vs a MOTEL room. Seems to me there's a very big difference morg wise between the two.

I know what ya mean headbee... I won't sit on fabric furniture either. It's leather for me... easier to keep clean too! That was some article you posted above... I didn't even have to read it all to think it could very well be one of our problems. Good find headbee... I think. Nah, it is... just don't like to think we're so full of nano stuff that can't be killed. It's like I've always said... you can't kill something that was never "alive" to begin with.
As for the Motel 6's skiz... YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!!!

Here is an excerpt: A bacterial nanowire looks like a long hair sticking out of a microbe’s body. Like human hair, it consists mostly of protein. To test the conductivity of bacterial nanowires, the researchers grew cultures of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1, a microbe previously discovered by co-author Kenneth Nealson, the Wrigley Professor of Geobiology at USC College. Shewanella tend to make nanowires in times of scarcity. By manipulating growing conditions, the researchers produced bacteria with plentiful nanowires. The bacteria then were deposited on a surface dotted with microscopic electrodes. When a nanowire fell across two electrodes, it closed the circuit, enabling a flow of measurable current. The conductivity was similar to that of a semiconductor — modest but significant. When the researchers cut the nanowire, the flow of current stopped. Previous studies showed that electrons could move across a nanowire, which did not prove that nanowires conducted electrons along their length Could this be the black fibers ? Protein!!!!!!! Why cant somebody put all the facts together: Lymes, Blood Bacteria, Fibers and Nanowires and the fact Nasa is reporting they found a bacteria that lives on Arsenic www.nasa.gov/topics/universe/features/astrobiology_toxic_chemical.html

Just keep doin what you're doin headbee... and one day we WILL get the facts together! For comparison's sake, here's a pic of nanowires... And here's a pic of what grew from the gel shards I get outta my hands... Could be the same... I've got more pics tho that look like nanowires, and I believe they're a part of this mess too. As for the electrical part... I feel like one giant circuit board myself. In fact my head's been buzzing like crazy the last 2 days... it feels like a whole bunch of electrical volts goin right thu my scalp. I've been feeling the electrical sensations for a loooong time tho... but the times (like now) when it really gets goin, I just wanna pull my skin and hair out altogether. Thank God it always passes after awhile tho, giving us those much needed breaks we wait for... until the next time that is. I'm gonna go buy some Papaya Enzymes at Whole Foods and see if they help. I thought of it after talking to my hubby's Aunt. She gives them to her rabbits cuz they break down the protein in the hair balls they swallow. So I figure it just might work on breaking down the unknown morg protein too... we'll see! hugs ~~ bannanny
