Moe, Just a suggestion, try spreading some Vick's on the area. If there is something lurking under the skin this will bring it out. By the way, every time I am given an antibiotic my symptoms flare up afterward. Ditto for steroids. So I try to avoid them as much as possible.

That might help too Moe what Justhangin suggested. And...it "might" be a swollen lymph also. Hard to tell. Is the skin rashy like, itchy or just a lump under the skin? It's so hard to tell what it is, but here's some info on "Lumps under the arm". www.bettermedicine.com/article/underarm-lumpIf "the one med/antibiotic that your doc gave you cleared it up"....and now it's back after not taking it, maybe it is a bacterial lymp node infection. Just impossible to know, unless it's checked out, and by what you've written you're not seeing your doc for quite awhile. If you can get to the emergency or urgent care, they may give you an antibiotic, but, if you can't, maybe a very warm compress too might help in the interim. I hope that gets resolved soon for you. And maybe you don't want to take any more antibiotics because (it's just so hard to know what we should or shouldn't do).

Moe... I had the exact same thing this summer. My glands under the arms were swollen. I tried Detol and creams... I put a bandaid on and it made things worse. I had 1 and quickly spread to 4 huge lesions in a matter of 2 days. I walked around the house with my arm in the air cause it was so painful to put it down. When I went to the doctor finally they thought I had MRSA but I knew what it was because I put my microscope camera and saw the many fibers in it. They gave me Cephalexin 600mg. It cleared it up in days. I would take the antibiotics again. Yes I know what you're going thru.... hugs

What antibiotic did your doc give you? If Doxcycline it is readily available online.
I think the Opalesence oxy caps would be very helpful as well as the far infrared heating pad that Dr. Hildy recommends.

Worked like magic. It really might be an infection residing in the lymph. And I sure agree with Glennb about the "heat"...or the far infrared too. Heat will help it 'unlump'...but maybe only temporary, and of course, it could really do job. It's worth trying for sure. It it might fill back up, because infection will need knocked out/killed. You take Doxy every day don't you Moe? I'm sort of thinking you do, and I know that Mr Toni had to try two different antibiotics as the first one didn't do a thing as the bacteria wasn't suseptible to the first antibiotic. It was the Cephalexin, like Simone had that worked for his lump too. Within 10 days, that sucker was gone, and it's been quite awhile now, and it's not returned.

Glenn you've got me remembering things too when I had a lump (under my breast that moved back and forth every single night) which was odd. I think (from what I saw) that lump moved with the lymphatic flow.
But..what I'm getting at, was I applied dry heat all day one day with a heating pad, then wet heat (from a running faucet) in the bath tub the next day and that caused the skin to open up and "release that huge lump of white junk" that was clogging up a lymph under there.
Afterwards I went to Urgent Care and they swabbed it for staph which came back negative.
I guess what I'm trying to say is (if you don't take any more antibiotics) for this, maybe the heat really will work Moe.
The lymphs run all through us, and they "seem" to get clogged up with the junk we have in our body. It might be that too, and Morgs doesn't like the heat.

Only as a last resort , you might try putting vinegar on a make-up cloth, then put baking soda on it, & rub tha under your arm till it's heavily coated with the baking soda. Then let it dry, & keep doing this till something happens, & if nothing does you can be glad you tried it as a last resort. Nevertheless, you might give it a try.

Moe,
Everything you've just said in your nasty post, is not what I said, nor my intent. I think we all can read this thread and I've said only helping options for you, and I see it is only you who is on that war path AGAIN without any reason, except that I'm not replying to your continous wanting of me to converse with you in emails.
You have AGAIN distorted my words for your own "whatever" it is that frustrates you.
Moe,
Quote from me: "And...it "might" be a swollen lymph also.
The word might is just that, (a helpful option) If you can't see that a heating pad MIGHT help you, then Moe, don't use it.
And Moe said: Now Toni your either going to get over whatever it is you are resenting ....
Moe, No, I'm not going to get over it. Moe, you and I both know what that is to your sentence above (in regards to my resenting) and no matter how mad or frustrated you get, I will not reply in personal emails, or talk on the phone. Others don't know what this is about, but you and I do. So, I'll make sure I don't post anymore to your posts (as I was only trying to help) which you know that too. And you stop bothering me and that's that.

Hi Moe . You mentioned this in your first post. I have kept it dry nothing.. not using deoterant, I just wish it would heal its a mess and no thing helps anyone had this .. the morgellons is all over under my arm please help . Thanks Moe You didn't say any bumps but rather morgellons is all over ..... I too assumed my own thing... like lesions. Here's what I went thru ...It's gross swollen gland and lesions. Fibers in them too. I've read somewhere eles that another morgie used the antibiotic cephalexin and it helped ... It really helped me and I would take it again in a second. It cleared up my lesions in days. I'm not here to fight with anyone.... hope you feel better.

Moe, what side of the bed did you get up on this morning any way? This is a vicious attack on Toni--on anyone--let alone someone we care about and whose information we value as much as Toni's. This is certainly not the tone of our site, and it reflects very badly on you, just FYI. I for one would be very happy to see you either change your attitude and respect quotient, or go the way of the highway. And just to clarify and make perfectly clear, I'm emphasizing the changing your attitude and respect quotient so that we can feel free to reach out to you and care for you without the threat of your hurting Toni or anyone else. We care about the people who come to our site, including you.
