Hi Pdidit, Yes, last year ( some of my tiny amber colored specks) that came out of my skin, I then planted into a petri dish and they all grew into a vibrant orange gelatinous textured "gooey" like globs. I've not seen it since then. I don't know what "species this is" or if it's a mutated species. It's almost like "phases" of different things come out of the body. Like "this month it's one thing" then in a few months, it's something else. I believe it to be "fungal related" because of the way the colonies grow, but, that's about all I can say, because I really don't know what it is. Do you have any petri dishes for fungus growths that you can carefully scrape some into, and see if it keeps reproducing? If you can buy some "food grade DE" and wet it, like make a paste to where it's pretty watery, then pour that onto your mattress, so as to allow it to "actually soak into the fabric" then don't touch it till it's "bone bone dry", the DE will absorb ALL that mold/fungi and then you can vacuum it all up in a few days "and your mattress will be 100% free of that". The thing is, I'd be afraid to get near it for several days because that stuff that we see, is nothing compared to the "microscopic spores" that are also within it. Maybe cover it with lots of plastic too till it's gone from the DE. The DE will absorb it and dry out every bit of moisture, but it takes a few days. Is this at the top of your mattress or the bottom. Because "only perspiration" from our bodies allows any mold or fungus to grow, because it can't without moisture. Sorry you have all this going on. Here's a picture of what grew from me, in the petri dish.

Here's something else that's very interesting. In adding ( a particular RED fungus- Monascus) to foods, (they, the GM'ers) who create transgenic plants, have found that this species secretes "beta carotene" which is bright orange too. Hummm, interesting. www.ars.usda.gov/is/pr/2009/090507.htm

thanks elizabeth and toni-- I know what you mean toni--each time I expel a layer of fungus, something new emerges within the environment and on my skin...flakes of skin offer new organsims and new fungi--see my photo album and sub albums--the main page shows what grew on my computer mouse but also other things...looks like when slime mold goes into chemotaxis. There is a stages chart somewhere online. Elizabeth--do you have this in your environment or is this an online photo of what it could be? Toni--are you seeing your symptoms progress? s1035.photobucket.com/albums/a438/pdidit1000/God help us all... ]xxoo pdidit

Pdidit, you'd asked if I've seen my symptom progress?
Acutally no. They're better than they were in 2006, and I don't see the multitude of pigmented (specimens) as I did before, like the blue waxy like stuff.
But, I still feel the tinglies (during full moons and new moons). So if that's hatchings of something, or the body cytokine activity "bringing out what is already going on" called cytokine storms- I just don't know.
I do know I've not lacked any energy since Morgellons and sleep and eat like all is fine. But, if I don't stay all over Morgs (a step ahead of it), it will get me in a heart beat, because I can tell, it's still there, just not showing itself as it did before with all the itching burning lesions I use to get.
If I don't use the "milk and yogurt" on my head every Monday (like I've been doing forever it seems) then I'll feel ticklies on my scalp. So "every Monday" that's part of my life, it seems - ugh.
Also using Tearless baby shampoo at least once a month (suds only) to blink my eyes into and rinse, is what keeps my eyes totally clear and free of that gunk build up or any irritation.
When I miss or just don't take ALL my suppements, out of "just plain tired of it"....then I'll get feeling dragged out/tired like I have the flu or something. Same with stress which is very low key, but when I do get stressed out at any time, WOW does that knock me down like I'm ill.
And so daily, it's a conscious effort to keep the maintenance going, or I do suffer in feeling like my butt is being kicked by a bad flu bug.
So my thoughts are, maybe it's not gone anywhere, as in it's so not "gone". I've only got it settled down. Like having a lid on it. But, if I slack....that lid comes off, and I feel it all.
Maybe it's just that I've got a decent handle on it, because as something crops up (for instance) like when my nails got ripples in them, I read about it - and a need for iron was required, and that was correct back then for me, because I began taking iron supplements (every other day one) or I think it might have been 3 times a week (because too much is poisonous) and now I don't have that problem at all with my nails.
I think (really for some reason) this was depleting me of iron, and because I eat TONS of dark green veggies, so in "normal" life, I shouldn't have been iron deficient, yet, my nails told me by their appearance I was. That too seemed like another "phase" Morgs was in. It seems to cycle into different phases, each one releasing another problem that needs addressed.
That's what I mean, (morgs) is a constant cycle of ailments that we see the symptoms by changes with our body, and we can feel it too, and then imho, we just have to address them as they crop up, or they will get worse.
And it seems like there's no end to "what's next".

Hi pdidit.
No, I found this picture on the internet. Your picture reminded me of fungus or spores that I've seen on pine trees. As a child ( 100 years ago ;D) we use to go camping a lot and hang out in the forest. The pictures that Toni posted from the jelly fungus look a lot of what I've seen on the trees.

guess what --have someone here helping me spray bedroom--had taken a lysol floor wipes and put it soaking wet with added steri-fab with it and left it there to soak into the mattress--i showed him what i wanted to spray and lifted up the mattress pad---it eliminated the orange but just in that spot where i put the lysol floor wipe!
how did you get this out of your body? what are you taking?
I have petri dishes --just ordered but am finding it hard to bring out a microscope and look at this stuff again--was very tired of doing that!
Will try the DE now--thanks Toni!

Hmm, thanks Elizabeth--I had suspected my pine tree in the back yard was causing problems since it had a slime mold clump at the base of it...you know the one that looks like a brain? It sickened me to have to take this tree down but I was fairly certain something weird was going on with it.

Hi everyone, Interesting you post this, as I just wondered about a similar staining making me wonder if I had spilled something? Toni, I will crave spinach at times and noticed a recent paper at Carnicom suggests the organism consumes iron from the human host. www.carnicominstitute.org/articles/bio2011-6.htmI have photograhed a few shots where there was staining of the skin almost the same color of a 'rusty' oxidation. Hope folks are not in alot of pain today! Love to all, dianna

I have associated the orange color with an organism ut have yet to look at it to see whether it is mold or an insect. I think it is the latter and perhaps a mite just because I have tried to culture this and it even sent it off to a lab and no fungus showed up. Doesn't always mean anything tho--could be another unknown.. I can't seem to bring myself to look at anything anymore. Makes me more upset about this whole thing--but Tony--great photos. What kind of microscope do you use? As I said to lynn--my goals always seem thwarted because of obstacles and health--my computer crashed big time and had to get a new laptop that was a lemon...then got another which I am having trouble with too--AND the co. I bought it from. Think I need an exorcism I go for yet another test at john hopkins on Tuesday...another diversion from getting on board with the awareness campaign and investigation into what is growing in this condo. Need to get this alien out of my intestines so this test is for a 'push' endoscopy where they want to do lots of biopsies [bit disappointed--wanted the camera capsule to video the location and then zap it out!!! Guess I was dreaming...think biopsies might be a waste of time--and could mke it spread??? I dunno eek $$$$] So bear with me being in and out of posting!!!

Hi Pdidit, You'd asked what kind of scope I used to take that picture? It's the QX5. I'd read that next month the new QX7's are going to be available too. I like it because it's easy to use, really easy actually.

Hi Toni,
I will check that scope out since my little celestron just kicked the bucket. I was thinking I should let it all rest a while, no more pics for a spell... but really want to get better magnification and continue. Each piece together with the others... we have to keep at it. Hope you feel strong today!

Thanks Toni--looked it up and there is a wide range of models-- some costly $$$. I have a good generic scope but the camera part of it is awkward. I didn't want to bring it out again, but really need to get this orange growth thing under control....nothing so far cleans it. It seems to be building in my toilet tank too...different places i.e. around door handles so this tells me it is on or in me too. Am trying mustard oil right now, then this oxy detergent. USed the lysol and sterifab again and for hard surfaces, this does little. Tried the DE too and nothing happened.
Can't hardly see to type--literally cross eyed... thanks for the info guys

Hope you feel strong today! Dianna Hi Diana, For scopes, gosh there sure are so many to pick from. I like the QX scopes (but) the magnification isn't great. At 200, it's pretty dark. I'd gotten it only because of the "easy'ness" of it at the time I did for the ability to take pictures and video's. The Celestron seems pretty nice. Sorry yours stopped working. Also you'd mentioned about eating spinach regarding iron. It "seems" many of us have or had iron deficiencies, which is odd. I too had "symptoms" of iron deficiency, and don't know how, but my nails were showing classic signs. And good health to you.

Pdidit,
Wow, that's awful about the orange stuff all over like that. I sure can't even imagine what it is. Are your eyes giving you problems right now? If so, I sure hope they get feeling better.

Pdidit,
So funny you should mention the toilet tank... I noticed an orange-ish stain in the bowl from the water that comes out of the tank...? Maybe we should dump some vinegar in the tank and let it sit overnight and see if that does something. Hope all went well at your apppointment at Hopkins!
Toni- I can't stop taking pics... I'm a pic freak! I jiggled the connections and tightened some thing near the lights and the Celestron worked again. There's a whole host of goodies I can take pics of since the last time it was used. Until it blinks its last LED flash, I'll use it and then check out something with a higher magnification power. Hope all are experiencing a decent day and wish us all a good night sleep...!
love,
Dianna

And it seems like there's no end to "what's next". Hi, Toni and P-- I am completely in line with what you mention above, Toni, on all counts. Since a couple of nights ago, I'm itchy and sleepless in Baltimore! Whew. All night I itch and am awake on and off. Not fun, is it. And there is a new moon. Both of these symptoms happen to me every time there is a new moon. And the stress issue...oh, yes. Any even little bitty stress gives me viral symptoms. It's very hard to get anything done because of that. And my immune system must be mega low, as I keep getting fever blisters, boils, and staph infections. Glamorous picture, isn't it. I see my internist this week for a complete physical, which is recommended and paid for by Medicare which I started last week. (I can't believe I'm at that age, now!!!!!) :-) It is so strange. But it's one of the many perks of getting older, so I'm learning to embrace it and just go with it.

I too am in line with what you said Toni-and stress and symptoms make me feel rung out like you Violet, fever blisters, fibers and bee stings and sticky stuff , wormy stuff-the agro to me just fits but hey i am only a recipient of this stuff. Now it is inside my ears with vesicles? plastic like transluscent hard and quite painful to remove. Finally I did the milk yogurt treatment on my hair and left in for 24 hours. Now i didnt smell so great but it did calm down the movement in my "hair". How nice it is when my hair doesnt dance. deep in my ears, particularly right ear.
