For about 3 weeks I've had a new symptom - if I can call it that. I keep getting a warm sensation underneath my right foot. It's not constant, but it's there and it's weird to say the least.
I Googled "warm sensation underneath foot" only to find another person asking the very same question...lol I also Googled "Lyme & warm sensation underneath foot" - only burning sensation came up in that search. I know that burning sensation had that for years, this warm feeling is new.
Anyone else have this? I know you guys are not doctors and can't give medical advice which I appreciate - however need to ask - do you think I should mention this warm sensation to my GP? or just let it go along with the other trillion weird symptoms...
Thank you itchin

I've not had that, but have had a sudden dampness feeling in a small area here and there, like tiny rain drops.
I would think that warmth would indicate infection/fever. What do you think of soaking in vinegar or epsom salt to see if that draws it out?

Hi bb,
Soaking in Epsom salts no problem at all - which is exactly what I had been doing - and still have the sensations. It can feel like a hair dryer blowing on the bottom of my foot.
It could well be neurological. I will keep a check on it.
Thank you.

check peripheral neuropathy forums (beginning of possible nerve damage) I have heard Dr. Wymore say/wrote on the OSU website that Morgellons affects the nervous system and causes neurological problems.

Makes sense to me personally... they expain fibromyalgia as amplified pain receptor sensation, that the nerve endings actually change shape in expectation of receiving and transmitting pain. I see fibro as a step in the Morg journey, all interconnected as one, very polymorphic disease experience... ie DNA modification of humanity.

I went to see my GP this morning. I told him about my foot, so he wants me to have MRI of my spine and foot, and an x-ray too. He said there could be a local lesion and needs to rule out gout. I said to him that I could feel my nervousness literally rattling, and that was because I was upset. I'll pay the money for the MRI, I doubt they will see much other than an old spinal injury which I've had 28yrs. Hmmm....I think I'll go raid the kitchen cupboards Love you
