Hi Itchen www.restlesschipotle.com/2011/04/all-the-stuff-you-dont-want-to-eat-but-you-do-anyway/A lot of foods use Silicone Silica. This may explain how I got Morgellons. For years when I eat to much ice cream or chocolate I would feel weak and a bit like I was poisoned yet I craved it. I am a pan scraper also. Probably ate some coating when putting food away and had to scrape and eat a little left in the pan. M & Ms made me feel this way as well as most ice creams. Some worse then others. Isatrods ice cream and some of the Bryers. Ate a lot of bread from time to time before getting syptoms. As I suffered symptoms for eight years I became even more easily effected by ice cream. I would say it made me sick the most often. Maybe because I ate it more then other. Way back when I would have it every week end. A big bowel. Wonder if any of my meds had this also in it. Generic brands mostly. Hmmm has me thinking. In Light Lynn P.S. Have other had symptoms slowly come on before the full out break from eating to much Silicone Silica and never realized it before the first out break of fibers or even the bug invasion? Would love this to be the answer, but it leaves to many loose ends. Like the people who pass on the disease by merely having sex or hugging a loved one too long. Like the mother and daughter who hugged and passed it to the other. Did they have the same diet and so the bug part was able to transfer easily to the other victim? In Light Lynn/TorpedoLynn

Hi Lynn,
I would like to think this article is it, but I doubt it. Not denying that silicon is probably amongst one of the things causing this disease. Over time (a long time) bits and pieces of the truth may come out.
