Hi Dave
No sorry mine did not look like that. Mine had little feet like an inch worm at the front end and not at the back. It was very bloated but the skin looked more like that of the mite pic that Toni has. Oh boy would I wish now I still had that to send to you. I found out that sending any sample of bugs I have might not do any good. I guess those hard to kill parasites fall apart really fast when disturbed. So even water after one is frozen might make it fall a part into unrecognizable pieces. I guess that would explain why the agriculture department with a big scope could only find bug legs on the glue traps back when I was crawling on top of crawling over the surface of the skin. Not under or in the skin.
I say that last bit because so many articles say crawling under the skin. I have crawling over the surface of the skin. Constantly fooling me into thinking it is a baby spider or tiny ant. When really buggy way back when I could feel them crawling over the tops of each other fighting for prime location (my privates) and would fall many times down my pant legs and sometime grab hold of part of the leg and crawl back up or settle for the lower legs. I highly suspect pubic Lice, but the samples I collected back then and showed the Dr. I am not sure what type of mite they were but defiantly all stages of some mite. Also a ear mite my husband got to view hunkered down in a pore on my arm back then.
In Light Lynn p.s. Thank you for your input and help.

Hi friends, Lynn - there are mites which can be seen with the naked eye but I very much doubt that any of their larval stages would be an inch long. This is much more likely to be a nematode. The largest nematode I know of is Ascaris Lumbricoides, which grow to extraordinary lengths: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ascaris_lumbricoidesDespite what Wikipedia says, these have also been observed in the skin, but they leave visible burrows. Yours may have been a larval stage? But I can't say for sure without an image. @scabdraggr - since my last visit here, a correspondent has contacted me with images and an intriguing theory that ties in with that of Clifford Carnicom and Dr. Gwen Scott. If what he says is true, it explains how Morgellons is being spread. It also explains why, when all of us on the planet have the Morgellons fungus in our bloodstreams, not everyone has developed the disease. My friend's theory seems to pinpoint the triggering mechanism. I'd be very grateful if you could send me the images with the yellow material to which you refer, as well as the others we discussed earlier. ayla - long time, my friend. Good to talk with you again. The Heat Lotion and the ozonated oil have worked wonders with the itch - getting all the crud out seems to stop it. But so far they still don't work to stop the tickles. Something occurred to me last night in bed which I haven't had time to research yet. I've noticed that the itch is a burning itch. As a teenager, I accidentally stepped into an open drain full of caustic soda. The sensation produced by the sores that immediately developed on my foot and calf was identical - a burning itch. There are certain organisms that have the ability to move into and through flesh by using a caustic substance that actually dissolves it. More on this to come when I can find the time to do some research. I'm very happy that you don't have any skin issues (lucky you). But with regard to the bacterial issue vis a vis coconut oil, it's important to state not every bacterium or virus uses a lipid "overcoat." Since all the research I've done on this oil indicates that it's antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal, it's very odd that it doesn't seem to work for you. I can't explain this. And many thanks for the tip about its drain-clogging properties. toni - I'd love to try to replicate your demodex "debris" experiments. Unfortunately, the design of my microscope makes it very difficult to use slides, and impossible to backlight. That's all I have for the moment. Talk soon. Love and light to you all. David. David: Just want to tell you how much I like reading your well-written, easy-to-read-and-understand posts, and how you address each person who has commented to you about things. I'm especially looking forward to hearing what your friend's intriguing theory is. And re: Gwen Scott--I've always thought it very odd that she casually mentioned having had contact with someone involved in creating morgellons. That is a huge, huge claim to have so casually made, and I wonder if it's credible or not. I'm wondering what you and others think of that?

Hi violet I wonder if maybe we should all be using the Ultimate Zapper. He has one that is set in such a way. His site shows a grid on the set up and how it functions to kill molds, fungus, and parasites. In Light Lynn/TorpedoLynn Hi, dear Lynn. Funny you should mention this. I was reading today about mold in general in our homes and how unhealthy it is and how hard and expensive it is to get rid of it. I bought my little condo 11 years ago without knowing that the person I bought it from had an overflow from her washer, and a large area near the washer has a moldy smell (I have wooden--hickory--flooring). I've been using what seems to be an effective spray (a natural product I got at the grocery store to use on wood floors), and it helps some, but I'm sure it would be better to have the mold remediated throughout the condo and have the wooden flooring replaced, which is mega expensive. Mold spores must be everywhere. I know I'm not alone in this, as I remember some people saying they finally moved from their homes because the mold was so bad. I've absolutely loved living here, and it's not something that anyone else notices (the moldy area of flooring), but I know that it can't be healthy and that most likely there are mold spores from it around other areas of the condo. I want to ask if others have noticed something else and may have written about already, probably. I just can't remember. But what it is is white cat-fur-like strands that wrap together on the floor, sometimes into big fluffy-looking white dust bunny balls (but they are not regular dust bunnies, I'm sure, because these are pure white and not something I've seen much in the past when I go to vacuum). They grow pretty darn quickly, too. What has shocked me more is that between the end of my keyboard and my mouse (on top a black fabric mouse pad) are several small clumps of these same type fibers which seem to grow overnight into more intricate bundles (they are small), and they seem to have spores that come out from them. They also have what look like knots here and there in the bundles, which is really weird. Awful we are having to deal with such awful things. Awful. I've noticed, too, that my microwave intake grill and the grills on my window air conditioners have the black fibers collect on them. I am not going to go crazy, but just deal with it as best I can. But I am really curious if others are experiencing these things? Also want to mention that I'm having good success with treating my facial lesions and trails with Retin-A (strongest prescription) and MD Forte III lotion with glycolic acid, which is also very strong. I alternate nights using these, and I've found that sealing over the lesions with vaseline after I've applied the medicine reallly helps them even more to heal. They probably won't ever all be gone, but this is helping to keep them under better control. I also find that tweezing out any of those dark, harsh hair-looking fibers that stick straight out of the skin from lesions/trails is absolutely necessary in order for the areas to heal. That has perhaps been the biggest help I've found in keeping the lesions under control. So, Lynn, I haven't at all addressed your real question! I guess I would tend to think of zapping as providing only very temporary help since the air is so full of this stuff that it will come right back on us. I'm so sorry to be such a downer! Maybe it would be worth trying the zapper, to as much as anything eliminate and keep under control the bulk of what is causing us so much problem in our skin.

Hi Violet
Could you post pics of those? Is the wood over treated and not drying out properly so that a type of mold is growing on the dampest part of the service and air current is help providing the shape of those? So weird. When I use to spray the living room weekly fake spider webs would grow on the strafoam around my air conditioner. I also sprayed the car daily to cut back on the attacks from the car and two different times I found giant balls that looked almost like the puff balls you blow on. But these were slightly bigger then a golf ball or golf ball size and they were slightly different. I would be sitting in my car not driving and up from under the car seat it would come and climb right up over the front of the seat to sit neatly beside me. Freaks me out. Did not touch them. The first time I thought what kind of plant or tree did this come from and opened the door and used what ever to push it out. The second time a few months later alarmed me. Also that was the year when lots of extra long gooey webs would float through the air. At first you would think it was just a hatching of spider floating on their webs until you realize these were to thick to long and gooey. That happen for almost two years on the webs floating and have not seen any for two years now. Go figure. Was the weather so dry that they sprayed the sky with something that would produce that during certain situations in the weather. Was it a result of a new spray from the orchards that had to be used at those two years?? I will try to find something on the net that was similar and post the link so you can see what I was finding. Sounds like you are having a tough week. I have notice that when I get my symptoms under control I use less on environment and the whole thing gets better.
Hang in there and Baraka you too. It has been a rough couple weeks. I started take a teaspoon of cold pressed coconut oil every morning and also made myself some large v-cap Diametious Earth/Fresh Water and got more active for a day and now its so quiet I am hardly bothered on the skin by any activity. Even the specks coming out have changed from less out pours and when I do it is as if they have not had a chance to get very big when the body pushed them out. So the out pore is bigger but the specks are tiny tiny tiny. The rest of the day I can hard shake anything over the sink after using the toilet and washing my hands I bend over the sink and grab my shirt and do a gentle shaking to see what is coming off me and gauge how I am doing.

Hi friends, Lynn - thank you for clarification re the object you removed from your arm. However, sending specimens through the mail is a hit-and-miss affair unless you know exactly how to prepare and package them. These should always be sent to a lab that specialises in entomology or infectious diseases. Photomicrographs of the specimen are far easier to use for identification purposes. With regard to your comment on zappers, I would say that a good one can be very helpful. The information on zappers on my website needs to be updated to reflect further research. But in my life at the moment, time is a commodity that's extremely difficult to find. I note you've been ingesting extra virgin coconut oil and food-grade DE and are having excellent results. Please keep us informed about your progress. From this, as well as my own experience with topical coconut oil, I believe that what's happening is that the coconut oil's lipase enzyme is breaking down the lipids which these objects are using to hide from the immune system (lipids are produced by our own bodies, so our immune systems see such lipid "overcoats" as harmless). So there are two possibilities - the first is that the immune system causes the skin to eject the now-detectable objects. The second is that the objects are now smaller in size thanks to their missing "overcoats" and can more easily be removed by rubbing or massage when the skin is oiled or damp. violet - thank you for your kind comments. I believe Dr. Gwen Scott is cognizant of the fact that some people who asked too many questions or got too close to the truth about Morgellons have died in odd circumstances unless they had very public profiles. She may not only be protecting herself but also the identity of her informant. With regard to the Reader's Digest material, I personally find it ominous. Such research and information can be used for evil as well as good. If 80 research bodies with multiple staff have been involved in this "Human Microbiome Project" for five years, then it had to be funded by a "philanthropic" foundation with bottomless pockets. Many such foundations are intimately connected with Big Pharma. www.delusionalinsects.com/styled-40/styled-31/styled-56/index.htmlWith regard to the white balls of fur-like material, I can't help noticing your avatar features the gorgeous Dusty. However, cat hair obviously does not continue to grow once it's been shed. About a year ago, I started to grow my own wheatgrass and alfalfa sprouts in an automatic indoor sprouter. Despite using hydrogen peroxide in the irrigation water, and changing it daily, I noticed fine white strands growing throughout the sprouter after using for about two months. Cleaning it thoroughly with hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, and baking soda wouldn't kill it. So I had to throw it out. I haven't found any more white mould, but I do have very interesting black mould spots in my home - but only in rooms that I frequent. Washing with vinegar followed by baking soda cleaned it up, but it returned within a few days. So I lifted a few of the spots and scoped them. I'm attaching an image below. As you can see, it's like a dark grey mat, with red, blue, black, and clear fibres woven into it, as well as what could be either egg-cases or larval cysts. I had a job done on my home nearly two years ago which made it the driest, warmest house I've ever been in. Since black mould cannot grow without dampness, it appears that this one may have been bioengineered. With regard to your jumping insects, collembola are tiny primitive insects called hexapods. For their size and mass, they outjump fleas. And despite the entomologists' and dermatologists' lies about them, they've been known since the '50s to parasitize humans. They tend to go for areas well populated by hair follicles, such as the scalp and pubic region. I've had reports from collembola infestation sufferers that topical ivermectin can be very effective at eliminating them, but not when ingested. If you make any specimen photomicrographs, please let me know. I can then compare them to very high resolution professional laboratory images commissioned by a sufferer who was kind enough to let me have them. Finally, in my last post, I wrote that I was going to do the Morgellons wine/H2O2 saliva test. I'll make a new post about that. Love and light to you all. David. EDIT: Image is 200 times real size (click it to enlarge). Please note that this image has been reduced in size by 50% to it would fit in the page. Attachments:

Hi Dave
You know just spitting into a petri dish with the red wine might do it. It would be worth a shot if you are having trouble with the wine hitting your system.
Having a little trouble to day with bugs, but not like it was before starting the coconut oil and Diametious Earth. I want to give it a couple weeks before I make up my mind. The mustard water recipe took some time for it to get to a comfort zone and change the habit of events making the outcome more peaceful. I have one strong movement on upper left side of skull. It feels like something big is sluggishly crawling through my hair but on the scalp surface. I can not feel anything with my hand and I sprayed the spot with TKO orange and it moved what ever was there to a nearby area where it move again, but much weaker. I have some swirling going on in the pubic hair. Makes it feel like there are tiny worms in the hair follicles moving around. No biting and no digging.
Yeah I really need to find the proper way to send a bug through the mail. If it is too costly then I am out. Already spend too much money on supplies to fight this. I know that when I treated my lawn with Cedarcide out door spray I had a lot less activity when outside. I love outside and feel very deprived. Only to be fishing by a beautiful lake which is my favorite thing.
Love the links, but the last link said down for maintenance on your last post. More later and love your input.

I've been finding many, many mat-type things, too, sometimes like the one you have shown here, but they are most often white with a blue dot which the white grow around, and they are most often not in any kind of pattern, but just bunched together. When I find just white fibers, they are most often growing in a circular fashion and have sewn themselves into other fabric. Today when I was vacuuming my furniture, I noticed quite a few. I also find these in and on my face.
Also, last night I was awake most of the night because of what felt like biting on the back of my neck. Near morning I found that there was a bunch of white fibers and strands and strands of what were probably polyester fibers (spiderweb-like) that were near my hairline in the back. My nightgown is cotton but has what I think is polyester lace (fushia color). It looked like it must have grown, as I don't have any clumps of fushia polyester around me or on my nightgown. It was truly odd. And the fact I felt bitten all night makes me wonder if the white fibers were trying to take it into my skin. I can't believe I'm saying all of this. It sounds like I'm absolutely crazy. But I know what I saw, and I know it was absolutely not normal, in every way. David, please see my responses in yellow, above.

You know i was going to take a picture of all the products I have tried here, drugs machines books I have read, it was too much work but has given rise to throwing away a large amount of produts sitting here that have been near useless, some touted as a cure.
Most of these items have already been proved useless by the masses online that have tried them and sooner than later dropped from radar.
Many with so called plecebo affect which can be elevated by the sound of a hucksters voice or the written word and a wish to be cured.
There is also the effect that many do not realize, treatment styles, longevity , mixing of products used, herxheimer effect or reaction, and other issues nameless and numberless.
Lets say I use a drug or salve, anything, you say it CURED you, in my mind instanly that word would make you suspect.
Why would it make you suspect, it seems to me you do not understand the scope of the disease, thats why, so many imagine its itching, others think its fibers and black specks, some imagine the lesions, others put all the blame on bugs, bugs we have as yet to see, doctors can not see them and parasite tests come up nill.
Mankind has been the subject of bugs and parasites for millions of years, somethings have changed, maybe it is bugs, but in my opinion it is not the bugs and parasites so much as virus, bacteria, and such other micro organisms, the change a result of overuse of antibiotic and steroid use above and beyond what common sense would dictate.
This is not a designer disease, you got the vector disease that lends you to the symptom pool of issues from hell, when it takes advantage of you that is the question, when or if you manifest all the issues, that is also the question, it is not a question of what you have now, its a question of what your going to get and how soon.
40 years of problems tell me your rollor coaster ride is not over, some times your gonna go up, some times down, as time goes on your going to be more down than up.
You got it baby, you got what I got, the thing in your body that makes you a walking RX (perscption) that is me and you.
Oh back to products, while some people get results from one thing or another for a time, usually that time is short lived, some times imagined and other times there is a possible long term effect, after all this thing is not a rock, it grows therfore it is alive, or is it, could it just be a chemical reaction, could fibers that hardly will not burn be a product of the chemicals in the body, some could be, other symptom aspect seem to have a life of their own like the lesion/TUMORS that hyjack and develop veins to feed them.

Hi friends,
Flying visit.
In one of my earlier posts I mentioned that there were insects capable of producing enzymes powerful and caustic enough to dissolve flesh. I found some:
Assassin Bug. Robber Fly. Japanese Giant Hornet.
Since we already know that bioengineered components are present in Morgellons, it's a good bet that they've also built this into the stew.
I'll continue to look for more in between the cracks...
Talk soon.
Love and light to you all.
David.

David, what entity or researcher conclusivly established that the disease Morgellons was bio-engineered. I do not see any results of this, the only way they could say the entity is bio-enginered is to know exactly what was adapted to make the disease morgellons. First they would have to take samples of morgellons material and establish EXACTLY what it is, then take the material find out WHAT it is and find out how it was mutated, this would also point the way to the manufacturer of the mutant form. I got this 40 years ago, this kind of makes me wonder about bio-engineering. It does not put it out of the question, not at all, but if mankind was working to develope a killer his common entity is bacterial and viral. In this artical I do notice PRION is also in use, the reason for ALZHEIMERS. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biological_agent

And good points, especially re: prions. ! How does one get tested for prions? I'd be interested to see if my internist might consider it for me. Another thing I'm thinking could be a big part of the picture with Morgellons is something others have mentioned through the years, which is leaky gut syndrome. All the symptoms of it seem to fit. What do you think?

Spirochetes are strongly suspected and I believe have been now seen. Can anyone confirm this? I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly. Also, wasn't another research study to be published soon?

LOL, old brain had a old brain fart, please excuse my failure to comprehend what I want to relate some times, MYCOPLASMA is what many others have been tested positive for.
I do not know if you can get a PRION disease test, but is it not funny they use the PRION in bio Warfare and Alzheimers is the result of wayward prions.
Do you know, this is what they say about Prion disease which makes it very scary, you do not need only one or a few bad PRIONS to change all of your other good prions around, so Prion disease is the ultimate contact disease.

I do think some over the years have felt prions may be involved. But yes, mycoplasma is highly suspect, and you say you've had it positively shown in your lab tests? Was any treatment recommended or helpful comments made by your doc? A friend of my cousin died of a prion disease a couple of years ago here in Maryland. Apparently there wasn't anything that could be done to help him. I remember one of our fairly recent presidents saying he didn't want to even talk about prions and didn't want anyone else to, either. I think he said it lightheartedly, but it was obvious he really knew how serious they are. I think it was George H.W. Bush.

In this artical I do notice PRION is also in use, the reason for ALZHEIMERS. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biological_agentI notice that also mentioned is bovine borcellosis (sp?), which is what Dr. Middleveen's study found in cows that is so much like what we have. Spirochetes are strongly suspected and I believe have been now seen. Can anyone confirm this? I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly. Also, wasn't another research study to be published soon? Hi Violet, I don't know anything about a Dr Middleveen (sorry) or his research. I only know the research that came from Austin Texas via Cindy Casey's website; saying that Morgellons disease is a real infectious process and spirochetes have been found in the skin of Morgellons patients. Yes, there is the second part of the research due any day now. All these years hey, this is becoming impossible. Some days I'm ok and others my brain is in park, fatigue profound and pain off the radar. I guess one should keep their eye on this space; www.thecehf.org/press.htmlThanks itchin

Hi friends, In my third post on this thread, I wrote: Plus, you can cook with it, use it for oil pulling, and if you ingest three teaspoons of it a day, it will kill viruses and bacteria in your body that try to protect themselves from your immune system by coating themselves with lipid "armour." In a later post, I wrote that coconut oil contains the enzyme lipase which breaks down the lipid "overcoats" that many viruses and bacteria put on in order to hide themselves from your immune system. Essentially, lipids are fats and waxes produced by our own bodies. Parasites like demodex mites are capable of using this to make safe homes for themselves - these are sebaceous and follicular plugs. Boy, oh boy, have I got a story for you. I'm still having difficulty believing it myself, so I'll go through the timeline to give you a good picture of how it unfolded. Last Tuesday night, I decided to try ingesting extra virgin coconut oil. Since it was late, I took a tablespoon and scraped enough unmelted oil into it so that it looked level. Before bed, I did an all-over application of ozonated hemp seed oil. This yielded little or no skin crud, but I didn't worry because hemp seed oil penetrates the cells as well as the intracellular spaces. On Wednesday morning, as usual, I had quite a few objects sitting on my skin. However, I noticed an increase in tickle sensations throughout the day. That night, I again took my tablespoon of coconut oil and applied Aloe Heat Lotion. I got a fair few expulsions, and again had many more on my skin when I woke up yesterday (Thursday) morning. However, the day brought bad craziness - almost non-stop tickles for the entire day. I honestly believed I was in big trouble and flailed around that morning researching on the internet and trying to figure out what could be going on. And I came across this page: www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/13-evidence-based-medicinal-properties-coconut-oilThe very first bullet point grabbed my attention - "...there are now two solid, human studies showing just two tablespoons a day (30ml), in both men and women, is capable of reducing belly fat within 1-3 months." It immediately struck me that if it's capable of doing this, it must mean that the lipase is being delivered direct to those fat layers. And these are situated directly under the skin. On a hunch, I took three tablespoons of coconut oil - morning, afternoon, and about 10pm that evening. The tickles never stopped. At 2am, I decided to go to bed and started to apply the coconut oil topically. Because it was a cold night, I'd brought an electric fire into my bedroom and stood in front of it naked. I kid you not - it was like an atom bomb going off in my skin. The instant I rubbed the oil in, thousands and thousands of black specks appeared under my hand. This happened everywhere I rubbed the oil in - scalp, face, torso, arms, hands, backs of finger, legs, feet, toes. I was literally covered head to toe with this things. So I went and got a fresh roll of toilet tissue and started to wipe them off before getting into bed. And here's the incredible part:Every time I wiped off an area of my skin, another vast exodus took place - and I mean vast. No matter how many times I wiped an area clean, within about 30-50 seconds it was again covered in specks and granules. And something else amazing: by wiping the areas clean with toilet tissue, I was removing the coconut oil as well as the debris. But by rubbing the areas with my hand again, copious new oil appeared to flow out to take its place. This went on...and on...and on. I started this at 2am - not once did the outflow of crud stop, and not once did I ever have to apply more coconut oil. By 10am this morning, I was so exhausted that I just had to stop - even though the masses of debris were still appearing everywhere with no diminution. There just seemed to be no end to it. I woke at 2pm today, again covered in this muck. So far, no tickles (touch wood). So what's going on here? The only logical explanation is that it's a lipase "sandwich." The ingested oil is penetrating the fat layers and forcing the objects to migrate closer to the surface of the skin to avoid having their lipid "cloaks" ripped away - this movement explains the tickles. And because topical coconut oil penetrates deeper that the hair follicles and sebaceous glands, it then leaves these objects nowhere to go but straight out of your skin. So where's all that extra oil that oozes out of the skin coming from? It couldn't be coconut oil since it's just the lipase enzyme that does all this fat-busting work. It can be nothing else but your own sebaceous oil, now free to flow again because the lipase has destroyed the lipid dams blocking the glandular outflow. Part of it could also be due to the breakdown of all those millions of lipid "cloaks" into their constituent parts - your own fatty oils that were hijacked to make them. I used almost half a roll of toilet tissue but I kept a few sheets with multiple objects on them to scope. It's going to take some time though because there are so many of them. I believe that the heat source is very important because it forces your pores to open wider. Now, I obviously can't say whether this is going to work for all of you in the same way that it did for me, since everyone's infestation seems to differ slightly in its component mix. But I urge you to try it for yourself. Since I don't know whether the Aloe Heat Lotion is necessary for initially "shocking" the skin in this process, I would advise you do this internal/topical coconut oil regimen for at least a week to see how it works for you, particularly if you're carrying a lot of fat. Be advised that once you start this, you may experience a LOT of tickles/crawlies. You may also notice that many of the expelled objects will cause a distinct "burning itch" sensation if left on the surface of the skin. I believe this is caused by the flesh-dissolving enzyme they use to burrow through our skin being released. Also be aware that the process is going to take a LOT of time, if my experience is anything to go by. So you might only be able to do one topical application a day rather than two if your debris production is as prodigious as mine was. Tips:1. Pay special attention to your joints - entire spine, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knuckles, finger joints, hips, knees, ankles, and toe "knuckles" and joints. These things seem to prefer places where pressure is applied - and joint flexure provides this. 2. For the same reason, pay special attention to your buttocks and the small of your back, particularly the areas that contact seats. 3. Also for the same reason, pay special attention to areas of skin that are close to bone - like shins, outside edges of forearms and hands, pelvic bones just above the hip sockets, public bones, bottom of rib-cage, clavicles, cheekbones, eyebrow ridges, jawline, etc. 4. Pay special attention to your feet and toes - it's now known and accepted (even by doctors) that the feet can act as a reservoir for parasites and pathogens. What you'll need:1. Organic extra virgin coconut oil - commercial hot-pressed oil does absolutely nothing good for you and won't work for this since the processing destroys the lipase. 2. A fresh roll of toilet tissue or white paper kitchen towels and a container for the used ones. 3. A warm room with a good heat source, preferably radiant. 4. Time - lots of it. I suggest you turn off your phones and ignore the doorbell. I wish you luck with this, friends. I certainly intend to go on doing it every day until ALL of this muck is gone. Love and light to you all. David.
