I have fasted for over a week, I wanted to make sure I was clean of all the mess.
Here is what I did first, started to eat a huge amount of raw grains, blenderized natural vegatables and fruits, some was disgusting but I gaged it down.
Then I went directly to juicing vegatables and hard fruits, also took PROBIOTICS and some vitamins.
Drank lots of purified ozone water, my water was ozone way before I drank it and just before I drank it. Water was always stored in a glass jug, a big wine bottle with the finger hole, there are always three of these in my fridge.
You can use 35% hydrogen peroxide also in the water 25 drops to a gallon jug, instead of or along with the ozone.
AFTER the fast, choose perfect foods, greens, pineapple, grain all the good stuff, probiotics, skip the fat stuff, but make sure you eat protein, boiled eggs, beans galore, spice the heck out of them do not use salt, get your iodine from drops.
After the fast your body will go ape on absorbing, if you stuff your face you will crave sweets and fats and you will get fat.
You have to force yourself into a mind set before you start to eat, keep greasy meats as a treat, once a week or less, stay away from sweets, eat your favorite fruits..
If you do this your colon will heal up real nice and you will feel more like your on drugs instead of high on life again.
The first few days of NO FOOD are hard, your body is trying to kill you , LOL, its like holding your breath, you get to a point where your body contorts and struggles to get air, but in just a few seconds your body will stop trying to get air and adjust to a lack of breathing, and you do not need to breath again for a very long time.
The first struggle for breathing comes in about 1 1/2 minute, after the struggle is over you can go for a very long time without air, I did this almost eight minutes, you have to be in the zone and it takes practice, if your dedicated meditate I will bet much longer than 8 minutes.
In fact here is a article on 22 minutes, holy breathless idiot batman.
www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2157442/How-CAN-man-hold-breath-22-minutes-The-amazing-feat-world-record-holder-Tom-Sietas-explained.htmlAnyway for food its the third day, on or after the third day there is no struggle with food, it is not painful at all, hunger is gone, you feel like you have been plugged back into your power source, you will have a clear mind and you will feel energized, just like the bunny. You will not want to eat, unless your mind tells you you must, otherwise I had no problem I wanted to go on for much longer.
I even exercised to eat up all my stored fat on my body, I do not think I ever felt better, in fact I have just talked myself into it, starting tonight, lets see if I can do it, I fattened myself up hiding out dealing with my skin issue.
Read online the do's and don't of fasting, I just read one and the idiot says to try one or two day fasts first, OMG, those two days will have you never fasting again, the pain is in the first and second day, the third day its over, I do not know anyone that became faint, or felt ill if they drank all the water they needed
The only adverse affect I have noted before is people that are too weak to wait for one of the best experiences of life, having your body shift over into I will live no mater what mode.
Just like the moment after struggling to hold your breath and your body controls itself, its so cool and relaxing getting past both of these points.
Why did I practice my breath holding ability, snorkeling dive time.
This next fellow dived to 800 feet with only one breath of air, do you know what kind of pressure is on the human body at that depth, your lungs are the size of a pea, every 33 feet is another atmosphere. These people grab a heavy weight and it drags them down into the depths, OMG, 800 feet, then they have to come back up, they can do this much faster than a scuba diver because, they have not added gas of any kind to their blood, the blood will return to its natural state and not fizz like a soft drink when you open the bottle as they come up.
Oh well it just shows what can be done if your determined.
