The video was taken today with my old QX5, and I had to use flashlights to try and brighten up the specimen. It doesn't work so well, but, this was the only way I could share this weird specimen with you. Hi Barb and all, Remember the "kalamata olives"? Well, I'm seeing them now too. Do you still have that happening? If not, was there something in particular that "rid that" little detail, hahah ugh..... And ......(I got brave). I squashed one of the "Kalamata olive looking things, and there's a growth inside it like a STICK. It looks like a stem with thorns, like rose thorns. Here it is, it's about 1/2 inch long. tinypic.com/player.php?v=35hllqa&s=5This is what was inside "the pod I squashed". *uploaded on Tinypic.com* other pictures below my Morgs specimen are someone else's. Has anyone else seen these?

I remember in the past people had their 'specimens' looked at by a lab and many were given the results of it being "plant matter".

One of the news channels too years back, the labs said 'plant material ' also. I remember running that by someone, and they asked me: are you sure 'vegetative matter' wasn't the word used? I said no, it was "plant". Since then, there's not much mention.

Hi Toni, I haven't been on here in quite some time, but yes I do specifically remember those "Kalamata olive" type organisms...and No, I haven't had any in well over a year or more. By chance, do you have a pic of the "olive" itself? What color was it? What was the texture of the outer covering? Did it open up like an Origami design with 4 distinct corners? Did it attach itself to anything that you touched it with? If so, did it release when put into water or other liquid? I know that I posted photos of them somewhere here, a long time ago...in fact I just threw them all away when my fridge died about a month ago. I had them for more than 6-8 years in a preservative and then put them in the fridge. When I looked at them, they were still just as they were when put in the jar...no growth of any kind...not like other samples that had been preserved. The outer covering as I remember, was rather leathery in texture, touch and hard to cut into. It also had a bony structure on the outer edges that folded into each other (the 4 corners), much like bat wings. They were black/dark grey in color throughout. And YES they did have what appeared to be a "spine-like" characteristic down the center, but one could only view it if you killed it and then spread the 4 corners open. It DID have what appeared to be a thorny outer covering and I don't recall what the inside looked like. Perhaps there are pics here from way back when. I know that they came out in large numbers at times....100 or more and all were about 1/2- 1" in diameter. Most were in the half inch size as I recall, though some were much larger...1" or so. I can tell you it hurt when they were expelled, and were tightly closed. Only those that had already died were open, that was what gave me the clue that they COULD open up. When I probed them, I could see that they were definitely alive and would latch on to whatever I was touching them with! They would hold on forever until you put them in water or another liquid...then it was a quick release. I can't believe that I can remember so much about these creatures, but they were one of the more interesting of those that I passed. I remember taking them to the Environmental Sciences Dept. of a university and they had NEVER seen anything like them....and could not give me any info as to what they could possibly be. They were alive when I took them in too. I would be interested in seeing any pics of what the outside looks like to see if they are the same as what I had. I'll never forget them if I live to be 100. Good luck and let me know if anymore appear. They seemed to be on a 3 month cycle....as I recall. Sometimes they were preceded by those reddish/pink structures with the paddle type protrusions, and claw suspended from a central structure with a very specific design on each one...they were all the same and they came out by the hundreds! They were identified as "plant material" by an Infectious Disease Dept. of a hospital. Not vegetable material....PLANT material specifically. Will check back again and hopefully you can find some pics of the outer material and pic of the organism intact. Thanks, CTBarb

Will check back again and hopefully you can find some pics of the outer material and pic of the organism intact. Thanks, CTBarb Hi Barb, Thank you also for the info about the "plant" being diagnosed. To answer your questions about it (the olive thing). By chance, do you have a pic of the "olive" itself? What color was it? What was the texture of the outer covering? Did it open up like an Origami design with 4 distinct corners? Did it attach itself to anything that you touched it with? If so, did it release when put into water or other liquid? This is one of those (I wish I would have things)...because I didn't take a picture of it. I only pictured that "thorny twig" growth that came out from within the center of that specimen. The color was a deep goldeny color, and semi translucent like. The texture was waxy like and smooth. Like cutting through a wax candle somewhat. Oh, I know...those sea weed pods that float in the ocean is what it reminded me of too, (the golden color), and how it floated (they floated) but, I only looked at one. Inside it was full of clearish white soft granules all packed together. Like a "plant pulp" would appear. If, and this is an if (because I can only use my imagination) in describing that thing, but, IF there was a marble sized ball or oval of "ear wax"...well, that's would look like what this thing looked like floating in the water. And the waxy'ness of it was really odd too. Not sticky, just simply waxy like. I cut through it and it didn't move or anything, and I'm not sure about how it opened up, as I do know what you mean, and "next time" I'll sure take all considerations in that too. I stabbed it with a wooden shishkabob stick initially, and all gloved up, I "just rip roared it apart with that stick". That's why I didn't see "how it opened" or if it was even alive, since I just was in the "mode of just do it". But, "next time" - hopefully there's not, but...

Toni, The color was a deep goldeny color, and semi translucent like. The texture was waxy like and smooth. Like cutting through a wax candle somewhat. The color of my specimens were a dark grey/black, much like the covering of a bat, not the gold color that you mention. However, I did have specimens that were of that color and waxy in consistency, but they were of a totally different shape...more oval/round. They too were filled with what appeared to be eggs, or seeds....and they too were waxy and fluid filled. Thank goodness yours do not appear to be of the "Kalamata olive" type or you would have remembered those!!! They did have a spinelike, thorny attachment in what would have been the "spine area"...I'm looking for photos, if I haven't deleted them. Good luck with your search. CTBarb

What a great picture of that "thing" you got there Homeworld. I remember seeing those in the very beginning, but haven't seen them in years. What find to get such a great pic. What are you thinking that is? In the center (it looks like that's where it was anchored to your scalp) - is that correct? Thanks Homeworld.

Interesting I am not positive but quite sure I have found this (THING) in the urine. I did not want to post it because of the bug attributes, now I see another one coming from on the body, very strange looker. I do not know where it is but wish I could find the slide, you would see it is the same. have not used my scope in a very long time, maybe I should take a look at the urine to see what my fiber load is anyway. You may want to ask scabdragger if he has scoped this I do not see a spider here I see a octopus, actually I do not know what I see, but do not imagine because it has 8 appendeges it is a spider. Spiders have distinct body parts, and their legs are not hap hazard like this item, some thick some thin, am I wrong? www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyrLY6SL3qg

I think you hit the nail on the head Toni.
I have to read up on those because that is the exact thing I saw in the urine.

MOST DEFINATELY.............. these most certainly need to be researched by ALL (true) morgellons researchers and not the one(s) hired to be 'gate-keepers/distracters' who are going off talking about KOOKY stuff like UFO's and ALIENS on Television Programs discrediting this very real disease suffered by so many. ( I am talking about the ones who are spending years to find NOTHING most likely on purpose ) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, any researcher who would say it CAN NOT be GMO food but "COULD BE" alien is obviously not serving our best interest trying to understand this disease.

Toni, I have to ask you, what put you on to this answer so fast, that was stellar.
This is the item I saw and I have seen different types, I thought they were all the same only broken, but now I see by looking at many that there are different types,
A few looked exactly like the one posted the other was like four legs with a big eye in the center, it may have had 6 legs.
It has been a long time so I can not remember clearly, but the shape to me looked like somthing out of the ocean I was surprised by it.
One other thing there are alge that can also have these.

Thanks, CTBarb Barb, I found a video (from another morgie) who has (the same thing I saw). Just wanted to show you since I ran across this. This might as well of been my stuff, but it's Pipsters. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fM2pDPhOpBwSee half way through the video (the olive looking pod things). Hope you're doing okay Barb. Love Toni
