Hello Mom's, Thought I would share a bath time secret that has been helping my little one. Shaving cream! I don't want him to realize and worry about what I want to use in his bath, I want it to be fun. So I realized I could use shaving cream, add the EcoVie, ground ginger, oregano, peppermint soap, and even a garlic capsule after using a pin to open. We mix and have fun! Draw on his back and tummy, etc. I tell him he smells so good, like pizza Afterwords, I have him stand up and rinse with clear water then spritz him with the EcoVie. I try to let him air dry as long as poss. I also clean his ears with sweet oil and garlic, his nose with betadine, he has allot of problems there. This is working well, we have been doing this about a month or more now. ;D Good results. Bulgari helped me figure out the spices, she is a gem Always, ebgb

aaah thanx!! I know I tell my grandkids they are just lttle ol slivers. I say sometimes people get slivers trapped in their skin and we have to take them out so we wont be so itchy. I would never say it a bug or any thing weird. Their little heads will soon have enough to worry about.

Thanks ebgb and linagin - good advice. I am so worried abour my wee 2 year old grandchild and his sister who is 6. It's early days for us and his mum freaked today when he passed something pretty horrible. I don't know how we would have coped so far without the support from folk on this board. If anybody has any more advice to help the kids it will be gratefully accepted. We are waiting for the EcoVie to arrive and been using a spritz with a little disinfectant, peppermint oil and tea tree oil but a bit worried about spraying the children. We've just been putting epsom salts and a little of the oils in their baths. We will try the new mixture.

If your fibers are the same as our fibers, then I would take them out when you see them, with tweezers, then put vineagr on the area, Warning it will sting them so you can bribe them with a teddy bear and chocklate bar to feel better, sorry I would rather have them feel the little sting rather than endure the horror of replicating fibers 24/7. Then pat skin dry, and apply the white diaper rash cream with the fish oil in it (any of you who have had a baby know what that is) also contains zinc and then wrap the area in ace bandge,or other bandaids and buy special "sliver taker outer stickers of some animals or princess or whatever and stick it on the bandaid, I have posted this to people before, It worked for my two grandaughters when the fibers first started on their hand and arm. Of course I was so freaked out and "peeed" off that they got it. But I attacked them with a vengence and they have not returned. As far as the bowel problems I do not have advice sorry Now these are the "black hair like fibers I am talking about, and sliver shaped ones, and black seed shaped kind of fibers that itch like the instrumentkens, Put the vineagr and cream on twice a day! and do it every day as long as you see fibers. Please someone help us. Kids dont deserve this bulls***

linagin, I am heartened to hear that your approach has worked for your grandaughters and I'll be following your advice and passing it on to the children's mum. I am so worried about the children.
