That is a great article Frisk! And another thing, assist your lymphatic system in removing toxins by allowing the breast tissue to drain its lymph channels as nature intended. Burn your bras. I'm serious. I wear a satin camisole, but don't have any issues that would make this an uncomfortable alternative. I think I have much better posture as a result of this switch. Damn things never fit right anyway. When I feel like I need a little support I wear a camisole made from spandex. I found these are regular items at Walgreens, ...they are pretty and come in many colors, they are really nice and I wear that over the satin camisole. They don't come in gray, except at my house where hot water and black items can help change white to gray, and beige to platinum. My mom says "only I" can afford to wear platinum underwear. Seriously, I took my clothes out of the wash, and thought, who's underwear is this? They also recommend bouncing on one of the mini trampolines several times a day to help the lymph move, thus helps to cleanse the channel. Lymph always moves forward through its channel, movement helps speed up the process, eventually it dumps the toxins in the bowel, and then the lymph fluid is cleansed in order to be recirculated. Lymph is quite salty. Makes sense, as salt is antibacterial. So, if you jump on your mattress, get rid of the restrictions that inhibit lymphatic flow, and take your salt and C, you will be helping to cleanse your system of the toxins it is trying to discharge. Now, if I would take my own advice, maybe I would start to perk up. This is a great thing about posting, it's therapeutic, it can help drum up some initiative when you are feeling down. THANKS LYMEBUSTERS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY to think things through. AGAIN thanks Friski, another bad habit we need to break. AND I thought those guys with the big brains that made that special plastic that you could cook in an oven or microwave had run thorough tests to ensure our safety. Who can you trust? ONLY Your own common sense I guess. spec

Spec You go braless :Dgood for you!! I cant do that , my breasts are too big and flooppy now with the weight Ive gained i once massaged a lady who wrote a book about breast cancer and prevention and she said the same thing to get the lymph moved to release any stangation. She suggested massage , that seems to sound better than the jumping up and down my breasts get plenty of massage. Another thing about plastic is I had a pet psycic give me a reading on my dog several years ago and she told me to get rid of the plastic water bowl and get a ceramic one, she was right on about everything she said so maybe we shouldnt use plastic at all for food or beverges :-*Frisk
