Some of the tips I have been given on here have made a huge difference and learning more all the time - grsue - what a post. No wonder Patti printed it out. I'm going to do the same. The SYNERGY on this forum is awesome. One of the tips that I am finding useful is spraying with the apple cider vinegar mixed with water - if i get an itchy night I get up spray myself and the sheets then settle down again. Before this was included in my strategy I was often having a bath during the night. Sometimes if I run out of methol crystals I just pop a dollop of Vick in some water and put it on the burner. It does the job.

For H, I've been using borax 1 cup in bath every day for the last three years. How exactly is this supposed to make one sick. I have no effects from it exept for almost no fibers and specks and much fewer lesions. I've also been using Nizoral shampoo as a bodywash (contains ketocainzole) along with it for the past five months and my skin is almost back to normal.. 20 Mule Team borax has been used ito soak infant's clothing ,bedding and diapers for many years never heard of it having any effect on infants and their skin is very vulnerable, ie. permeable.

lil.........This is a really great thread with alot of info that I know will bring some help to you. I think the salt & c protocol is very good along with the oils and menthol crystals.
I'm going to print this thread out for myself too! Everyone has put down alot of incredible info here, but I know exactly what you're saying when you say it's hard to understand. It can get a tad overwhelming sometimes. What I've done in regards to that is to take a deep breath, relax and simplify it all. Then go with your instincts (to begin with) and choose a few remedies that you feel will help with some of your most bothersome symtoms. Things can become even more overwhelming if you try to take EVERYTHING in all at once. So if you read something that "hits" you with a feeling that it will help you, then try it first. You can continue on from there. I found that if I do that, I don't become so overwhelmed with it all. It also helps financially! I know you'll find what helps you the most. We pray for these things daily......we pray for you daily. It may take a little time, but never lose faith......you'll find your way and all of this WILL become easier to live with. I promise you it will!
Huge hugs ~~~ bannanny
