news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20070918/sc_afp/peruhealthoffbeatLIMA (AFP) - Villagers in southern Peru were struck by a mysterious illness after a meteorite made a fiery crash to Earth in their area, regional authorities said Monday.
Around midday Saturday, villagers were startled by an explosion and a fireball that many were convinced was an airplane crashing near their remote village, located in the high Andes department of Puno in the Desaguadero region, near the border with Bolivia.
Residents complained of headaches and vomiting brought on by a "strange odor," local health department official Jorge Lopez told Peruvian radio RPP.
Seven policemen who went to check on the reports also became ill and had to be given oxygen before being hospitalized, Lopez said.
Rescue teams and experts were dispatched to the scene, where the meteorite left a 100-foot-wide (30-meter-wide) and 20-foot-deep (six-meter-deep) crater, said local official Marco Limache.
"Boiling water started coming out of the crater and particles of rock and cinders were found nearby. Residents are very concerned," he said

Yes, we would look kooky if we insisted only on this kind of explaination but.. on the other hand, I think I'm not the only person who believes off-planet origins could be a factor in explaining Morgellons. Nothing earthly matches up so far, and its sheer eerieness seems so mysterious. So I think this is an excellent post for keeping minds open to all possibilities.
I hope this village isn't so remote that scientists won't have resources to study the villagers and the meteor site. No one is saying these people aren't really sick, are they?

I find it entirely relevant, gamom. Not that this is from another planet, it is man-made, nanotech with AI. But do you know the capabilities of these self-replicating machines? Maybe they make it in space? What if these people in Peru end up with the More Gell Ions sickness? What if they try to tell us "It Came from Outer Space...ooooo..." Time will tell. Like Gregor said, "keep minds open to all possibilites."
PS; Morg. Moe, your name in my language means Tired of Morgell(i)ons. Moe=tired. c

We see the first corruption of D.N.A. in chapter 6 of Genesis . The sons of God took wives of the daughters of men. This produced the race Nephillim. This was Noah's days folks. God sent the flood to wipe them out. They are back playing around in his creations again. bibleprobe.com/nephilim.htm May God help us by the blood of Jesus expose our enemy. lilsissy

While we are on the subject of meteorite's . I was wondering has anybody noticed well I feel uncomfortable putting this out here but here goes. On four separate night's this past week, my eye caught a glimpse of what looked like a sparkler shooting down at a slight angle within 100 feet or so of where I was. In a second there and in a second gone!!!!!!!!! whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. lilsissy

Can we get back to relevant topics instead of the Bible and Nephillim? I find this highly offensive in the effort to understand a man-made plague, as it were. Lildisinfosissy, FO. this insn't relative to thread.

Cyn11,
Don't like it, ignore it! I didn't notice any cuss words, hate targeting or real censorship issues in the post you quoted.
No one purposely caused you confusion. Certainly no need to stoop to name-calling!
Remember; man made or not we're in this together.
What is relevant to you might not be so for someone else and vice versa.

Lilsissy,
Yes, I've noticed the "falling stars" I hope they, are the last several nights too, coming down on angles quickly and in long streaks. We sit out in the backyard almost nightly, and I've sure been saying how there's activity more than the usual. Maybe the time of year...I don't know.

I just noticed them for the first time this last week. When did you first notice them? Anybody else see these , when did this start. Any body have a feeling or information on this?

We are going through a period of more falling stars being visible, read about it in the paper but can't remember exactly why this is happening.
I do recall that a huge planetary mass was discovered on the outer edges of our solar system a few years back. Some have called it Planet X, others have thought that it might be NIburu, the legendary planet that was home to the Annunki, whose orbit brings it into close proximity to the earth every 3600 years. There is evidence of heavy meteor showers occuring approx 3600 years ago. The gravity from this massive planet is strong enough to redirect the paths of meteors in the alpha leonids pulling them in towards our planetary system. This results in more visible falling stars as well as meteor hits.
In regards to the Nephilum, the "semi-divine" half breeds that resulted from the extraterrestrial "gods" interbreeding with human females, There are indications that Noah himself carried these genetics, also Abraham and Moses. The renouned conquerer of the Ancient Near East, Sargon the Great's own written accounts of his life indicate that he carried alien or "divine" genetics. The whole concept of "kingship", the divine right to rule, was brought down to earth by the ancient exterterrestrial visitors. After they established dominance of the Earth's populations they handed the reins of power down to their semi-divine offspring. According to some, Almost all of todays Royal families and rulers, including our presidents have genetic ties, bloodlines that can be traced back all the way to the divine ancients.
As far as the Mars rock fibers being the cause of Morg, how convenient for the government who imo, is really behind the creation of this manmade pathogen, for people to blame rocks from Mars instead of mad, irresponsible bio research policies right here on Earth.
Morg originally broke out almost similtaneously in approx 8 cities. San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles in California, Houston, Dallas, Austin and Rockford in Texas. Every single one of these cities is home to a University Campus with major medical teaching/research facility doing bio research in partnership with Sandia National Laboratories for the US Dept. of Defense. What a coincidence!! This suggests to me that Morgs was introduced by deliberate testing of a biolab developed pathogen not fiber off of Mars Rocks.
I regard the meterorite in Peru, if it was a meteorite, with a certain degree of suspicion. Maybe it was a meteorite or maybe the explosion was the result of an scalar weapon attack. Debris from any object hit by a scalar weapon beam would sicken people because of the gravitron radiation that would be created. Like someone said, keeping an open mind about what is what, especially these days, is a good idea.

I agree our morgs are man made , but don't you think that our rulers are not so divine to let this happen without permission. lilsissy

news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070920/ap_on_sc/peru_meteoriteMeteorite likely caused crater in Peru By MONTE HAYES, Associated Press Writer Thu Sep 20, 6:08 PM ET LIMA, Peru - Peruvian astronomers said Thursday that evidence shows a meteorite crashed near Lake Titicaca over the weekend, leaving an elliptical crater and magnetic rock fragments in an impact powerful enough to register on seismic charts. ADVERTISEMENT As other astronomers learned more details, they too said it appears likely that a legitimate meteorite hit Earth on Saturday — an rare occurence. The Earth is constantly bombarded with objects from outer space, but most burn up in the atmosphere and never reach the planet's surface. Only one in a thousand rocks that that people claim are meteorites turn out to be real, according to Jay Melosh, an expert on impact craters and professor of planetary science at the University of Arizona. Melosh was skeptical at first, initially calling it a "non-meteorite" and suggesting that the crater might have possibly come from below as a volcanic eruption. Then scientists learned of more details about the crater, as well as witness descriptions of a thunderous roar and a rain of smaller rocks coming down. "It begins to sound more likely to me that this object could indeed be a meteorite," Melosh said Thursday. Such impacts are rare, and astronomists still want to do other tests to confirm the strike. Other details don't add up, they said — such as witness accounts of water in the muddy crater boiling for 10 minutes from the heat. Meteorites are actually cold when they hit Earth, astronomists say, since their outer layers burn up and fall away before impact.Experts also puzzled over claims that 200 local residents were sickened by fumes from the crater. Doctors who examined them found no evidence of illness related to the meteorite, and one suggested a psychosomatic reaction to the sight and sound of the plunging meteor. More details emerged when astrophysicist Jose Ishitsuka of Peru's Geophysics Institute reached the site about 6 miles from Lake Titicaca. He confirmed that a meteorite caused a crater 42 feet wide and 15 feet deep, the institute's president, Ronald Woodman, told The Associated Press on Thursday. Ishitsuka recovered a 3-inch magnetic fragment and said it contained iron, a mineral found in all rocks from space. The impact also registered a magnitude-1.5 tremor on the institute's seismic equipment — that's as much as an explosion of 4.9 tons of dynamite, Woodman said.Local residents described a fiery ball falling from the sky and smashing into the desolate Andean plain. Doctors told an Associated Press Television News cameraman at the site that they had found no sign of radioactive contamination among families living nearby. But they said they had taken samples of blood, urine and hair to analyze. Peasants living near the crater said they had smelled a sulfurous odor for at least an hour after the meteorite struck and that it had provoked upset stomachs and headaches. But Ishitsuka said he doubts reports of a sulfurous smell. Meteor expert Ursula Marvin said that if people were sickened, "it wouldn't be the meteorite itself, but the dust it raises." A meteorite "wouldn't get much gas out of the earth," said Marvin, who has studied the objects since 1961 at the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in Massachusetts. "It's a very superficial thing." Peter Schultz, a meteor crater specialist at Brown University who is eager to visit the Peruvian site, said the latest details suggest this might be an unusual type of meteor strike, and that given the crater's size, the original meteoroid had to have been at least 10 feet in diameter before breaking up. "With everything I see reported now, it seems to me like we just got hit," Schultz said. Justina Limache, 74, told the Lima daily El Comercio that when she heard the thunderous roar from the sky, she abandoned her flock of alpacas and ran home with her 8-year-old granddaughter. She said that after the meteorite struck, small rocks rained down on the roof of her house for several minutes and she feared the house was going to collapse. Modesto Montoya, a member of the medical team, told El Comercio that fear may have provoked psychosomatic ailments. "When a meteorite falls, it produces horrid sounds when it makes contact with the atmosphere," he said. "It is as if a giant rock is being sanded. Those sounds could have frightened them." ___ Associated Press writers Seth Borenstein in Washington and Monte Hayes in Lima contributed to this report.

What they really need in Peru are true sciencetistas there, like Dematologoists. They could have the meteorite and the associated symptoms figured out in a matter of seconds and DOP (Delusions of.. Pyrite) the whole country......if nesseccary....lol

lilsissy, I didn't mean to imply that our current controlers, rulers, royalty are divine. Quite the opposite, if anything many of them seem to be the spawn of Satan.

art,
It appears that something akin to the DOP conversion effect is already operating in regards to the Peruvian Meteorite. Originally the local peasants were convinced that they had witnessed an airplane explosion. But in the official explanation this gets converted to a meteorite as apparently the locals are regarded as too uneducated and backwards to be reliable witnesses so the airplane scenario must be all in their heads.
Then it is suggested that the illnesses the villagers reported of being sickened by noxious fumes from the explosion are imaginary or psycosomatic (ie delusional), their sicknesses being caused by the great fear experienced upon seeing the comet.
The eyewitness accounts from locals about smelling a bad sulferous smell for at least an hour after the meteor strike are also poo-pooed.
The expert explainers do suggest that there was something very unusual about this meteorite if it indeed was a meteorite as certain things just don't ad up.
