Just thought id let you know I got a blood pressure moniter from Walmart for 39 dollars. It works well , is a manual pump. I encourage anyone doing the salt/c to moniter your blood pressure.
I got it simply because 2 of my friend have high blood pressure and didnt know it till they went to the doctor. Also i have some LOW blood pressure symptoms and want t obe able to check it at home. Also tells your pulse rate. :-*Frisk

I bought one of the automatic ones when I was experiencing blood pressure readings boarding on hypertension. I had to order and wait for the bigger wrap though. I did the salt and Vitamen C as much as I thought and my body told me I could handle. I try to do a lot of Vitamin C still, but have retreated to just salting stuff again. I also try to use some potasium based salts to avoid the cramps and other potential muscle and heart issues from an imbalance of electrolytes. My blood pressures have dropped by 20 to 25 points on the high end and 5 to 15 points on the low end. But, I have also taken a lot of other stuff along the way, some of which is supposed to help clear out the arteries. I'm no doctor and I'm no expert on the subject. You are responsible for your own health and your body talks only to you. Use the blood pressure tester to monitor yourself if you do decide to try the Salt/C route and have your doctor monitor it because the electrolytes can get out of balance rather quickly. But everyone is different and everyone is at a different health state and phase of this unknown we have been blessed with.
Better Health of all and here is hoping for Our Good News, whenever it does happen.

Jody Im just telling you what i read and thats 90/60 or lower may mean low blood pressure but only if you have symptoms, dizzyness and fainting are symptoms. Otherwise even if you have low readings they consider it good health as long as your not having symptoms. Also one reading is not a true reading as pressure flucuates throughout the day. They want a consistant resting blood pressure reading. :-*Frisk
