Many people have food allergies and dont know it. One symptom is dark circles under the eyes. Heres a very easy way to test foods to see if your allergic :-*Frisk " Self Tests Allergies - Coca's Pulse Test To determine whether you are allergic to a particular food, try Coca's Pulse Test, developed by immunologist, Dr. Arthur Coca, who discovered that when people eat foods they're allergic to, there is a dramatic increase in the heartbeat -- 20 or more beats above normal. His test is based on this discovery. Here's how to take the test: Take your resting pulse rate when you wake up in the morning by using a watch with a second hand and counting the number of beats in a 60-second period. (A normal pulse reading is 50 to 70 beats per minute.) Take your pulse reading after eating a food you suspect is causing your allergy. Wait 15 minutes and take your pulse again. If your pulse rate has increased more than 10 beats per minute, you are probably allergic to the food. Eliminate it from your diet for at least two weeks to see if your symptoms subside.
