The more I read about it, the more excited I am about trying it. www.silvermedicine.org/altcancer/h2o2.htm"3) Changes in the Skin. Apart from "healing reactions," less dramatic changes may be noted in the skin: some people feel their skin become temporarily "drier" in the early stages of use. Most people notice that, in time, the skin is generally softer and feels "cleaner" after they have used H2O2 for a few weeks. As with healing reactions, these are nothing to be concerned with. The skin is the largest organ of the body. It is your first line of defense against a hostile environment of airborne toxins, microbes, parasites, and filth. Some people observe small insects coming out of their skin during some of their baths. Remember, you can pick up parasites even from your house pets - and many parasites, such as lice, make their home in your skin. So getting rid of these pests should be a welcome sight, and not something to frighten you."

Did you read this in the paragraph above! Is no one else excited about this?
"Some people observe small insects coming out of their skin during some of their baths"
I just got home from the pharmacy with 2 bottles of 16% food grade hydrogen peroxide. My husband is willing to do it also. I believe it does no good unless everyone in the house does all the therapies. We will start slow and go from there.
I am definitely going to add it to my dental hygiene because nothing works.
It can be added to a vaporizer for our lung problems.
Also, use it to wash the critters off fruits and veggies.
Be careful, apparently it can be dangerous if not handled correctly.
Will keep you posted!
By the way, I am continuing to do better every day with the radionics treatment. I wish everyone could do it.

I went to a lecture on dental health about 1 month ago. The dentist recommended soaking your toothbrush head in a small shot glass in the straight 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for a short while before you brush each time. The first time I did it there was a long, loud hissing sound--there was so much bacteria and who knows what else! Now there is just some bubbling.
I don't understand why I never came across this information before, and none of my dentists ever suggested it. It makes sense to de-contaminate an instrument you use to clean your teeth. I think everyone would benefit from this[except maybe the dentists].
If anyone is interested in the protocol this dentist recommended, contact me.

Totally invigorating!
Keep your head out of the water.
I got five "things" out of my left forearm and two "things" off my face after this bath.
My husband is soaking now.

NO CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY BECKY? THIS IS MY MAIN CONCERN FOR SOAKING IN IT.
I USE THE 3% RIGHT NOW TO TRY TO OPEN MY SINUS PASSAGES. I HAVE REMOVED ALOT OF THE ENEMY, HOWEVER, WHERE THEY WERE CLINGING, IT IS NOW AN OPEN WOUND, QUITE BLOODY AND WORRY ABOUT OTHER INFECTIONS BECOMING A PROBLEM.
PLEASE KEEP UP YOUR POSTS ON SOAKING, FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN, H202 DESTROYS THEM EASILY.

Forth bath in FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide this morning. My scars are lighter, lesions are healing faster, and I feel great.
I do not know if this stuff bleaches your hair, but I would think it does, that is why I don't recommend putting you hair in the water.
I plan to do daily baths in just a little bit, which makes my toes sparkling clean so it must be enough. I want to go slow so the herxing won't be so bad. I have noticed a slight headache.
AND after just two baths NO MORE ATHLETES FOOT FUNGUS ODOR! Too cool.

After several baths in food-grade hydrogen peroxide, the large scar on my arm that darkened when I got this scourge has lightened up. Other tiny lesions scars are lightening up too.
Everyone around me is falling down sick with the flu or a stomach virus that is going around. I'm still working (knock on wood).

How do you guys find the energy to work? I haven't been able to work for quite a while. I have the hardest time finding any energy at all for the most basic things.
Anyways, I recently bought 16 oz. of 35 percent H202. I had a hard time tracking it down and ended up ordering it online. I couldn't find food grade in any pharmacies. Can you tell me where I can find it? I was hoping to find a way to get IV treatment. Does anyone know about this? Also, if you are using 2-3 cups in each bath, it must get awfully expensive. And what is the difference between using 3 percent if you are adding it to bath water? Won't it end up the same with the dilution??

i couldn't make my utilities, so was borrowing a couple hundred a month to just get by.
i was offered a job 6-10 hours/wk. retail for hallmark cards. it is good as i can
make my own hours. i couldn't handle any more than this.
i absolutely do not take baths, only showers. when i use to soak in all kinds of stuff, the heavy water drops would just reenter back into my body. i suggest to shower only, and to thoroughly dry off, and wash the towel immediately.

cyn, nope! No chemical sensitivity.
mosco, please google "bathing in food-grade hydrogen peroxide" and learn everything you can about it. It is dangerous to handle for one thing! I don't use 2 - 3 cups! That is way too much! I just pour a small amount from the bottle, because measuring means handling it more which is risky.
You'll also find info on physicians that do IV, but I would not go this route, if bathing in it is so much safer than risking ruining your veins. Injesting it can lead to problems too, so if you decide to take it internally please only do the tiniest amount and drink a lot of water with it.
There are many "grades" of peroxide. The 3% has heavy metals that your body would absorb if you bathe in it.

Health food stores carry 'Springs of Life' drops and 'Cell Food', drops that are added to your beverages. Start and go slow. I increased it fast and could hardly swallow afterward. I put it awaw and haven't used it now for awhile. The Cell food also has a body cream. It's pricey but might help. I couldn't afford it so never tried it, but someone might like to try it on sore skin. grs

I have had two baths with the 35% h2o2 and your right Becky, it does seem to clean the feet quite well. Other than that haven't noticed any changes. Unfortunetly my sinuses wish I hadn't cleaned them out. Pain all the time now. Every morning I use a flashlight and they are now trying to close off the airway totally. Takes about 20 minutes to get it all out again, but when you loosen them from the skin, they take the top layer with them. So that makes me more susceptible to air pathogens, having open wounds that is. Gosh, there was alot of crud in there after I got out the white creatures. Think I need professional help getting these to heal. Maybe I could go to an ENT and just say it is some kind of bacteria? yeah right...

Cyn, give your nasal passages a few days to heal then make a mild solution of table salt and warm water.
When I get a sinus infection I use either a Netti cup which is just a little pottery cup with a spout, or even a measuring cup would work. Put the salt and warm water in the container, lean over the sink with head tilted and pour the salt water solution into your nasal passage so that it will go in one side and out the other. You can do this several times, just make it mild enough so your nasal passages aren't harmed by the salt. Gargling salt water is good too, very warm to hot as you can bear iot.
Vinegar is also good mixed with warm water and used as a gargle. It seems to help clear the mucous.
I've made a sort of hot toddy in the past using hot water, vinegar and some honey, mix to taste and sip slowly. There may even be something on the web such as a recipe for this.
