Ok, I wrote a few things on "..What kills them", and decided to start this new one. Here's the deal. Somebody give me all the info you know about treatment in TX. I know about Ginger Saverly (SP?). Who else?? Ginger is 5 hours from me, which IS do-able; however, what about the Dallas area? Anyone know? A friend from church is trying to get me in to see a doc they know in Louisiana who helped diagnose agent orange in her husband. Also mentioned a naturopath in Dallas. One in Tyler, too, if I can find her last name. Ruby something... Anyway, there's my very vague info. Anyone??

I'm in Dallas. The doctor who diagnosed us is out of town, still. That's all he's really done, too. I took his treatment, but I didn't notice a change.

I am very sorry to hear that. How long have you had it? (Is this a natural doctor?? The friend I mentioned had told me there was a good natural doctor there in Dallas. ) We heard back from this friend this morning concerning concerning the doc in Louisiana. He wants to prescribe ELIMITE! (UGGGHHHHH!) Trying to be positive, though...I wonder what he would suggest if we let him know that is ineffective??

Tell a doctor that a prescription is inneffective? Why, that's positively DELUSIONAL!

(chuckle)...Yes, indeed. My lifelong best friend is a nurse. She simply cannot understand why I won't go to the doctor...again. She has a heart of gold, and doesn't believe a doc would just dismiss somone not knowing what was really wrong. I have begged her to get on here and read everyone's stories -- I have my own, by the way. It only took two rebuffs for me, and I am done with conventional 'medicine'...they think they know so much when they actually know very little.

I saw an infectious disease Dr. this AM---he told me to see a head shrink and get on pills...he was a real AH...I told him "that's it I'm outa here" and as I slid off the table he ducked for the door, I guess he thought I'd lost it and was headed for him. I felt like it :-) All of a sudden I realized what every one hear been saying---Still hard to believe the main stream MEDs attitude...man, what a bunch of clucks. It seems that Hope and I have the same thing going on--she swares by septra...think I'll try it if I can find some. I have all the MDs POd at me so no chance of Rx there LOL.

Orion, I am truly sorry for your experience at the Doc. It is a trip, isn't it, the way all of us have been treated? Perhaps I am more compassionate or something, but I cannot imagine looking someone in the eye and, based on my OPINION, telling someone they are not feeling what they say they are feeling. I mean, come on; It's too strange a story to concoct, you know? Who would make all this up knwing how crazy it sounds? If I made up a disease, I would make up some really cool disease...not this mess!
