Coz, I could just YOU! We're on the same page of thinking here! I'm still going at it with every single health department in every single county of each state. I've gotten so far done (every county health dept in each of these states : Washington Oregon Calif Nevada Arizona Texas Oklahoma Florida Hawaii Georgia Utah (and now working on New York, sort of jumping around the US) But you doing schools, that is great! I'll help you after I knock out the rest of USA, hahahaa cause the schools are extemely important. We need a drink after all this, I know what you're going through, cause it's not fun doing all this, but I am right there with you, and I know when I get tired I think of you doing this too, and it's kind of like a work out buddy, helps keep the stamina going. And thank you sooo soooo sooooo MUCH!

I've "tweaked my letter" a bit more, more to the point, and more realistic/true and hopefully enough to get "them" all to see that this is NOTHING to take lightly, and this needs immediate action. (if anyone wants to pop some of these off, and you don't want to disclose your name, please just sign it "An American Citizen, and/or the state in which you reside.) To the Administration of the County Health Dept, Please see this Fox 7 News Report, click video in the link provided: www1.wsvn.com/features/articles/investigations/MI39689/ We are a group of over 9,000 registered households informing the public and health departments that this parasitic infestation is "not" in only Miami, we are in (each and every) state of the USA. There are tens of thousands more not yet registered which we've gotten calls and letters from, as well as the news stations when these broadcasts are aired. Of the tens of thousands of people infected now across America, we "don't know" if when we simply go into a grocery store and pick up even a head of lettuce, and put it back, if that is a another means of someone contracting this parasitic infestation either, but we are aware of the fact that the numbers are growing daily because to date, there's no treatment, and by the numbers daily of people writing asking desperately for help, that is enough proof that this is a communicable "contamination/infestation". Thousands upon thousands of people are "contaminated/infested" with all the same. We are all people just like you, working daily in a public environment to support our families, and children attending public schools, we feel even the blood banks are at risk, actually everything and everyone is at risk, because we are growing in numbers, so something is causing this to spread in our communities. We are aware of the seriousness of this, and are aware that until CDC announces what everyone is to do as far as treatment/cure goes, this is spreading like wildfire, and our health department's responsibility is to let us all know what we're all to do, because we cannot sit home to protect the public, the CDC and the health department must help with the treatment and prevention. Many people have called in to each states health department, only to receive comments that "parasites" do not exist in America. This is not true, as we are infected. None of us know the cause, meaning where this all is coming from, be it our grocery stores, or be it the water. WE JUST DON'T KNOW. And because CDC hasn't yet announced where this parasitic infestation is coming from you need to inform us what we are to do. Children are sick. They are being covered with lesions, losing their hair and their teeth. Their joints are swelling. And parents are also infected and left to helplessly watch this nightmare unfold, unable to help their own children. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. IT IS INHUMANE. Please pass this on, as this is urgent and call CDC to determine what help can be administered. Please feel free to reply, and understand that caution is extremely necessary at this time until CDC releases more information on what to do about this contagious spreading parasitic plague. Thank you, Susan //////////

Trisha, if you get attacked on this board please write to us and we will handle it. From reading recent threads however, we saw nowhere that someone was attacking you - only a new member asking you a relevant question that I am still curious about myself. If there is a product proven to work on bed linens for certain symptoms of this disease, I think we all would like to hear more about it. Your comments in the middle of another totally irrelevant thread were unprovoked, and now you are addressing us on this thread which is, again, not relevant in anyway to your situation. We can't help but wonder why??? We also would like to learn more about this "underground" course of action you keep mentioning. Underground usually means "secretive" in some way but the information is all over the web now so it can't be much of a secret any longer.
If you have questions, please PM us and we will help all that we can.

Look at this reply! everyone knows what this is.. look what our voices have accomplished ;D Ms. ///////: Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with the health department. As you are aware, the term “Morgellons Disease” refers to a group of signs and symptoms. Neither clinical medicine nor public health has significant experience with Morgellons Disease. At this time, the scientific community has not agreed upon a cause(s), diagnostic criteria, or treatment for the symptoms identified. Various efforts are underway by both private and public agencies to better understand the condition.
The Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) receives its guidance from both the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Upon receiving your email, we contacted VDH to determine if there were any new updates on studies related to Morgellons Disease. To date, no specific recommendations have been issued to health departments regarding monitoring of this condition.
The health department will continue to monitor the progress of the scientific community and the state and federal agencies. Until we receive guidance from VDH and CDC regarding this condition, FCHD would recommend that individuals with these specific health concerns contact their health care provider to evaluate and discuss their individual concerns.
Fairfax County Health Department empathizes with your health concerns and we hope further studies in this area will provide the medical community with direction needed to assist individuals with these concerns. If you have additional questions, please contact our Communicable Disease Unit at (703) 246-2433.
