Hi, I clean my nose out with warm salt water..it helps quite a lot..I don't know what this stuff actually is. It may not be bugs in your nose, but a product of whatever the infection causes. I have suffered form lyme and morgellons for a long time and it is easier on me if I don't scare myself..we will get cured..so hang in there... Sondra

I havwe seen these in myself and both children. I showed them to a nurse and she said it was just dried blood from nosebled. It wasn't and it looked more than blood, weird things clumped together. It didn't appear like bugs but it was awful.

Absolutely. It seems when one gets dislodged and comes out, it bleeds. Maybe it is a good sign?
I don't get anything out of my nose except tiny wormy things, no normal boogers.

Couldn't it be just a sign that you've got compromised vessels? That's a sure sign of my families Morgellons. Last year my daughter had a pretty nasty bloody nose...kid you not a blood clot like the large ones from my monthly. It wasn't a parasite but it sure was a lot of sluffage of the lining of something.
