So I've read a few threads on other forums about people using ice cream; of all things, in helping them with their symptoms. Has anyone else tried this? I soooo want ice cream but have been putting off anything sweet since day one. It sounds too good to be true but it's one of my favorite treats. OMG the things I would do for pistacho nut and black cherry ice cream. I WANT ICE CREAM!

I've been going to the neighborhood malt shop and indulging in my favorite chocolate malts with no adverse effect's I don't know if its helping I'll have to experiment farther I'm going to start an experiment right now as soon as I get done writing this it is my hypothesis that it will take no more than five minutes for the experiment to be all gone ;D
I did look up malt in the matera-medica and it was used in ancient times for stomach ailments and wasting disease and was thought to aid in the digestion of starchy foods

I haven't cut down my excess sugar use since day one.
I eat ice cream every night, and I have the Morgellons under control.

Screw it!, I'm gonna take a chance and have a scoop. Now to choose... pistacho or black cherry? Maybe someone should come up with Morgellons flavors, like... MSM with grape seed sprinkles or perhaps Peppermint Tea Tree and even Pomergranate Oregeno?
Yum.

Its the fat in the icecream that helps. NOT a high fat diet but a higher fat diet helps also. Actually if you are gonna indulge in icecream full fat is the way to go.

We are just guessing, when we say they feed on our sugar.
I have not noticed such.

I'm with BB. I have went from eating any and everything to a full fledged vegetarian diet. Now I eat basically well balanced but low on the carb and sugar. That has been best for me.
No particular style of eating has really made a difference, but now since I eat more sensibly and more balanced my overall well being is better.

Same for me with the whole sugar issue. I was eating ice cream every night (Bunny Tracks or Turtles, my absolute favs) and though I thought I felt a bit more sluggish the next day, it's not much different than how I feel now....which is poopy!

There are so many symptoms that people have. For me, the sugar intake is a noticeable factor. I admit that I have a tough time staying on the no sugar, no processed foods diet, but for me there is a noticeable difference in the lessening of symptoms. Here is some information I found on Candida, from a link posted by someone else that I was exploring. mold-help.org/content/view/411/0/I was interested in the biotin information in particular and will get some to add to supplements I am taking. Anything to bust any micro-food-chain that might be in me. I too find that eating any sweets aggravates whatevers messing with my body. The apartment complex I was living in was very old and I did see mold in the central AC air ducts. The unusual amount of rain we recieved before all this started is yet another clue thats always made me think of mold as a culprit. Although I have moved and its been over 3 weeks, I still keep getting re-occuring itchy symptoms, no more crawlies but more of a fiber glass itch and it seems to be a cycle. Looking through that mold website I found a local doctor I'm gonna look into. Can't hurt to try (other than my pocketbook) but I must keep on.

Way to go HOPE,, you have confirmed what I have allways thought,, Choclate is THE cure All. Matter of fact, I have been a true Chock a Holic since I was a child. That was MANY years ago. Was interesting to hear of the new flavor tho as Graham Cracker Crust is my favorite Choclate Pie. Will look for the new flavor in my area.. Thanks and Peace be with you. Cricket
