Pez, That's awful. I've not had that, (just the puffy lid), but maybe a very very thin coat of neosporin "regular" not the "pain reliever" one, would really help. I had the scalies on my temple area, and the neosporin got that gone in two applications for 2 days.
I don't know which might help more. I have also had that on my lip, and Bacitracin ointment works on that area.
If you have both, maybe try each area one with each.

Pez, I have the worst eye probs. Have for about a year now. Been given a wide array of things from eye doc but the only thing that I have found to help me is a wormwood combination from Kroeger. Is like 5.40 online. Wish I knew which ingredient helps!! Don't wanna take more meds than necessary but they were swollen and painful and crusty and they are not when I take this. I don't sell this....nor do I care one way or the other if you take it....just letting you know of something that worked for desperate ole me. ha
Oh if your eyes feel heavily Morged....at bedtime I put some vicks vapo-rub low down on cheek like a football player and the vapors rise up into your eyelashes and smother the morgs. You will see them jump off onto your cheek. Is gross but works. Is strong and will make you cry....or tear up..so take when you can sleep and close eyes...JUST DON"T RUB INTO EYES or ...yipes. Also can you vicks vapo cream for this...less mess.
luv, ~Bugsy

Oh...Bugsy, you just made me think of something!
Every night lately for months now, I've been putting vaseline around my eyes, just to keep the area "sealed" if you know what I mean.
Well...every day, every every day, when I look in the mirror - around my eyes are tiny little white soft things about the size of a grain of salt or sugar that has gotten caught/trapped in the vaseline. Something is crawling/lurking around at night by the eyes, that's for sure.
