Mmeme,
I have a lot to say, and a lot of advice. Just click on the yellow "bb" and you will be at my profile. At the bottom you choose how many posts to see. Read the headlines to glance through for my story and my advice.
I have been under Ginger Savely's care since February 2005. I am her first graduate!
My short story is I took drastic measures and reduced the attack. I have done so very well through this hell. I do still have crawlies, but thank the Lord no lesions thus far. The castor oil seemed to do the trick. Oil of oregano is a great parasite killer, but always dilute it, because it can burn your skin.
God will show us the way.

I put one drop of Oregano Oil in my daughter's bath this morning, and after a few seconds she was complaining of stinging pokes in several places. She had no outward signs of an infestation, but when I rubbed callendula salve on the places she was pointing to, all of a sudden the poking sensation stopped. My theory is that the bugs/worms were reacting as they were being exterminated and bit her as a result. Any other ideas???

Guest, I agree with u. My experience's with my son and I have been the same, except sometimes I can see the (worms?) and things coming from area's af complaint. I hate that rour children have to suffer, I am constantly suffering over this. School is to start in 2 wks. My son is on ceftin, soon to zithromax and is herxing. I hate to send him to kindergaurdin under this stress. Moms being strong.......even though he hates me sometimes I have to help him and hope he realizes later why I do the things I do. Children r too busy to take time for creams or anything, it's right to the next play activity or sleep depending on how he feels. Guest, bless your little girl and know I feel your pain.

amen to all statements concerning the children. It is very difficult to face each day. My littlest one, nine months old, now, has a chronic "ear infection"...which I think is actually crawlies in her ear. She pulls and tugs at it and hits herself in the head! The doc gave her antibiotics which I hesitated to give her, but did. I don't think it helped one single thing, and it was suppose to be a whopper. Of course, if this truly has a fungal facet to it, then that probably made it worse. Poor baby. Also, my fourteen-yr-old spent time at her grandmother's house today and came home itching like all hell. R%^&%^*&&)(*_) CURSE! So disheartening. When she left this morning, she had no symptoms at all. I'm like Lisa...whatever this is, I see it everywhere. I have seen it at the public library, here (those white, stringy fiber/feather-like things), at teh grocery store, at Wal-Mart, you name it. And they're not always coming off me! Sometimes I see them in the slight distance, etc. This could make one seriously agoraphobic. What do we do??? We have personally just been living life. It is all I know to do. We take every measure possible, and then just go on.
OK, back to subject: Becky, that is absolutely fabulous. If the healthcare system weren't so screwed up, I would be even more encouraged...but we couldn't afford treatment if we could get in, and we can't afford insurance. Please pray for us! So glad you are feeling better, Becky. May God move other doctors to follow suit to Ginger S. !

I think that you are right that this is everywhere. In my research, I have come to the conclusion that the glitter specks that we see are related to springtails...I found a site through a Google search on springtails that mentioned that they molt and the scales that come off them resemble glitter, and that this is one sign of springtail infestation. I am in Florida and I see this glitter everywhere I go on people in the public arena...even saw it on a woman in Georgia.
Wishing you all the best, Becky. Thank you for sharing about cumanda.
And dear mother above, my thoughts and prayers are also with you. I am so sorry you have to go through this...I understand your pain. Blessings.

Becky, Does Ginger ever mention what exactly she thinks this is? Lets all pray this works for you.. Maybe if we can figure out how to stop it.. we will know for sure what it is, where it came from.. why its here.. and light a fire under the arse of the CDC... I know another Dr up here in the Northeast who is working on this as well to find answers. I wonder if Ginger would consider contacting him? Maybe they can compare notes and ideas?

Reply to Kerry-
Whatever this is, it's pretty strange. My homeopathic practioner picks up parasite, sometimes bacteria, toxins, and even picked up yeast once. He has not picked up viral on me. He believes it has the ability to switch modes. He finds it very strange and has never encountered a parasite like this one. He does not discount genetic engineering. Another thought for what it is worth, maybe it has set up a symbiotic community to meet its needs for survival. For example, there is some kind of bug that gets on your flowerbox plants (forgot which one--maybe even ants) and harvests its own of aphids for survival and food supply.
Yes, I think we should get the few medical people and any researchers working on this disease to communicate with each other. It would be helpful to us if they share findings, opinions, suggested prescriptions, etc.
Also, it would be easier to print things from this site if the backbround was not black. I started to print Becky's recent comments on cumanda, etc. The black background looks great but it uses too much printer ink and therefore I cancelled the printing when I saw it coming out black.

I don't know of any of Ginger's theories, except that it could be another of a laundry list of co-infections a person can have if they have lyme disease.
JLR, just slather the castor oil all over and rub. You will get things off of your body, and you will feel better too. Do this every weekend or something. You have to keep working at it, along with all of the washing in hot water.
I have been using ammonia in my laundry, and I think it has made a huge difference. It only takes a tiny bit.

To Betsy - I think if you click on the "PRINT" icon at the bottom, it changes to a white background with black print. Try that. To Becky - thrilled that you have come so far! I too, am in recovery - but was not sick nearly as long as you have been. What a nightmare though! I pray we both will be able to remain lesion free and feeling well. I really pray others will see recovery soon too.

Great advice about the "print" icon, Victoreah.....I keep forgetting that this function is even available. Something else you can do, Becky, is to install an email stripper (a free program). It will take away all of the colors and fonts, and it will then print in black and in the font you have designated as your default one. This program is particularly helpful when forwarding jokes....it erases all those irritating lines and <<<<<< you often get from jokes being passed around too many times.
