Hey, hi. As I recall, someone was joking about this, but I'm seriously wondering why would it be infeasible to just get two ittty bitty tsps. of our "manure", & send it to a vet?
$ 18.95 - Can't beat that price. Info. Below. Let us remember --- negativity brings forth negativity, Any scientific arguments appreciated. I've fallen asleep 5 times writing this - certainly hope it makes sense., & thanks if you read it, and can explain why , or why not this could be an addition to our upcoming events list. Thank you, freaky, Feces Chairman.
Available Sizes: 1 test kit $18.95
Product Description:
Complete pre-paid testing service- everything you need is included in this kit. Simply mail 1-2 tsp of maure sample and a licensed veterinary laboratory will test it within 24 hours! Results can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you.
Most equine experts and university professors say that horse owners should, “find out if your horse has worms, which kind(s), and how severe of an infestation your horse has. Then use the most effective wormer for that specific worm in your horse. Retest to be sure your horse is negative and at peak health performance.” Customers will be contacted within 48-72 hours of testing.
- Each dewormer varies in effectiveness from 0-100% to various types of worms, and more commonly is 60-95% effective against the 150 different worms of horses.
Not too sure my point is obvious. Why could we not send in samples of our own, as horse samples, & see if they could identify any of the parasites we have? How comforting to know. Would there be a way they would be able to decifer our feces from the horses? How? Does this sound like fun?

While on the subject of horses, may I just ask one question to preferably a chemist, or actually any smart person?
When attempting to order my horse paste, reviewing all available, it seemed to me Zimecterin would be most favorable.
(Just threw that in for your general interest.)
Question is "What is the difference in Pyrantel Tartrate found in Continuex, as opposed too Pyrantel Pamoate, which is the major chemical in Strongyle Care Paste?"

Ah, well, just one more.......
:-/Well, sorry about this, but my respect for the people of this group has made me uncomfortable about calling my dr. without first getting your knowlegable opinion first. I'm sure it may be improper to slide these things in, but I don't want to take up space making a new thread, due to the context of this question.
As the subject matter we are dealing with here are WORMS, I am without too much guilt, & needing help outweighs it anyway.
For the last 3 nights, a worm underneath my eyelid has been pulsating. It is extremely annoying, & uncomfortable. I have done what John said, which was to tweek the varmit with peppermint oil on a cotton swab. This measure only results in the tearing of my eye, & I have to immediately wash it out. I have done what Mom said, "rub it". Didn't seem to affect oueeegoey. I believe my dr. will just say it is a nervous twitch. Do I tell my dr. it is a worm? I also have a crystal under my eyelash I would like to have removed, but I believe the contents within it are live worm material that has lingered with me for 4, going on 5 years now. She is an excellent eye dr., but does not believe in morgellons, which does put herself in a dimmer light as a humiliation to her professional area of expertise. If she tried to remove it, she could find herself in a predicament, necessitating a large, noticeable hole under my lid. If I receive no comment concerning this very important issue, I suppose I will just have to go, as I have no othr alternative. I would welcome anything you might have to say regarding this with much gratitude.
Thanks to my family ;D who I love, & respect unconditionally, freaky
