After have moved in with my parents home for over a month now, I seem to be feeling alot better. The itchings not as constant as it was before when I was living in my apartment. I think it's manily because my parents home is mostly all tiled. Although yesterday I was checking out the bottom of my air mattress (the velvet side) and noticed these white looking hair things, long straight strands that were tapered to toward the ends and they seemed to be transparent as they got thinner. I'd say about a quarter inch long to even an inch. My parents have a small dauchound/chihuahahua mix thats black and white so not sure if its stray dog hair or freaky stuff. Whats weird is everytime I would pick one up to observe it I would lose it and could not find it again. There werent many on the bottom of the bed but still quite a few. What puzzed me was, if it was indeed dog hair why where there no black ones as well?
(cue twighlight zone theme...)
Creepy or I must be trippin. Time to mop the floors yet again.

Those are fibers. (If you have the same crap we do).
Can you pull these things out of your ears? How long have you been infected? Your doggy and parents are at risk, btw. What about your car? Do you see them floating around when you get in it? Make sure you don't mix your laundry w/ your parents either.

I've been experiencing symptoms since our spring showers. I use the same washer dryer as my parents but wash seperately and bag all my used clothes, I also use my own shower and clean and wash with ammonia. Not sure if it's keeping whatevers on me away from them, but they know whats going on and are somehow ok with it (maybe they don't reall believe?). I used to see smaller versions in my car but thsoe havent been around since I took the septra, I do still see the sparkly things on my dash, this is when I know I need to wipe it down cause thats when the itching starts soon after. I see plenty of floating squiggly things coming from my bosses office, this place is rarely vacuumed, although I vacuum my area at least once a week. (my co-workers think I'm nutz)
These so-called fibers things I found on the bottom of my air mattress, they do not move. I'll have to look into it further before I decided if it's dog hair or not. I'll have to get a sample from the dog to compare.
Also this popping feeling I get, I always find dark hair strands with white tips falling from my hair right after. I'm so sensitized to everything now that I can feel them landing on me. Are these things pushing my hair out? or is this the natural process of hair falling out since they say your supposed to lose at least 100 strands per day.

I have been getting those hairs all over also. If I rub my skin long enough they come out of my skin. I have both white and mainly black. I have the black with white tips also. It is bizarre. Some are thin and others very coarse. I have two black dogs and 2 cats with black, Grey and white hairs. I am stumped about the hair thing. Yesterday my mom came over and asked what all the hair was on my counter. She asked if my 6 year old cut his own hair again. I just drugged my shoulders. I sprayed that counter down the night before with ammonia so who knows. I know they were from our disease but trying to get people to get it is really useless. Do you have pictures of the hairs.

In self examination it has been my experiance>>>it is easy to tell hair from the fibers. the black and white fibers are fairly uniform in size the entire length while hair will have a folical on one end--is obviously round--has few kinks that is it is smooth and staight or gently curved and taporing to a fine point. With my 30X mic. it is easy to distinguish hair from morgellon fiber.
