Just wanted to say I was getting joint pain in my big toes and after several months of drinking apple cider vinegar its 099 percent gone. It worked for my Moms arthritis too! I add it to apple tea and it doesnt taste too bad. My mom mixes it with honey and takes a couple table spoonfuls a day. ACV is not considered acidic ( the white vinegar is) stick with it it takes a few months

Okeydokey, I'll try that. I have some in the cabinet. It is good for you. I forgot about that. I'm so braindead that I forget things that will help. Easy stuff like vinegar. Thanks Frisky!

I also use it first sign of a cold and it usually knocks it out but i up it to about a 1/3 cup and sip throughout the day , gets rid if that scratchy throat too!
