i dont know if this has anything to do with morgellons but I grind my teeth so bad at night Ive cracked a tooth and now need a crown to hold it together Luckily my dentist is a customer of mine and is letting me work off the bill . Ive also got to get fitted for a night guard to be worn at night. Has anybody else got this problem? Im a pretty relaxed person in the day it only happens at night for some reason.

I havent been grinding my teeth, but this last oh..three months or more, I have started drooling when I sleep. Its horrible.
I read about 6 months back it can be an indication of parasites. Oh great.... how sexy is that?

Wow Sue , grinding through a night gaurd?! Yikes thats intense~ I guess from what I read lots of people grind their teeth. They say its stress related or sometimes even Parkinsons disease. I wake up in the morning with my teeth and jaw clenched. But this has been going on for years. I didnt know you could actually fracture your teeth. I have had alot of stress the past month and no boyfriend to beat on to release it ;D Jill........dont worry about the drool. Im sure men find drool sexy if you just tell them your thinking and dreaming about THEM! ;D

Friski,
I've read that many-many times too as Thndrdancer said, teeth grinding at night is usually one of the first signs of parasites.

Amen Toni I heard that also, one big sign of parasites. Oh did eyes roll when I ask the doctor about that one, one day I'll get to return and smack him real good, yes something to live for.

I'm a senior citizen and can assure you that by the time I was eight or ten years old I had heard teeth grinding was a sign of pinworms.
I agree with Friski it can be stress related too.
So sorry, Friski. I'm due for a new crown too and sure don't look forward to it.

i just did a goggle search and yes over and over again they relate it to parasites. Your right Toni and Sid. But i learned something new it can also be a calcium, magnesium or pantothetic acid deficiency. Its so strange its nothing i have controle over. I also have weird mouth and lip movements that I cant controle....no joke!! ;D

Friski,
Just before I'd realized I had Morgellons, I too would wake up with my teeth pressed so hard together, and my jaws actually sore in the morning...like I'd chewed a pound of gum all night, is how it felt. Only rarely now do I wake up, where my jaws are actually sore, so I do think that whatever critters have been attracted to us need killed off, and the teeth grinding or sore jaws is a good indicator of progress with that part of Morgellons (imho).

h,mmmmm very interesting Toni! I read the waste products of parasites irritates the central nervous system.I have taken worm meds before, several times actually and never noticed anything different. Id like to stay in denial on that one ;D Sid I just had my temp crown done today ..........it wasn't so bad. I'm pretty sore but nothing terrible. This kind of thing is just better to get it over with and be done with it. I urge you to just do it! i hope you have a good dentist it makes the world of difference.
