Thanks, I emailed him on his fees and how he could help me. I am picking up the papers for disabilty soon. My friend is on it and she can give me idea of how and what to say and do. Said two out of three are denied. Ouch!

Almost everyone gets denied the first time. Then you have to wait for a hearing before a judge.
Much better results.

ChicagoBonnie, I guess we were the "1" out of the three's who were awarded social security disability benefits the first time around. If you want, PM me and I can send you copies of the "packet" we used.

PEOPLE DO NOT PAY AN ATTORNEY TO HELP YOU WITH DISABILITY.. Go to your local "legal aid" facility. They will help you with the paperwork and everything! Every town has one. They do NOT charge you. Take advantage of this facility. That is what they are there for. Please do not pay an attorney to help you with the paperwork and such. Seek out LEGAL AID !!
