Hiya Toni I seemed to recall your very knowledgable about the B vitamins. I started liquid B vit by twin labs and it tirned my ph back to very acid so i quit taking it. I have all the symptoms of B vitamin deficiency....... I started taking a few tablespoonfuls a day of ground flaxseed. Its suposed to be loaded with B vitamins. Its pretty good mixed with yogurt Thanks Toni

Hi Friskers ! Yes, the B's are important, and something I learned from reading which I'd not known, (but I lucked out) is if we only take one or two different B vitamins, then the other B's needed in our body WILL get depleted. We need them all, and the correct amount. That's why a B-Complex has got em all...and it's the right amount too. That's the only reason why I (recommend from reading) that taking a Super B-Complex is best. It's got ALL the daily B's needed PLUS B-12 added in too. Here's the brand I take: Schiff brand Super Vitamin B Complex with B-12 Here's what's in each tablet: Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Mononitrate) 30 mg. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 35 mg Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 50 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 15 mg Folate (Folic Acid) 400 mcg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg Biotin 300 mcg Pantothenic Acid (D-Calcium Pantothenate) 100 mg Calcium (Dibasic Calcium Phosphate & D-Calcium Pantothenate) 37 mg Choline Bitartrate 50 mg Inositol 100 mcg L-Methionine 25 mcg Paba (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) 50 mcg Here's a pic of the bottle: www.schiffvitamins.com/product_detail.asp?id=25

Friski, On the ph...for some reason, I'm having a hard time (keeping) it above or even at 7.0. It's always seeming to run 6.5 or 6.25 which isn't good. I think I need to do like Moe says, (Graze) instead of just eating healthy things at meal times. Munching all day long (grazing) on cucumbers or broccoli is the best way to keep it above 7.0. PS...you look like a total doll there in your avitar! And your doggie looks so precious too! I know you miss him.

Thanks Toni Its taken me months to get my Ph alkaline , thats why Iwas so disappointed that the b vit changed that. ive noticed any little change like wheat in my diet will make me acidic for days. Sometimes it goes back to acidic for no apparent reason! Its frustrating! I do think the greens powder has been the biggest factor in turning alkaline (yeah that pic makes me laugh though, my hair was a curly mop! Back in the days when perms were in!)

I really like your hair like that! I like curly or scrunchy do's actually best. I'm sure they'll be right back in style, actually I think they're are on their way in again.
I'm glad you brought that up about the "green food" powder, cause I've slacked on that, so thanks for the reminder.

Here the benefits but NOT the brand I use.......the one I use is called natures way chlorofresh hubpages.com/hub/Health_Benefits_of_Chlorophyll I had a man friend who claimed all women with "big hair" were usually single .hot and"always on the make" LOL ;D Oh an AAAAAAAAAAWwwwwwwwwwww your dogs sooo cute!!

I didn't know about that product, thanks I'll read more too about it.
Have you heard of Quercetin? I take that too. I think it's a very good supplement also and especially having Morgellons, cause we don't know for sure what's going on with our bodies.
And thank you about my little pupsters. She was, and still is the love of my life! I had her 18 years, and oh....I'll forever miss her, she was a dear friend.
