I can't seem to solve this problem. When I try to download things from websites it tells me I need to enable java script. Now I didn't know what that meant so I googled it and I have checked in internet properties advanced and all 4 of my java's are enabled. I have windows xp and aol 9.0. My screen goes black too for about as long as I can count to one. I can't get into my hotmail acct it's as if my computer has no energy. I have about 29 % left on my hard drive, but my computer memory is taken up mostly from files that were fragmented and now compacted with the defragmentor. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, lol. Thanks

You need to Enable Java Script in your browser Consider your browser as your control panel for the computer The way you have it configured can make allot of difference on how the computer runs
also your computer running slow could be an indication of of a spyware problem do you have a spyware detector?
29 % left on your hard hard drive,is not to good you might think about getting stuff off your computer like duplicate files dead-end shortcuts unnecessary files cookies history trash bin and unused software to free up your hard drive space and help your computer run faster I use some free software called Easy cleaner--google Defraging your hard drive dosen't compress your files it just puts the computers ducks back in a row or like files togather so it can reach them faster
To Enable Java Script for Internet Explorer 1. Open Internet Explorer Browser 2. Select Tools from main menu 3. Select Internet Options 4. Click on Security Tab 5. Choose Internet 6. Under Internet click the Custom Level command button 7. Select Scripting of Java Applets 8. Choose Enable 9. Click OK 10. Click Apply 11. Click OK To Enable Java Script for Netscape Navigator 1. Open Netscape Browser 2. Choose Edit from main menu 3. Select Preferences 4. Check the "Enable Java Script for Navigator" check box 5. Click OK
