I'm in a canyon in the high desert of California, which I now refer to as a wind tunnel. The winds are extreme again today....... I'd say it's blowing a good 80 mph. It isn't uncommon for it to blow this hard up here either. Sometimes I even see things fly past my windows! The steel swinging seat with a shade cover attached and the metal table with an umbrella that anchors it down thru a hole into the ground have both tumbled over in the yard a couple of times already today, and they aren't light weight, that's for sure. The piece of round glass that covered the table on the back porch was even blown away and shattered into pieces. You know how heavy those are! When the heavy winds continue thru the night, my bed will even shake sometimes....... that feels pretty strange I gotta say! Too bad it isn't really me being exorcized from the morgs! ;D ;D I get such bad attacks tho when it blows hard, that I can hardly get out of bed. Would you think it's becuz of the high energy that comes with the winds? I have to try and be as calm and still as I possibly can. To even think about going outside is terrifying to me. It's pretty much hell right now sitting here at my computer. I so want to move, even tho it's beautiful up here, but I get so depressed with these winds. They'll stop for about 4 months out of the year and during that time, there will be just a slight breeze starting around 3-4 in the afternoon. That's when I enjoy it here, only becuz when the temperature reaches 115 in the summer months, that kind of breeze can do a body good! But throughout the rest of the year, when the winds reach these extremes, well, so does my morgs. It's like the perfect combination or something. Do you figure the energy in the wind will kick this thing into high gear, continually feeding it with the energy force the wind gives off??? Also, do any of you guys live in extreme wind areas and if you do, does it effect you badly too? P.S. I'm listening to the news right now and the winds below me are being clocked at 68 mph and that's down in town. They always blow alot higher up here than they do down there. Unfortunately, I'm hearing about a new fire in a canyon 50 miles from me....... the winds are making it hard to control as well. I hope one day I'll be able to move to an area where the wind doesn't make what's already bad, so much worse. Altho, I can't complain about it here all the time. When the winds aren't blowing and the skies are blue, John (cute, eh?) it really is a beautiful place to be....... that is those few days here when the skies aren't filled with chemtrails. I better stop complaining for now! love ya's ~~ bannanny

Hi Bannanny,
Wow, that's some serious wind and that's 8 months/year. Back to my school physics classes, way back, it does seem as if high winds build up a static charge.
It's no secret that Lyme folks have a difficult time in the big box stores and indoor malls. Fluorescent lighting is a big drain. And sitting next to a computer is a problem for many folks with Morgellons.
That makes one wonder if a waterfall or other large source of negative ions would bring relief. Negative ion generators have gotten mixed reviews, but that may be a factor of quality and design. It might be interesting to try one of those indoor portable waterfalls when the winds are blowing to see if there is any noticeable effect.
Hope you can create a better environment for some relief.
Blue Skies.............John

Hello Bannany,
We are having high winds also in Sacramento,CA So bad that one of my cushions blow off the chair and into the pool...35 miles per hour or so....We don't have any hills or canyons around here just flat land where they are always digging up the dirt to build. The first year I moved it hit around 110 degress and boy was that HOT, I can't stand to sweat cause it seems it spreads this stuff like crazy. It sounds like you do the same thing as I do and that is use our animals names, I tried to use Bianca ,that was one of my shepherds but it didn't go through. It must be very hard not having a animal because I think that's one of the things that has kept me grounded. If I knew how to put a picture by my name I would put hers. And working with horses and mules takes a strong hand and knowing how that animal thinks. have you ever heard of Monty Roberts? He was at a horse Expo in sacramento ..and man was he good. He studied their behavior and was able to help alot of horses overcome their fears or problems and help the owner understand how to handle the horses without being cruel to them.. Don't you love the way horses and puppies smell?? I bet you miss working with the horses? I also use to work for the wildlife and rehab baby squirrels and injured hawks and that was a honor. I could talk forever about my adventures with animals but I will stop and say it's a pleasure to met you and blueskies/john massena

Boy do I know what you mean about those high winds.
I use to live in San Bernardino, and Cajon pass is where it all funneled through. As a kid walking to school, those 60-80 mph winds were blowing, (the Santa Anas) and we'd literally have to lean bent over into it to be able to walk! And as a kid it was fun, but oh boy do they cause roof damage. Shingles flying all over the place! The only thing I saw good about them, was they blew all the smog away.
And Sacto too, lived there for 5 years. But those Santa Ana's are the worst I'd been through.
John, yes, there "might" be something to that too, the negative ions..hummm interesting thought for sure.

Wow, thanks for all the info guys! It's interesting what you said John.......
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "It's no secret that Lyme folks have a difficult time in the big box stores and indoor malls. Fluorescent lighting is a big drain. And sitting next to a computer is a problem for many folks with Morgellons." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'll tell ya, whenever I go into a store (like W-mart) I become so uncomfortable I can hardly stand it. I really need to dig up my Lyme test results. I need to get them to Dr. Hildy anyway. They were never read (no LLMD's around here) but it sounded to me like I was positive for Lyme from the copy of the results I got. It was done by Igenex (the western blot.) I asked for that particular test to be done and I thought it would be read by the Igenex labs, not so.
But the more I read about Lyme thru our board, the more it sounds like I am positive for it. I really do need to get that sorted out. I'll give that indoor waterfall deal a shot too, thanks so much John! I love having the sound of water around me, always have. In fact when the winds blow like they do, I try to invision the sound as waves crashing against the shore instead of it being the winds. At times, it works pretty good too!
Ya know massena, sweating (as uncomfortable as it feels like with morgs) is one of the best things you can do for it too. Like with any of the toxins in our bodies, sweating pulls them out. I think when you live in an area where alot of digging up of the soil is going on too, it probably makes this thing a whole lot harder to live with. It disturbs all the organisms that are in the soil to where all sorts of things are flying thru the air....... especially when you have high winds to carry them along, ya know?
I do know who Monty Roberts is....... isn't he amazing? I know they call him the horse whisperer (the real life one.) Great movie if you never saw it! I'd just love to see him in person, I have all the respect in the world for people like him! Wildlife rehab must've been some work that gave you so much back in doing it. It's a dream of mine to be able to spend time with animals again....... that's one of the biggest reasons I'm still fighting this mess. I know what you mean about being able to talk forever about animals....... maybe we'll get the chance to talk sometime, eh? I'll pm you my number!
I know the Cajon Pass very well toni. You know I also lived in Vegas from the time I was 9 yrs. old til I graduated from Rancho High when I was 17. I was born in Calif tho and decided to come back here. In the meantime, spent time in Tennesee and Kentucky, but always ended up back here in sunny So Cal! But you said it girl....... those Santa Anas can be pure torture! I've actually been blown over by the winds up here before, no kiddin! It was after I'd gotten morgs and I'd go outside in the wind, hang my head over and try to brush this stuff out of my hair so it would blow as far away from me as possible. Now I know I was only creating more of it tho by doing that! I had lost 20 lbs. real fast......... nevermind.......
I'm listening to the news right now and there's a TORNADO WARNING, an actual warning, in Riverside! That's in San Bernadino, not very far from me, maybe 80 or so miles. Great, I've just heard my first round of thunder. The winds are completely still right now too....... I'm thinkin I should crawl into bed and get still! Best to get away from the puter anyway during an electrical storm. I also wonder why I'm not feeling worse than I am today since the weather has changed so abruptly. I figured it was cuz the winds died, but usually when an electrical storm is headed our way, I get real bad. Maybe I'm finally making a stance against this crap!! I'll be back later....... gettin stormy out there.
thanks for the welcome, bananny and john!
so sorry we had to "meet" under these circumstances, but u guys are all so loving and really care about each other. i am alone here, my family is mostly in ohio, and my b/f, tho i can talk to him about morgellons, sometimes gets "that look" in his eyes, and then i know it's time to shut up!
bananny, u seem to be the "mother hen" of this group. God love ya honey! ;D
just wanted to comment here about the wind, i lived in huntington beach from 1990 to 1992, and i sure remember those santa ana winds! it's a proven fact that wind can drive people crazy, there are a lot more suicides and a lot more crime when it's been windy for a long time.
toni, we used to take our 4-wheelers up near san bernadino and ride them along the railroad tracks. "high desert" what a beautiful place! i really miss ca, but not the cost of living!!
hugs, silverangel
Hi Silverangel,
Heck it's like we're all scattered neighbors, we've all been on the same stomping grounds.
And a tornado warning in Riverside? Oh goodness.
Hope you're okay Bannanny.
Okeedoke, I'm back....... yep we had a real tornado! I couldn't believe the pix on the news. The thing was BIG! You're right silverangel (love that name) we have earthquakes, not tornados. This thing picked some semi trucks up off the road and dumped them over and then it tumbled some box cars off the tracks! Glad it wasn't one of the metrolink trains running....... they carry nothing but people. That's what I'm planning on taking down below this coming month to see Dr. H....... I ain't goin if the weather's not right! I don't know if anyone was killed by this tornado tho yet, I sure pray they weren't.
The mother hen, eh silverangel? I could see being the whacko of the group, but the mother hen....... nah, I mean I'm only 54 (in years)....... mentally tho (in my case) we're talkin 20, or younger!! I know many others here who would better be suited with that honor! They've always taken care of me more than I've been able to take care of them! I'm a big baby alot of the time! But thanks tho and you can think that way of me if you want, but you'll get to know me better soon! hee hee
wow, bananny, i'm glad you're ok! they were just talking about it on the weather channel.
as for my name, just for the record, i don't sell or endorse any products, i am not a doctor, nor do i play one on tv! lol! i picked that name because i used to be obsessed with the fox tv show "dark angel." when i read that some people had been treating morgellons with silver......well i was being silly that day. funny thing is, i've been seeing my naturopath for almost a year. i developed an upper respiratory virus last month, what did she give me? SILVER! (along with some other cool stuff) boy, did THAT put "this stuff" on the run! i had stuff (the sandy grains) coming out of my skin like crazy! i never did have lesions like i have seen pics of from people with morgellons, mine are more small-pimple like, and seem to come out in clusters......mostly on my scalp, my right temple (at first i thought i had shingles), my back and left upper belly. the silver had the pimples coming up everywhere, mostly my upper belly and scalp, AND i was over the upper respiratory infection in 3 days! hope i didn't offend u with the "mother hen" thing, i think you're just SO sweet! and i will say a prayer for suebe, even tho i don't know her. i remember when u guys did the yellow balloon thing for her josh, it brought me to tears! well, sorry i'm rambling, it's late.......haha....i just got home from work.
hugs, silverangel
I've never had the lesions either silverangel. Just the same as you, small bumps and nodules under the skin. My head was the first place of infection and my temples are one of the worst spots too. The silver is good stuff, I used it for awhile myself.
Of course I'm not offended about the mother hen deal silly! I thought it was sweet of you to say....... I just don't think I'm the one here to hold that title! (even tho I show some great pix of my little chickies!)
