So, if we are sick with morgellons, couldn't our own blood or saliva be the cure for morgellons, or lyme, I guess, like antivenom?

I think till we know "what all is infected", our blood or saliva might be infected too.
I know my blood sure seems to be, as I'd posted a video of it, and it's very "gelatinous" with "things" in it.
So that would only be re-infecting.
Have you had a chance to view your blood under a scope?

Godog,
That's also the theory behind autosanguis therapy.
A little of your own blood is put back into you. Your body goes, "Huh.. what is that?" and goes into a full-out attack. That supposedly strengthens your immune system.
It's repeated two weeks later. Again your immune systems grows stronger.
Eventually after many such therapies, your body is so strong that it repels whatever infection you have and guards against any new ones.
.... that's the theory anyway.. but it sorta makes sense.
(did you know your name is a palindrome?)

According to the doctors, it might work. If we beleive that we are infected with super-parasites, and we beleive that our blood has some sort of anti-venom effect, then maybe we would beleive that it would work thereby curing the delusion! Magic!
Seriously, I know that my symptoms have become less and less serious over time but that could be a lot of things. For instance I noticed in a post last night that someone mentioned that the material continues to grow smaller and smaller. This has been the case weith me too. Absolutely true. The person that posted suggested that the organisms continue to mutate (smaller and smaller), possibly our immune system stops fighting so hard when they do this allowing them to continue to suuvive. Another possibility is that of the many parasite species in our (my) system, the largest species are killed eventually by our (my) immune systems while the smaller ones are not and continue.
