In 2000, Dr. Amin had patients with symptoms exactly like Morgellons (but that was before MRF), and he called it Neurocutaneous Syndrome. Below is the link to an early journal article:

And this is to his current website. The interesting thing is that he blames dental sealants and claims a 100% cure rate when his protocol is followed!

OK; so now we have Avianweb, a birdkeepers organization. The webmaster has received over 1,000 complaints from members who complain about strains of bird mites that have developed a taste for human blood (this is a relatively new phenomenon), are next to impossible to get rid of, and often lead to Morgellons. She has information from Dr. Wymore and Dr. Staninger on her website (navigate the pages to see everything), and had written to the CDC some time ago about this problem. From her perspective bird mites are a global epidemic and are responsible for Morgellons.

So then we go to the National Pediculosis Assoc, which is concerned with the growing head lice problem, and they also report individuals who go on to develop certain symptoms. Though they don't use the word Morgellons (that I saw) the description is unmistakable. They blame collembola, and have a reporting link for anyone experincing these symptoms:

I got tired of looking for other "Morgellons" by other names with other causes. Is any of this making any sense??? Does it fit ANY of the paradigms suggested by anyone (if you put all the "types" together)?
