I bet they carry the fungus that gnats, fungus bugs, and others carry.
They jump, they do not fly. They have a furcula, that puts them in the air.
And they go in all kinds of directions. They are called snow fleas up here, and bet they also carry algae spores.

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7815401tinyurl.com/6pup6xYa this may belong in the lyme section but I do not get why some that have this bacteria that have tested positive for lyme and are suffering morgellons symptoms... claim they have not had a tick bite nor a bulls eye rash... Just thinking it may be from something other than a tick .. Yet all are suffering from morgellons symptoms...

Yes fly !!! and I have heard so many people talk about seeing things that fly by them or they see things jumping in their environment... Just trying to think logical about what I have heard and experienced the last 4 years since I have been in contact with sufferers of this most horrid thing. Been thinking a lot about what others have told me all these years.. Just trying to be logical. I am starting to remember so many things from way back and I was just too out of it to wrap my brain around it. Just thinking out loud.
Maybe I am just brain dead here but how can this bacteria be privy. I just have a hard time believing that this bacteria is only from ticks and that everyone that has it has been bitten by a tick.. Again, just thinking out loud here. Just does not make sense or add up.

I wonder if the Wolbachia which used to be in Oncho worms only, is now being carried as well as the lymes disease.
Collembolas love degrading or fermentation, in fact they live in leaf debris, under things.
So, they are like drain gnats, like the garbage the fermentation part of it.
Fermentation, yeast, fungi, algae, lichen........ they thrive on it.
Are we fermenting. Sometimes I wonder. So by pheromone, or fermentation odor, I remember the "dead smell" like the body is fermenting. inside.

I know that smell... I have had that smell off and on even though it has been quite some time since I have had to smell that.
You know? about 5 years ago when I started itching constantly... ( I mean all day everyday 24/7) I remember finding some insects in my bathtub and I gathered them up and took them to this place called The Botanical Gardens ... They identified them as collembola/springtails... I really didn't think that much more of it at the time.................. though....... (I remember thinking how weird that was to find these in my tub) I don't know why but that thought just came to mind.........
and another thing that I just remembered... I found something in my skin right around that time that I dug out and it looked like some kind of insect and I threw it away and just tried to forget about it like it didn't happen... Like I said there is so much that is coming back....
There are a lot of things that I have blown off because I have had no explanation and just went on with my life and just put them out of my every day thinking .....so to speak.
I don't know...

Fermenting, is that what I am doing? At first my fungus was white. just white. Then I began seeing green here and there. Now the green is everywhere and so is the blue. That is why I assume I have algae and mold now. Just tonight I realized I have black fungus growing. Wonder if that is the black mold that was so scary to homeowners a while back?
I too know what a person smells like when dying, especially cancer rot, has that awful smell. I don't smell that in me, but something just as similar. I did not believe though, that it was that strong. Then, This week I realized there is no safe time for me to go outside anymore. Because I am so overloaded with fungus and what not, my body perspires very easily, so that took my day time away, and the nights were cut out several months ago. I am stuck in here. The last thing I noticed. On the last few trips outside, several insects followed me home. It is always gnats, flys and mosquitos. So, even right after a shower, and not perspiring one bit, doesn't matter anymore. They are still attracted to my nose and mouth, probably the eyes too. Because these areas emit the fungus, mold, algae etc... odor. hmmm The morgellons fermentation process.
I thought I was turning into Plastic, now I'm not sure which would win the war in the end.
Sorry, for getting off track here somewhat.

Just want to mention that not all Lyme Disease is caused by a tick bite. Recent articles claim the following possibilities for transmission: horse flies mosquitoes fleas black flies mother to child sexual transmission Excerpt : "First, the arthropod is not the exclusive vector of Lyme disease. In addition to ticks, Bb may be carried and transmitted by fleas, mosquitoes, and mites. Second, Lyme disease is not exclusively borne by vectors. Compelling evidence supports horizontal (sexual) and vertical (congenital) human to human transfer. Other physicians are arriving at the same conclusions. Of the more than 5,000 children I've treated, 240 have been born with the disease," ...and "When Dr. Mattman cultures 25 patients with fibromyalgia all subjects had positive cultures of the CWD Bb, which causes LD. She relates that Bb can be found in tears and could thus easily appear on the hands where touching could spread LD. Several families are now documented where nearly every family member is infected. How sick the individual patient becomes probably relates to their initial spirochete dose, immune system, detoxification capability and stress levels. Transmission of the disease has been clearly documented after bites by fleas, mites, mosquitos and ticks. There is compelling evidence that Lyme disease (LD) can be spread by sexual and congenital transfer. One physician has cared for 5000 children with LD: 240 of these children were born with the disease. Dr. Charles Ray Jones, the leading pediatric specialist on Lyme Disease, has found 12 breastfed children who have developed LD. Miscarriage, premature births, stillbirths, birth defects, and transplacental infection of the fetus have all been reported. Studies at the University of Vienna have found Bb in urine and breast milk of LD mothers. Researchers at the University of Wisconsin have reported that dairy cattle can be infected with Bb, hence milk could be contaminated. Bb can also be transmitted to lab animals by oral intake such as food. The Sacramento, California blood bank thinks that LD can be spread by blood transfusions. The CDC (Center of Disease Control) in Atlanta, Georgia states that their data indicates that Bb can survive the blood processing techniques used for transfusions in the US. Lyme Disease is the fastest growing epidemic in the world." Full Article: www.digitalnaturopath.com/cond/C351537.htmlKaren

Thanks guys really...thanks for the link Chaosonline... Skytroll ya I have been looking stuff up about that Wolbachia as well and then I found this......................may mean nothing.. This distinctive character led to the name Collembola, originating from the Greek roots colle (=glue) and embolon (=piston). I don't know but heres the link... www.dlia.org/atbi/species/Animalia/Arthropoda/Collembola/index.shtml... Cyn, I don't know I hope not GG mycoplasma...I have my own story regarding that and I may just write about it sometime in the near future.. I think that there are so many different things that are happening ...and I will speak for myself... I am trying to seperate my symptoms and time and dates... I am thinking that MAYBE some of my symptoms are unrelated... ...I think that I have several different things that are going on... MAYBE one thing led to another but...(I am contradicting myself it sounds like but I know what I mean ) dating back to 20+ years ago and mainly I think it started with mycoplasma and head lesions.. but I don't think that is what the total problem is... I need to seperate my symptoms and time and dates.. I am not explaining this right but anyways.. Symptoms of head lesions some itching and aches coming and going starting over 20 years ago and then about 4 or 5 years ago finding collembola in my house and then full blown symptoms started in............?? Long story....another time WHAT IS THE CONNECTION to collembola... People are finding this in their skin...that have morgellons symptoms... May I ask who has found this in their skin or something that looks like bug parts and I bet there is a slew !!! GM'd organisms?? I don't know but parts are parts...ya know? And they do not belong in my skin ......PERIOD But that's just me............

I sure don't know, but....look at the different species of critters we seem to have.
Jose and Kathy with theirs, they've posted pics, me with my 'critter' that isn't like Jose's. Prevenge and Art with their critters, (different from ours too) Cyn and her pics, and Collembola in many.
JMO...it seems we are attracting critters of our environment. Maybe not...but it "seems like it".

SERIOUS Toni... What is the connection to how and why we have these in our skin? Somethings gotta give... Ok yes other critters as well...you are right... How........ is this possible? ??my biggest question here........... HOW.... Now I open myslef up to all the immune system stuff but let me just say this.............. I have eaten healthy my whole life and been very physically active.....I know others that have had nothing but junk food and do not take care of their health... no physical activity, drugs a lot of drinking...on and on you know what I mean...and they are not feeling sick or have these symptoms.... So the immune system... gosh I don't know if I want to get a brow beaten over that... We or I have been over this with others a million times... I could not run over 5 miles a day with a low immune system...NO WAY at least I don't think so... CRITTERS AND CRITTER PARTS IN OUR SKIN??? WHAT GIVES??

Cheetah,
I know exactly what you mean.
And, me too. Always have been healthy as a horse, and eating only junk food a few times a year. Always have been very health conscious where food is concerned and always got my 8 hrs of sleep too. I still feel fine, and have energy enough for 5, that's not changed. So I don't get it (morgellons) but like all of us, I have my theories.
It "seems" imho...that whatever we're "contaminated" with...bypasses/hides from the immune unless one of the (pathogens with this punch bowl of pathogens Morgellons seems to possess) gets the best of us. Then we fall ill to that particular pathogen, or many of them.
Now...something else...imho.
The (culprit) imho of whatever Morgellons really is...seems to me to be what I call contamination. (the punch bowl of pathogens)
Here's why I say that. Because the "contamination" is imho...a bunch of pathogens, and "whatever condition we were in prior" to this contracting of this contamination is what either sticks or doesn't.
If we have a weakened spot in our body, that's where the pathogens seem to congregate.
Cherry/Cheryl Warren, her body fell fatally ill to Wergeners - just one of the pathogens (in the punch bowl that Morgellons possesses).
We may have had "weakened" areas and didn't even know it also. Say for instance, someone had stomach problems, well...Morgellons (with it's pack of pathogens) concentrates in that area. I had had a facial peel done, so they concentrated there. More below on this part.
I know that may sound vague, but what I mean is....say for an example you're super healthy.
But everyone in your office has the flu.
You probably will catch 'part of it' and it might not affect you as badly as it might someone who was run down. But, you'll still catch the flu - just your symptoms aren't as bad as the next guys, but you still have the pathogen.
To me...that seems how Morgellons works.
You, me, all of us got exposed somehow. IMHO
We all caught the "pathogens".
Some of those pathogens got the better of some, while some like myself may have only "grabbed onto" parts of them. So I'm not ill physically.
Now...had I caught the full brunt of all of them, I may be experiencing physical problems.
I believe what we caught-the contagion was (something that contained many pathogens).
Our lymps got infected....and distributed it thoughout our body.
Where our body was weak, due to prior infection, or problems that we were aware of or even not aware of, this (Morgellons contamination) then concentrated in that particular area.
And because of the multitude of fungi/bacteria/viruses I believe are involved, that is a recipe for critter attraction.
JMHT (just my humble thoughts)

"(UNDER FEEDING BEHAVIOR IT SAYS...they can alter the physical properties)"....of soils.

Yes of soils I understand that but what else can they alter??? Was my point...and I should have said that but anyways... And about the above post where I mention I think there are so many different things going on with me anyways...Leads me to wondering this.... Why do different applications (speaking topically because I really do not know for sure what helps me internally as I cannot seperate it as on so many different supplements and such) help with relief in some parts of my body and not others??? Example: I use sulfur soap and it seems to help with back, legs, arms and buttocks but yet not face, neck or scalp and the stuff I use for face does not seem to help with arms legs or back or at least not as much. Did that make sense?

I have read that Lyme shuts down the bodies naural defense against parasites and our ability to eliminate metals.

just had to pipe in here, lol! let me say first that i have never found insects IN my skin or coming out of my skin, but i sure have had my strange ordeals with them..... this thread made me think back......3 years ago, when they first built my brand new manufactured house. a couple of weeks later, as i was moving things in, and putting things away, i had an infestation of these little beetles. i don't know if they were hiding in my walls or cupboards or whatever. ant, help me out here, let me try to describe them.....i am sure that they were a weevil of some kind, they had a hard shell, or "butt," the body had 2 sections, the body and the head, but they had a long nose, i was calling them my "anteater beetles". they were everywhere! i even called the house manufacturer to ask them if they'd ever had complaints from other house buyers of these in their new homes.....uh, no. who knows how they got in here, or if they infested the house after the guys brought it here.....the house was manufactured not far from here, but who knows where the actual materials came from..... anyway, since then i have had problems with other insects, from fleas (me and my cats ALL had tapeworm!) and ants, spiders (i live by a lake, they are inevitable), mosquitoes, biting black flies, fruit flies, no-seeums, oh and i was bitten by a leech 2 summers ago. i see ticks around and have had them on me, but i don't think i was bitten. anyway, my point here is that any or all of these insects could have given me the "soup" that caused my morgellons.....if they all carry the mycoplasma, then no wonder. i have already commented on how insects are attracted to me.....last night, i was doing a press check at my work, and suddenly i felt something biting me on my head, right where my "mother lesion" is on my scalp. there was a FLY biting my lesion! i felt it as it flew away, and then it would not leave me alone! it kept trying to land there, time and time again, in the exact same place. it drove me running out of the press room before he would leave me alone. why was it attracted to that lesion? that is the lesion that emits the most sand grains and gooey stuff from my head..... that smell, yes i know that smell! when i was very sick last summer, i had night sweats so bad, and it was always that very sour, sickly smell. my breath was rancid, like i had eaten something dead......and i won't even try to describe the smells coming out the other end......i know the smell of "death", my dad was full of cancer when he passed away, and i smelled just like that. even my tears and urine stunk. i felt like i was rotting from the inside out......fermenting, yes! since i have gotten rid of my parasites and candida, i do not smell like that anymore. just wanted to add my story to the list, hugs, silverangel

Lyme also, does not allow mercury to be excreted from cells building up causing heavy metal toxicity..causing Autism in babies after having the MMR vaccine with the mercury based thimerisol.
That;s why they chelate autistic children, to pull the metals out of their bodies which is not being excreted normally.
I think alot of people have Lyme and don't know it. If a parent has it or parents and the baby is born with it...who knows the baby has it until it is tested...after symptoms appear?
I think if many people got tested for Lyme that have autistic children, there would be a connection.
