Why don't we just leave the fungi alone and let them do their
job of decomposing logs in the woods, leaves, etc.....
I don't know if this is being done already, but now they
want to use fungus to accelerate the corn to ethanol
process.
Surely it is going to have some health and environmental
damage. Not before someone profits monetarily first.
