Kammy,
Me bad girl. I've been so sidetracked (and last Saturday) we had the Cox Communication's tech out again because of our phones, and I had to "bag up everything"...put it away actually, because he was going to be in the 'spare room here I call my office' and I didn't want any specimens out for him to see...or possibly catch the cooties from them.
So since "last Sat"....I've not even touched my "egg laidened or fungi-ed gnat.
I'll get the little guy out tomorrow. And I REALLY AM GLAD you brought it up, cause it's been one heck of a week, and I forgot.

Hi Gals, I've just left some details. www.medhelp.org/posts/Undiagnosed-Symptoms/Gnats-or-Fruit-flies-following-me/show/202117Kam - your puter trouble is making me laugh hope it's better.. Your fiber shots from your screen look familiar. Just wondering, can you try rubbin your hands with alcohol hand gel mixed with GSE to see if any larvae come out? (maybe put them in warm water first for a few seconds) It works good for me every time. God willing we will get to the bottom of this affliction. Jo xxxx

ok, Jo, I tried the experiment and I can't say that any larvae came out of my hands. Mine are stubborn or like me and aren't going to be evicted very easily. What about some oil of peppermint? Or rubbing a lemon or lime on the skin? We remember this video?: seeztzha (2 days ago) at Malaysia... traditional acne treatment using forest cockroach halzeenan (5 days ago) The applied fluid applied on his face are actually from the roaches butt.. the worms become visible when exposed to air..this guy got fooled into believing that worms are coming out of his face..truth is..it is wiped on his face in the 1st place.. now think... why does it have to be roach's butt fluid to treat the worm in your face and not other means?? nuars (5 days ago) come to malaysia to get this tretment.....we call it resdung worm sirens007 (1 week ago) I've heard of this before people. The worms aren't coming from his face. The cotton they rubbed on his face has ooze from the butt of a roach. This species has worms in its stomach that are released in the ooze as it dries on the face. The practice is used to cure certain illnesses (i.e., skin disease) and make the person believe the worms are coming out of them, as a sign of being cured. Yuck! JokkerJester (1 week ago) those are cockroaches juice . and those are cockroaches larva that react after a few seconds being applied on skin . its a stunt called resdung made to fool people .. you can search it on google JokkerJester...Almost correct. Only the worms are not the larva of the roach but a parasitic nematode that infects that particular species of ground dwelling cockroach.

Thank you so much for providing this information.
That video was the creepiest I've ever witnessed and was so believable! (to me)
I'm relieved to know the truth simply because it was and actually is, disgusting. Thanks!

I know it's disgusting, Sidney, but the fact of the matter is... that this is our plight. We need to learn and try coaxing methods to eliminate any of the pathogens from our bodies which is a good thing and will only aid in us feeling better.
I'm not so sure the video is a fake. We see larvae coming out of his face not going in.

Hi Kam,
That's an interesting discussion about that video.
Can I send you some alcohol rub to try? I'm starting to think that the exact product is key as no US morgies are getting results like in UK with this.

Sure Jo...thank you! It made me wonder if there are two varieties of the fungus gnat involved here? Its probably just the specific products, your sample will prove this one way or another. Here's what I'm thinking... I know there are several parasites involved, and some people tend to have one variety or another.
The question is: do we all have the fungus gnat as part of our Morgellons? I know there is a micro fly or wasp involved, it may not necessarily have to be the fungus gnat but I think the numbers are very high. What's your opinion, Jo?

The question is: do we all have the fungus gnat as part of our Morgellons? I know there is a micro fly or wasp involved, it may not necessarily have to be the fungus gnat but I think the numbers are very high. What's your opinion, Jo? The following facts, when taken together, point to fungus gnats: 1) - production of silk threads and webs found in morg homes 2) - carnivorous diet - known to attract phorids, gall midge, parasitic wasps, collebola, trogophytic tipulids, moths, stone flies, caddis flies, sand flies, red ants, spiders, millipedes, isopods, and even small snails 3) - stong association with fungi, algae, slime molds carried within fungus gnats and their larvae 4) - fungus gnats are plant pathogens found in soil, in drains, damp places 5) - apart from gall midge, fungus gnat larvae are the only flies able to keep reproducing (paedogenesis) without having sex. I am nearly certain that they will prove to be endemic in the general population. But due to point 5, its possible that a morgie could have an infection of gall midge without fungus gnats being involved. lets see, it will unravel Jo xxx

I can tell you of 2 products when combined that will pull tons of orange colored pods out of your hands. First you rub "Fungasoap" into your hands then slightly dampen them with water and rub. Without rinsing it completely away, you then rub Endure300 into them and then rinse slightly. Whenever I used to do that (I've run out of both products) I'd get tons of pods out of my hands. You can order both products online tho... so if anyone wants to try it, I'd love hearing about your results!

Morg Cobwebs Thanks for the tip, Banny, let's try it? Here are three photos of what Barb is calling 'cobwebs' that she said appeared literally overnight inside her home, I'm posting these photos for her. She also said there were some pieces that resembled the 'sewing thread' in with them. To me they appear to be from the fungus gnat. I believe she said that there are not evident gnats in her house:

wow, very varied web shots. Mine look more like Barbs and have blue and red strands integrated into them. Here I compared garden web strands to my house webs...very different.... www.morgellons-disease-research.com/Morgellons-Message-Board/album.php?albumid=14How could we prove what critter is making these webs? - It can only be spiders or fungus gnat larvae. And to capture on film the fungus gnat larvae on threads would be very tricky...they are very small and can look transparent. Jo xxx

Wow you girls and guys, what incredible pictures!!!
Thanks for sharing these.
Jo, the clump might appear whiter because it's all together.
Like fishing line on a reel looks white, until you remove it off the spool, then it's opaque like clearish.
Just incredible all the pics are. Thank you.

I don't believe it's a critter making the morg strands jo... I believe they're produced from the morg gel and that they're bioengineered spider silk. Take a look at the "recombinant spider silk protein" thread and you'll see. Course, that's just the way I see it!
Good point toni...
