It is my undertanding that most antibiotics used long term will turn your teeth brown and eventually rot them, not to mention that Lyme also does this. It happened to me too and I am horrified as I can't afford dental work right now. And I imagine it doesn't help for those of us with this problem to drink tea and coffee as they stain them too, but maybe some of those cheaper whitening products will help you some. I feel bad this is happening to you as it's really freaked me out also.

Ruth, parts of my teeth turned black on i.v. ceftriaxone (rocephin). I haven't tried the septra yet - am finishing off a big prescription of amoxicillin to kill the remaining Lyme (it does nothing for fibres and bugs, however). Sorry to hear about your teeth - eats lots of apples and celery to keep the plaque down. I find Listerine helps too. Jane D.

Hi Ruth,
I never knew (still don't) whether or not I've ever had Lyme, but my bottom teeth are two-toned: white and brown. The dentists were always a little perplexed about it. They mentioned it could have been the antibiotics I took as a teenager for acne. Who knows. Has your daughter been on anitbiotics a long time? I thought it was interesting that "guest" said that Lyme can do this as well. I think I've had Lyme since 1980 (got some sort of bite, then two circular rashes on my face). I became very tired and started getting the acne I spoke about. I never got any intense muscle pain like other's do, so perhaps I don't have all of the Lyme buggers. In any case, something permanently changed the color of my bottom teeth. I don't think Collidal Silver would do the same thing, but I also don't think it is as effective on Morgellons.
Take Care Ruth, Linda

During the time I had these critters, My teeth became very brown and dirty looking. My gums very raw and receded. Thought I would need alot of dental work, but didn't think I would live long enough to spend the money. I have been on THE RECIPE which includes SULFUR and SILVER for almost 3 years now. My gums have healed and my teeth are white again, maybe not as white as they were when I was a young chick, but I can smile again. Kill the bugs and bacteria and fungus in your body and you will begin to heal, too. My prayers are with you all. JPRoder@aol.com

thanks everyone, especially to know my tooth color may not stay this way.
after 8 years of 'morgellons', i am close to lesion free, still active lesions. the scar tracts are dissolving amazingly slow, they are easily visible(in me) as with the sulfur they gain a yellow color. daily, their configurations change, layer upon layer. the 'beds' are thickly layered as are the ones that wrap aroung the veins. i can see the bonds cleaving and breaking i still put out occasional micro-insects (thrips, micro wasps, micro spiders, flying ant) i do not believe i'll get any new ones as i smell like sulfur, even the bugs outside don't mess with much now. i use to be a bug magnet. this should be the last year of putting out micro-insects.
YEA, HALLALEUJAH, THANK YOU GOD. THANK YOU DR. SCHWARTZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU DR. BIGGS !!!!
i wish i would have started taking chlorella at the time i started treatment. i have to say it really takes the edge off of my "head herxing". i guess i'll continue to be loopy until i reach a balance. i forget where i am going 4-5 times before i get there. i forget half way through the sentence what the subject was.
i am so grateful to dr. schwartz, he calls periodically for updates on the treatment as i think he is going to write it in to the medical textbooks. I NOMINATE SCHWARTZ FOR THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE !!
