Hi "Anyone" reading.
This is something fairly new under my scope.
I do believe it's not a "new specimen within me" but rather.....a progression in the "stages" of Morgs, which is why I'm now seeing these more so here and there on my glass slides which come out of specimens as I press on the specimen that's been hydrated in a drop of water on my scope slide.

I sure don't know the difference-plant, animal, vegetable cell or egg. Anyone? I placed a side-by-side with different lighting to see this the best we can. I haven't any idea, except that this is so microscopic. Just looked at it again (the picture) and what can't be seen, but that I can see while it floats in less than a drop of water is, that it's not like a donut, as a donut is hollow inside. This is a solid circular "specimen" with like a double looking border wall around it.

Hi Ruthintoronto, And thank you for sharing to help. I sure do appreciate that. Something I've noticed in "my specimens that look like cells or eggs" are that they're "very smooth" and transparent, where I can't really even see if there's "goodies" inside them, like the link you've shared, there looks to be "something inside those", but, I sure don't know though. Something I don't even want to think is (taenia or one of those guys eggs) which it sort of resembles too....which those are "tapeworm eggs"...ugh, it's hard to even type that one. I just don't know, and thank you. And, anytime you find anything that may look like it, please post because that's the way we can nail it exactly.

Here's some tape eggs from the internet from *Images* , but...there's so many species that infect "mammals", it's just so hard to tell, and then a couple of years back, I'd found that "red specimen" that looked almost like a "developing tape". I sure don't know though. Ugh...I don't know.

A couple of years ago, I'd found this "from some of my *pickings* of specimens that came out of my face.

(My specimen on the left above pictured) is "just enlarged" or rather the picture was taken with my old scope at 800X mag next to the other (internet specimens) of tapes. So it's not that my specimen is larger, just my picture is 'larger' than the two other specimens I've got pictured next to it.
The "end of them" or the front....where the "like" crown is?well....that part doesn't exactly match the crown part of the tapes I have it pictured next to, as "my specimens *crown* or whatever it's called, has a larger circumference, but....they "to me" look very similar.
Mine was red, which I don't know where the pigment came from, and that was a couple of years ago I'd found that.
Then....I saw another one "last week". Those are the only two (red specimens like that) that I've ever seen under my scope to date.
I am just "sort of hung up on this" because it looks so similar to the "tapes".....but, I know a lot of things can look "like it" but.... it has to be exact "to be it".
And, (to date) along with this (red specimen) and now the "round egg looking things"....I'm really at a (I sure don't know) but...I'm searching because they're something, and not (imho) what is suppose to be in my skin.

Here's another pic of that red specimen, (I know it seems I'm going off the egg/cell thing) but....only because in looking at "eggs" or ova of tapeworms, because of that "round egg looking specimen" I remembered this red specimen, and then I began recently looking at tape "eggs" to try and match and tapeworm eggs seemed to "look similar". I just hope it's not "that".
I don't think these two specimens (mine on the left and an internet pic of this tapeworm) look 'exact' as they don't.
There are very subtle differences, but...not a whole lot.
That's why now, I'm starting to think there might be something "to this red specimen" in regards (possibly) to the "round things that look like eggs/ova" but I sure don't know.

Something else for anyone reading.
If anyone has ever examined a demodex mite (under the scope) because that's the only place you can clearly see one, as they're so microscopic to see the details and ripple lines in their skins, but, to understand the size, they're thinner than a human hair, and the length is (approx. and close) to 80-100 um's.
My "specimen at the top of this thread"....so far is "very closely fitting" the size of an ova/egg of a tape. It measures approx. 20 um, which is about 1/5th the size of a demodex mite. Not that I'm saying that's what it is, because I don't know. Just saying what "is" for the size if that helps anyone anywhere with what they're looking at under the scope.

Toni If I run across something similar in my travels I will let you know. Very frustrating trying to figure this crap out.

Toni If I run across something similar in my travels I will let you know. Very frustrating trying to figure this crap out. Thanks Ruthintoronto. It's difficult as I'm seeing lots of these "round specimens" which are so microscopic, and on the internet, there's a few things that look practically the same, so I sure don't know.
