There is a stage in the Morgellons where I have localized muscle pain that subsides in a day or so; it's nothing compared to what I've heard occurs with Lyme. Do lymies always have extreme muscle and bone pain? This is the one issue I always get hung-up on. If I have Lyme, then why don't I have muscle pain?
Thanks, Linda

You're very fortunate. That's been my biggest issue along with the fatigue in regards to Lyme. It's so hard to describe the pain because it's so deep within. For me, it's not something you can massage like muscle. Joint pain comes and goes, but this other is a constant. I do get knots that I don't realize how painful they are until they are touched. I also get a burning that feels like its deep in the muscle. Narcotic pain relievers only take the edge off. Maybe there will be others with Lyme that will respond. I wouldn't worry about the pain part, just count your blessings.
One interesting thing that I've noticed. When taking antibiotics the pain is less, but when I take Cat's Claw the pain increases. This makes me wonder if it's the supplement that's doing a better job of ridding me of whatever.....as in there's a die off causing the pain. I would like opinions on this please from those who have experienced Cat's Claw.

Linda,
I healed very slowly after car accidents. Years. I have 1:64 titer. I have bone pain in the hip (the part the baby is carried on) since I was a little kid, and that is a deep "PANG" that subsides. I have back/muscle pain, but what you are talking about, I don't think I have that either.
I know that if I physically labor every day, I do not have a lot of back pain. Too bad I am not good enough at it to earn a living for doing it! As soon as I quit, I am sunk and hurt all over. "Stretching" just never helps. Maybe you are doing a lot of hard physical labor lifting kids and taking care of them all day.
