Y'all just keep on practicing this, and I predict that one of two things will occur. You're either gonna be healed in no time, or, you're gonna begin to enjoy experiencing the pain of your illness(es). Please, promise me that you'll exercise caution when the stun-gun comes into play, and don't allow its current to have contact any metal surfaces, unless you have your rubber-suits on. You know what they say, "practice makes perfect".
Promise to always employ these safety measures too:
Don't make any restraint too tight, especially around joints (wrists, elbows, knees, ankles) or the neck--anywhere that major arteries or veins are near the surface.
Don't leave someone who's inescapably bound completely alone for long periods, and no more than a minute or two if they are gagged or tied by the neck. Circulation problems can get very bad, very fast. Not to mention what might happen in case of other medical emergencies or falling and injuring themselves. Keep within earshot at least and look in on them frequently.
Don't gag a bondage partner unless you provide alternative methods for them to communicate problems with circulation or other emergencies.
Don't attempt suspension without proper training, and never bind someone where support of their weight relies on a fixture, bolt or construction that has not been designed to bear a load many times their weight.
(I know y'all know what you're doing, but post these up somewhere, in case the brain-fog rolls in.)

Bugs, if you're wondering where I am, one of the dogs ended up spooking me at Chico's, so I left quickly & quietly, and came back down to 4th & Drucker. I'll be working on the grand opening plans, in the booth in the back, in the corner, in the dark. Should I start a new thread on the off-topic board, or should I, at least, mention our soda shoppe's new name, "Malt-O-Philia" here? Whoops! I think I just did. Ha, ha!!! I'm glad you only had a swig of your malted falcon, earlier, but I wish I'd warned you not to order doubles. "Double chocolate" is fine, professor, but "double the elixir"? Sit down, mister! But be careful how, and where, because I may decide to take a break from this, and show back up at Chico's later.

Adapted,
I saw when you left Chico's, but I couldn't say anything. I think you might have seen me wave when I pretended I was blocking the sun from my eyes. I came back early, so I could help with the grand opening plans. Kim and Chico think the new name for the malt shop, Malt-O-philia, is appropriate since everyone that tries the chocolate malted falcons quickly become maltophiles. I thought we might try to get Jessco White to perform for the grand opening. Hopefully the Armenian will show up, since Armenians get their chocolate malted falcons free. I'll be down at the malt shop in a few minutes. I will bring the edible chocolate and strawberry party hats. I think we should start a new thread since there's going to be a quite a few announcements.

Why, you're welcome, Bugs. Sometimes a fog can roll in, and it just has as a way of interferring with viewing the stars.

Bugs, I have an idea that I'd like your opinion on. During Malt-O-Philia's Grand Opening, do you think that we could offer foghorns on a trial basis? I really think they could become a very hot ticket item for the business. Since working with you, I'm finding that yours is an invaluable assisting device in helping me learn to focus. I'm wondering, if, perhaps, we might just pick up a few cartons of them and sell them at half price to the first fifty customers. I would suggest passing them out for free, but I'm afraid that children would just be sounding them off all over the place. Implant victims, especially, just couldn't handle that scene. By the way, where did you find your foghorn when it had been misplaced? You don't even need to answer, but it wasn't by any chance right underneath your hat, where you "always keep it", was it? (I'm so sorry Bugsy, I just can't help meself sometimes.) You know, that I know that it really isn't funny. But I did suggest duct taping it to your head just the other day, when you'd assured me that's where it always is. At least, I'm thinking I'd suggested duct tape. HONK, HONK! The more we use it, the clearer things will become.

Adapted,
I think giving away a few foghorns would be a great idea. We might consider reserving some of them for the people who call, saying that they forgot how to get here.
You're right about my foghorn. I didn't find it until I got hungry and decided to eat my chocolate hat. HONK, HONK, Honk.

Have we got enough of the strawberry & chocolate hats for sundaes, for the grand opening, or do we need to make some more?

We've got 200 edible chocolate hats and 200 edible strawberry hats. I think that will be plenty, in case that some people want one to hold their sundae and an extra one to wear. I wish we had some noise makers. Oh, there they are!

Adap/Bugs - Will you please explain, my brain is tired. I keep checking this thread thinking oh they're just being goofballs, or oh gosh they're speaking in code. Maltophilia, foghorns, chocolate hats, stun guns and where the heck is 4th and Dunken or whatever? Are they handing out innoculations there? Are you CIA ops? Maxwell, Agent 99 can you please tell me in plain speak via my personal e-mail if you don't want to blow your cover? Does everyone else get it? Sounds like Hope does. I think my IQ is dropping daily. Of course if you're just being silly amongst yourselves than I truly apologize for interuppting your dialog. Call me desparate, paranoid... scared for my life... just don't call me DOP. If you wouldn't mind though, I'd appreciate any word. Please and Thank you, Alexandra

I've sent you a personal message through the Message Board. I hope you are doing well.

Now...Adapted must speak on this matter. Afterall, what IS the subject title of this thread? That's right...it is, "Haven't Seen Or Heard From Adapted Lately". I'm letting my whereabouts be known on this thread. To you, Guest, what an utterly blatant display you've just caused yourself as the spokesperson for the group. Keep in the important posts' sections and get off of my cloud. Did you end up in here because your mouse suddenly took a wrong turn? Pay better attention next time, and keep outta here, ya old crab.

I dont think anyone speaks for this board but those who run it. And its true that this post stopped being about the title long ago but who cares? Guest was right, just ignore what you don't want to read and spend your time on the posts that will help you best. Calling someone names is not how to handle any situation let alone a misunderstood one.
How do I know thee, let me count the incidents.
