I just put on a comfortable dress and went to the kitchen to start cooking some chicken for tomorrow. I had to thing going boiling chicken for some soup. and pan frying some just. had to go back and fourth maybe a foot in between. Will I notice a lot of dirt on the floor where I was go to the sink and stove, there was a trail. got the broom and swept but was having a hard time. so I got the baking soda and poured some on the floor. that when I notice that this stuff was coming off of me. some look like lint balls and I got one that has a lint ball but has a flys leg and a wing this I saw fall off of me. but some much came off of me it was just coming off.

Looks like your herxing pretty well. Thats great!!!
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar? that is strong taste.
What I don't understand is that the baking soda helps reduce an acidic environment, yet, we chase it with something highly acidic.
Last night I tried a test area on my arm. Rubbed baking soda into about a 3 X 3 inch area of skin and then sprayed apple cider vinegar onto it. WOW!!! bubble up city! It felt hot for about 5 seconds then fine.
Is this a good practice?

just to be sure...is that baking soda or baking powder? im thinking baking powder has quite a lot of something else in it, but i forget what it is. and im thinking someone did a thread on that other ingredient thats in the powder. anyone recall that? rh, i guess the acv changes to alkaline state after ingestion....unlike white vinegar...which stays acidic. i've had a hard time with that concept...but not stressing over it i still am using just the baking soda. toni is/was using that mixture. she might be able to fill you in on what to expect.

coz - just your metabolism changing what it's recieving. yes i'd like to know if it was baking POWDER.. or baking SODA that you used, laylo. please respond thanks. ps- this on apple cider vinegar ... www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html"pH BALANCE: It's suggested that Apple Cider Vinegar has such curative abilities because it causes one's pH levels to become more alkaline. Ted, our Bangkok, Thailand contributor tells us, "Apple Cider Vinegar in itself is alkaline because of its "ash" content, which means if the apple cider vinegar was burned, what is left over becomes ash. When you check for the pH of that ash and dissolve it with water, the content is alkaline. Whenever our body digests anything, it undergoes oxidation, which is similar to burning and the end result is that you can determine whether the end product was alkaline or acid. Apple Cider Vinegar has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties, primarily coming from the malic acid and acetic acid portion of the vinegar. Apple cider vinegar acts as a buffer in the body because the acetic acid reacts with base or acid compounds to form an acetate, therefore rendering them chemically bioavailable for the body's utilization. Additionally, Apple Cider Vinegar can reduce the toxicity of certain compounds by converting the toxin into an acetate compound, which is less toxic. This is why they are ideal for insect bites and certain skin allergies. While Apple Cider vinegar in itself is considered alkaline, a chemically pure vinegar (acetic acid) is neither acid nor basic forming as it leaves no ash as the entire portion, when burned evaporates completely. Ted" " prevenge note - i think different brands may be more alkaline / acidic than others... but then again that circumvents the fact that different pH values change when they enter the system... more research needed .. for me at least -M

sorry i havn't response to ur question about baking soda or baking powder. It's baking soda. I've been so busy cleaning and washing clothes with baking soda and apple cider vinegar. It working pretty good. I've been doing it 2 x a day. and the rash which looked like scabies are nearly gone even the ones on my legs, but I'm getting some bruising not a whole lot but some are noticeable. before i started doing the soda and vinegar I wasn't doing to many fibers just what seem like body parts of a roach or fly mainly legs is what it looked like to me. the itching i hardly have but this morning I could feel some movement on my face. I went to walmart and when I came back I had some fibers on my face that were boring me. but I feel just tired now. you get use to the taste of the soda and vinegar alway with a chase of honey. right now I'm getting my night drink ready.

Yes, thanks Prevenge, that helps in "how to do it".
I know baking soda helps muscles when they burn from exercise too, that's the lactic acid build up, which the soda helps dissolve that.
But I was wondering also if it neutralized by mixing soda and vinegar and made a difference, and this article you posted explained so much.
