The radio interveiw is 45 min long with the NPA and a fellowsufferer who are interveiwed. Some mention of springtails. I thought it was done quite well. If some of you are going to be upset by the springtail; issue you shouldnt even listen to it! Im not here to create controversy just sharing information. Frisky cat

I have no problem with the dissussion of spring tails vs malto..(they may be there but just attracted to the dead flesh) in fact they are not really the issue at all...just like intestenial bugs..there are there have always been there ...but in life they are not a problem to a normal human...what we have goes much deeper than the skin you have to know that by now...my problem is nuspa banning information about the swartz book from apprearing on the board over there..I have posted simple posts over 4 times simply saying that there is a new book out with a link...All edited off the board...my question in not one to start any fight...but a simple one....(do you think that is right?) when we ban simple educational material because we dont aggree with the findings???I know there are poeple who dont like me..but does that give them the right to keep people from recieving information...I really would like my self just simply heard on this..and i just with the poeple there at could know that there is a book out...thats is ..not fight...no argument..just information...who could have a problem with that...unless they let there personal feeling get in the way of information..

LOL" ;D I haven't had a chance to listen to the radio broadcast but I will make a point of it to night as far as the columbola are concerned at this point any thing is game and I give them the benefit of a doubt The fact when theres dead body that columbola are one of the first decomposer's to show up on the scene Say's allot and what it says is they eat meat not just fungus and mold and such so open minds will prevail ---luv --ant PS. you were the first one to make me blush on the Internet you took my Internet virginity

This totally makes sense, before all this happend I walked into a sand storm and got a rash on my arm after a extreamly wet season for this desert area; it hardly ever rains out here. I also purchased an indoor plant from Target during this time and have seen these skin colored mite looking things crawling on my vynil covered bed. Do springtails crawl as well as jump?

I remember it well-- Something about vibrat-ions or was it -ors. Or was it--- no, it couldn't have been that-- My memory is flagging-- Help me out here ant. ;D
To JLR, We found that adding a few drops of pure Tea Tree Oil to the watering can and then watering plants takes care of things that fly, jump, bite, and/or itch. Blue Skies.................John

Thanks John, I think I will be getting rid of my plant all together, I've been saying this for awhile but have always felt sorry for the living thing... but now screw it, it's gone! I have been showering with a product from Walgreens called "Fungasoap"; oddly enough it has tea-tree oil as well as other natural ingredients including peppermint, I alternate showers with this product and a sulfur soap which contains aloe. Then I moisterize with a Aveeno body lotion that contains menthol and have been cleaning with an ammonia/water mixture. I believe this has help emminsely with my inconvenience.
Now to get these crittes out of my carpet which seems to be the biggest problem now.
