Here's a real easy tester anyone can do.
Take a clean pair of socks, and rub one of the socks on your person. Scratch your skin, then rub the sock on that too. Rub your head with that sock. Rub your sores with that sock.
Don't do anything with the "other sock". Leave it clean.
Now, after you've rubbed one sock on you, from head to toe (under arms too) seriously,
THEN: Put both socks outside (NOT by each other). Make sure you put 10 feet in between each sock on the ground.
Now watch.
You'll see insects go for (the sock that has our Morgs smell) on it like it's the last food on earth.
There IS an attractant coming out of us. And the socks tester will prove this. The insects are not trying to parasitize the sock, they just want the food they're smelling.

Hi BB I hear you big time. For years even before the internet was around I knew of people their kids who would fill the toilet with worms and test negative for it but the Dr.s back then were able to be themselves and look with the eye and say Gee you have worms. Here is the medicine. Then here we are with all types of bugs being attracted to us and how hard I have tried to get them caught and identified and keep hitting a brick wall. The first being when I took 4 stages of sample to the Dr. and he verified they were 4 stages of some bug, but could only guess they were fleas. I had to come up with the idea for lab testing and he shot me down and never offered any clues how to find out what I had in my possession. Back then I was so scared and the bugs were crawling over the tops of one another and falling off of me down my pant legs, but could not see anything with the eye. Then samples I had collected had to be seen under a scope they were that tiny. Then the time my hubby and I held a magnifier on my arm and saw a cute chigger like bug which I now think is the wispy crawler and is a ear mite. We tried to catch him with a piece of tape and the taping squashed him so you really could not tell what he was. I tried trapping bugs coming to the bed around the floor with glue traps and I would get bug legs seen only under a scope and the agricultural department after three times told me nicely not to come back they can not verify bug legs as to what type of bug. Then the sample I took to a professor at our state college and he does not even refrigerate it and never bothered to verify it. That was the thrip like bug I caught running around on my privates. Beautiful bug. Then the time I pulled out the bloated worms from the inside of each arm. By then I felt I had no one to turn too and had no internet morg buddies to send samples to that I trusted until I overcame being shy hear and made friends. Right now with the peaches rotting we have a lot more Nats of various kinds and I am so broke I am being ultra conservative with my supplies and the tooth soap only once a day and regular tooth paste in the morn so when they manage their way into the house I have to be on the alert because they are trying to go into my mouth or up my nose. My husband gets a little irritated as I try to smack each bug after just trying to swish them away. They are not going after anyone else in the house of 5 people that we total just me........... The ear mite thing took me almost 3 years to figure out on my own. When I am in homes with pets I get more hits. So all the normal bugs in our surrounding gravitate to some of us for what ever reason and become a burden on our over taxed skin and become an open diner. How I wish so hard that my Morgellons did not have tag along's like some. Sense we seem to have electrical issues and energy issues I wonder if we are putting out a static amount of energy that attracts critters or is it smell of mold and fungi alone that is calling to the critters. The two times during the worst stages of this that the hubbie said ignore the bug and see if they go away. So when I stopped treating the skin the constant biting made my skin bleed. It became so painful I could not sit or ware clothes less the 24 hours later. Back when I was covered head to toe in different types of crawling I had bugs that felt like a stab. Like being jabbed with a needle, I had bites that felt like a big red fire ant bite, and then large and small stinging type bites like being bitten by Nats, and small ants. Thank God I am not attracting the ones that stab you and the big hard biters all of which I can not see with my eye and when trapped never successfully found anyone to verify. Drives me absolutely nuts. I would much rather have Morgellons without bugs sense I am stuck with Morgellons. I think I would rather fall over dead of a massive heart attack then have Morgellons. Sorry I am on a rant, but I get to the point I have had enough of this dang disease and want even more of my life back though it will never be the same for the rest of my days. I will always be on high alert to any crawling. I have had instances where I am being bitin and crawled on and find a real large red ant on me and it so similar to what I went through all day and all night long all over the body that I quirk that I actually ignored the eye seeing bug attacking me because I could not tell the difference. I use to go over my body and bedding with a black light, I use to try and tape areas of attack and look under a magnifier glass to see what I had. Out of all the sample and keep hitting my head on the brick wall. I still might out of curiosity send a sample to someone who can look and see what it is, but I want to concentrate on beating the disease and get out of here instead of constantly trying to see what it is that is on me. At the beginning I seemed so obsessed at what was on me. Like the bugs were the disease, but now it does not matter how I got the disease I want out. I went from believing it was just a bug to Morgellons. Now to day I stand at believing I have Hyper Toxicity with tag a longs and Morgellons is just a tag a long and low key at that. I might have Lymes as a tag a long also. I bet I have a parasite or 2 or 3 to tag a long with the whole works. By detoxing the garbage I accumulated over the years I am peeling the disease like an onion. I do think I will kick this out and be whole again, but hope it does not take me the rest of my time left on planet earth. If soo then God come quickly. Hope to make it to at least 65 years old, but after that I think I will be done if ill. Well I have talked your eye balls right out of your head so I will stop here. In Light Lynn/TorpedoLynn

Hi Lynn,
I haven't read all your post yet, but I will shortly.
I got to the part about how frustrated you are, and trust me, me too.
This is so nuts that here we are all "still" in the same place we were years and years ago.
If someone would JUST TRY (the little teeny tiny tester) I posted above your post, that WILL help answer so many questions.
Insects can smell a "molecule". I didn't make that up, it's fact anyone can read science facts on this.
Insects are (born) to detect smells, it's how they find food.
Insects will, no matter what, find food for two reasons. To eat for their survival, and to lay eggs in what they consider food to ensure their new babies have food.
So anywhere there is food, insects will be found.
I'm not saying people can't or don't get parasite infections, of course they do, but I'm talking about something else, the bugs that are going after us, because of the smells that our "hundreds of thousands of pores" are secreting.

Hi toni
Did you have a good birthday? Hope you had a great day. I can sit under a tree in my yard and have my sandled feet cover by tiny white grain looking type bugs and then sliver all over my shirt. White slivers as if I trimmed my nails over my shirt. I am sure what ever lives in the tree finds me attractive. I use to never find such strange debre all over my clothes in certain situations and I am the type of person with a keen eye for detail, so it is not because of being ill that I suddenly notice. I use to be told through out life I notice stuff other folks do not. I think I will try your sock test. If I accumulate strange stuff can I send it in a zip lock to you for verification? Do not be worried if you have to say no, because life can keep us very busy.

And something I know (or have learned about you) - is you sure are KEEN on details being in the "inventing" arena as I too. So I can totally relate, as I know you don't miss much (or rather, you don't miss anything) when you look at it. I know what you mean too about everything else you said. You're correct, imho. We are not (that ill) that we don't know what we're talking about, hahah We KNOW, and nothing will deny us of that. And yes, send me a bag full of anything you'd like. I'll look for it in the mail

Hi Scabdagger
On the first two sample I could not tell what I was looking for, but the rest were oh so clear. Good findings keep up the good work. Sorry I am not going to try any of your solutions though. I feel it is too toxic and would do damage, but I do appreciate that you want to help and tried to help.

I'll do the same today too. And I'll get pictures. Will you also take pictures of the "critters on your sock"? And I'm glad you're going to see this by doing this "tester", because I know the insects that come by the thousands are not trying to parasitize my socks, right? They're attracted like you'd not believe, from the smells we are secreting.

It may tell us we are litterally yummy to buggies or it may tell us we have a stick foot, one foot that stinks more than the rest of our feet. LOL

Hi Amyfye
Some folks believe Morgellons is caused by a stealth virus delivered by bug bites. Also bug bites carry bacterial infections. Anything that bites you carry's reprecutions whether man or beast, or bug so there is concern for with when bitten all the time by all these bugs we are attracting they are added more illness on to what we already are battling so we need to battle the bugs that harm our skin and all the co-infections they bring on us by biting us. So its nice to have some proof that bugs are involved for some folks, but not everyone who has Morgellons has bugs. I know of 2 hear that did not and there are probably more then that.
Personally my belief for now is that GMO foods knocked out my intestines and open the door for contamination to mold and fungus. Once saturated with those the bugs were attracted. From there I gained the tag a longs which may or may not include stealth virus, Morgellons, and Lyme's and who knows what else. I am not sure about others and what GMO foods they went whole hog on, but I went through a year of Sun chip. The small bags you throw into a lunch box. I know another women who defeated her Morgellons that went through the exact same thing with the sun chips. Seem my colon went down the toilet after that and then years later I ended up here. Just a theory I turn over in the mind till something drags me in another direction. lol

What is the purpose of the sock test? How is his gonna help any of us sufferers The sock test is to show (that within our body) we have a "contaminant" of some kind. That contaminant "secretes/sweats out" of our pores. We have hundreds of thousands of pores on our skin. Insects eat bacteria of all kinds, fungus too. Insects don't "parasitize" socks. But, when we rub "our secretions from our pores" onto the socks, insects will "then" be attracted to the socks. So, what does that determine? It proves (whatever is coming out of us) insects adore/love. How does it help us? It's a way to dissect Morgellons into facets, so each facet can be examined. This "test" can help us see lots. Because "it's the secretions" that are the attractant, and the sock test proves this. In fact, many people report having "varieties" of insects. That makes sense too, because insects are different in different parts of the world. Many are the same, but if a person has varieties, it really might be coming from their environment, as the insects are only attracted to "our new smell". The big question should be (imho) what is the "contaminant" WE HAVE in our body that keeps attracting them.

Now that your thinking about that Amyfye think about this, take this into consideration,
This disease attacked me 40 years ago while I was in service in Asia during the Vietnam war, it was not only the Vietnam Veterans that were getting sick with all kind of reactions on and in their body's, but it was other soldiers not even stationed in Vietnam.
I brought this disease home with me, bug bite, sexually transmission, water born, I do not know.
The thing that seems most prevalent was sexual transmission and the overuse of antibiotics mutating even the most simple disease into monsters that the human body could no longer fight.
The only other thing that all the men took part in was inoculations, lets not leave that out.
Maybe maybe not, still I know where and when this disease started as I watched as it slowly got going, I watched as others mimicked my issues, I watched literally as the health and skin of Americans changed.
All you need to do is go by any VA hospital and take just a quick glance around and you will know I am right about where this started. There will be no question in your mind when you look at these dying men and women just where this started.
Their skin and nervous systems spell it out for you, many can barley walk, the rest all have mental and skin issues or all the above.
Oh please do not take my word for it, just go and see who the most decapitated people by far in America are.

Toni, one of my experiments was to wipe the fluid from a lesion with a sock that had I had worn. The sock was immediately placed into a thick ziplockfreezer bag for protection from secondary contamination. After a few months, the sock upper rings were all destroyed and missing.my perception is that whatever life form that was in the lesion, ate the cotton sock material. All my pics are of living creatures and the bottom pic is of a creature that was very tiny but was biting my forearm and it had a lot of company. Many new morgies show that the ankle area is the first to be attacked. Is one bug responsible for the onslaught? I think not but then I don't know enough to say that one alone is the primary vector. I will say that before long this mystery will be solved by someone, maybe by one or all of us.We all cerrtainly hope so.While I feel and while i understand that I have a lot of info and resource concerning this disease,I do not have as much as some of the professional labs.

How about just a tiny video of these things moving and coming out of the skin, or how about a little video showing where they came from and it would be nice if they are still alive, or like I mentioned, maybe or morgellons are killing them which means we will be bugless by proxy we will not have to lift a finger.
I do not have masses of bugs after me, and I check my fluids, blood, excrement, saliva and urine, for such items, why am I special I wonder.
Do not get me wrong, I have found A, A as in one live living parasite in my urine, still I have found no more, meaning what, I do not know.
This I took the time to find with a camera hooked to my microscope, lots of work PROVING what others just may assume from thoughts.
Proving things is intensive work, it takes many many hours and then when your getting a few more ideas there are more questions to answer,
If you are lucky and come to some form of convoluted answer there are still questions to be asked of this, all the while someone stands by yelling they know the answer to everything, boy does that make any work you do seem wasted and useless.
All the quick easy answers are poo

Toni replys: Yes, I believe it. Insects eat fabrics all the time. All kinds of insects eat stuff we'd not even think about. Termites eat wood, or chew through it and ants, (I had an ant farm months ago) and they ate through panty hose I'd first covered the holes on the ant farm with.
I didn't know ants could eat through nylons like that, and the way I found out was (seeing the ants all over the floor in the house here) and then I saw the ant farm's air holes (that I'd covered with nylons) were all chewed out- by the tiny little ants I had.
All my pics are of living creatures and the bottom pic is of a creature that was very tiny but was biting my forearm and it had a lot of company. Many new morgies show that the ankle area is the first to be attacked. Is one bug responsible for the onslaught? Scrap, I totally understand what you mean.
And I know too, that I sure can't speak for anyone else either. I am only reporting to you all "what I have seen" with my own eyes.
I know we're all probably seeing different "facets" of this (thing) we have. So imho, nobody is wrong, we just ALL have different puzzle pieces.

Toni,in my ant farm, the tiny ants use the Morgellons life form to do their work.they are, in my opinion, farming the fiber material for their own benefit. It's a dangerous tradeoff as i have seen the ants go to drink and then the fibers will wrap them up and after that the phorid flies cut off the head.Often the spidermites are down inside the carcass.

All the quick easy answers are poo In over three years of staring at what there is to be seen with several microscopes...to a max mag of appx 600x .. enabling me to "see" down to appx one micron objects.. I have observed only one species of bug...and even then only on the skin..despite thoroughly investigating stool, urine, saliva.. and whatever other fluids and secretions I can dredge up. One species..mites..Demodex follicularum..and even then only about 5 specimens total. Thats it. A few wee arachnids located in their normal habitat/feeding zone..facial skin. Nothing notable about this..just about everyone has a few of these ...freeloaders. I do not know what to make of the stories of people constantly finding insects digging/tunneling out of their body...this is a phenomena that I have not yet personally observed. Just as well..I have my "plate" full as it is, thank you very much. *OTOH..I suspect that not everyone has had the experience of having multicolored fiber tangles in their urine...or what looks like micro sized fiber optic cables ....or [relatively]thick wires in the urine and stool. Does everyone have millions of tiny "particles that grow fibers" in their urine? If they have, they are keeping pretty darn quiet about it. Maybe everyone did not get the same "loadout" of "morg weapons". There seems to be quite a bit of "randomness" involved with the expression of this "disease". ** I do not consider all the various permutations of morg fibers and threads to be insect or worm life. There are many people who insist on calling them "worms". I really wish that would stop...if the fibers do not correlate to the established definition of a wurm/annelid/helminth/whatever sort of worm..then do not attach the "worm" tag on them. I have seen entirely too many thousands of fibers grow from the gel that is exuded by some species of bacteria to consider the fibers to have anything to do with the established definitions of insect/bug/wurm..or. There is no insect involved in producing the fibers [transparent "cellulose" fibers or the brightly pigmented ones.] The "fibers" that are circular in cross section and resemble C. pulmoni are a puzzlement. Yes, they resemble C. pulmoni even to their pigmentation..but has anyone proven that they ARE some variant of C. pulmoni? [do not "real" C. pulmoni move? I have never seen one of those [usually C shaped "things"] move..at all. Ever. So much confusion. In the words of the Prophet Pooh: "Oh, Bother!" .
