Hi, KMar: I had thought of that, but I don't feel it would be fair to the people who worked so hard to put them together for everyone's benefit. No problem Violet ---- Found this explanation from Dr. Wymore to share with other morgies who are interested in learning about what is happening with fiber research. It can be found on this thread: lymebusters.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=rash&thread=14310

So, we produce the AChE enzyme naturally in the human body and now the pesticides contain an artificially bioengineered AChE from insect DNA, the fly, in particular? And, it's possible that the artificial AChE is interfering with our natural production to create amyloid fibers? Since some has been researched and written on amyloid fibers, maybe we should look in this area more and see if there's anything that can help us there? I remember that certain cookware might increase your chances of getting Alzheimer's disease? I've been studying the cookware here and we're using some older skillets that the coating has chipped off and am wanting to purchase some stainless steel cookware soon. The way I'm looking at this is - if we have a 'fiber disease' and there's another disease linked to fibers, well... we don't want two fiber diseases, do we? We need to pay attention to this other disease, too. We don't have a product safety thread yet, do we? Here's a good article: www.sierraclub.org/sierra/200409/hearth.asp

Big Pharma Scores Big Win: Medicinal Herbs Will Disappear in EU coto2.wordpress.com/2010/09/21/big-pharma-scores-big-win-medicinal-herbs-will-disappear-in-eu/"Big Pharma has almost reached the finish line of its decades-long battle to wipe out all competition. As of 1 April 2011—less than eight months from now—virtually all medicinal herbs will become illegal in the European Union. Big Pharma and Agribusiness have almost completed their march to take over every aspect of health, from the food we eat to the way we care for ourselves when we’re ill. Have no doubt about it: this takeover will steal what health remains to us."

I was just talking with Jeany about how we might want to order a book on herbs in nature and possibly some seeds and start an herb garden or at least educate ourselves a little on the subject? It looks like they are driving us to that. At the rate things are going, I would not doubt that all of the sales of herb books or the seeds will be banned next? lol What does this remind me of?
It reminds me of the history of man repeating itself and reversing - the first period of history when the women were the nurturers and healers. The race survived millions of years under a matriarchy and then the men decided that they needed a patriarchal society and to burn all the witches for dabbling with herbs, thus the medical societies were formed and here we are - with man-made disease and since they've run everyone else off, and are trying to abolish herbology, once again. They've made us dependent on them to help us, under their control... and what do they do - yes, seemingly initiate a plan to harm us all and then ignore us in the process. Are we not living and witnessing being ignored at a time of a distressing illness, they are cutting their teeth on us, it will probably just get worse and by abolishing herbs - we'll have nowhere to turn.
From the Hippocratic Oath:
"I will come for the benefit of the sick, remaining free of all intentional injustice, of all mischief...
If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art, respected by all men and in all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot."

I didn't know that Scientists have a Hippocratic Oath also: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hippocratic_Oath_for_Scientists"Sir David King In 2007, the UK government’s chief scientific advisor, Sir David King, laid out a ‘universal code of ethics' for researchers across the globe.[5] The UK government has already adopted them. The seven principles of the code, intended to guide scientist's actions, are: Act with skill and care in all scientific work. Maintain up to date skills and assist their development in others. Take steps to prevent corrupt practices and professional misconduct. Declare conflicts of interest. Be alert to the ways in which research derives from and affects the work of other people, and respect the rights and reputations of others. Ensure that your work is lawful and justified. Minimise and justify any adverse effect your work may have on people, animals and the natural environment. Seek to discuss the issues that science raises for society. Listen to the aspirations and concerns of others. Do not knowingly mislead, or allow others to be misled, about scientific matters. Present and review scientific evidence, theory or interpretation honestly and accurately." Uh huh...

I popped in on this youtube yesterday and just thought about how appropriate it is to describe what is happening in a lot of sectors. Even though she mentions the Iran Contracta affair, this could apply to any field/subject, including our doctors and scientists?: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVPH1rRH3Sg

I'm going to post this topic here because I have talked about it here earlier in this thread about how I lost my home and everything to this dreaded disease. I know of one other person here on the boards that is facing what I just went through. She is no longer able to work and her family depends on her husband's income, which is barely enough to pay the necessary bills to exist, they are struggling to make ends meet and keep their home. I don't know of any others who have actually lost their home due to undiagnosed illness, but I suspect the numbers are out there and probably growing? Anyone know anyone? I have a bad taste in my mouth about a lot of things, some of them are specifically happening there and some are happening around the world. I am angry about how we are constantly under attack by the environmental toxins, they are in our water, air, food, soil... they are raining down on our homes destroying them, slowly but surely, even the building materials are toxic inside. At the same time, costs keep going up, the cost of my property taxes went up 40% the last year, the cost of heating, electricity... they keep gouging us, the cost of everything... at the same time, fewer jobs, no cost of living increases... It's all in the news that the banks are raking in on foreclosures at alarming rates. It makes me wonder - how many of these people are sick, not being treated by their doctors, not able to do much of anything to help themselves?, to stop their roof leaks, to eliminate the mold, to run the mice out, to grow a garden...? How many have Morgellons-like or CFS-like diseases where they are not able to function and are bed-ridden for months on end, are alone and sick trying to cope, have gone to their doctors for help and received no nor minimal care? If you are in the business of backing mortgages, this must be a windfall? My home hasn't been treated for a major fungal/mold issue, the banks simply put new carpet down throughout the house, covering up the problem and are re-selling it to the next person. Sell someone a home, they pay on it 10 years or so, they get sick... can't pay their mortgage, the bank re-claims it and sells it again and again. No one ever gets their house paid for... they win and we die. Homeowners Get The Boot For Bad Paperwork While Banks Get Millions For Same www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/10/29/money-first-questions-later_n_776135.html

I couldn't find the recent nano thread, so I'll put this here: Nanowire-armed bacteria are more than alive www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39631457/ns/technology_and_science-science/"Bacteria can grow nanowires that resemble electrically conducting hairs to share energy, take a collective breath and perhaps even communicate, a new experiment reveals. The Shewanella oneidensis bacteria were seen in action as living biological circuits for the first time by researchers, who tested the ability of the microbes to close a circuit between microscopic electrodes. Fewer than 10 studies on the subject have been published, according to co-author Yuri Gorby of The J. Craig Venter Institute in San Diego, who discovered nanowires in Shewanella."

I thought this important to bring over here and re-post it, a duplicate from the Detox Thread by Jeany: I normally salt and pepper my food before eating. I usually use sea salt and with all the toxins in the seas and if you look at the process of how salt is made... well... I'm switching to Himalayan salt to see if that makes a difference... I'll let you know. Your Salt may be Killing Youwww.naturalnews.com/030313_salt_health.html"Table salt: Table salt is bleached and processed with excessive heat that alters the natural chemical structure and destroys essential trace minerals. Hazardous molecules such as iodine and fluoride are added along with toxic substances like aluminum hydroxide (used as an anti-moisture additive). Sea Salt: Unfortunately, many of our lakes and oceans are loaded with toxic poisons like mercury, PCBs and dioxin. Oil spills can toxify a lake or ocean's salt stores for decades after the incident. Over 85% of all sea salt producers are using a refining process for their salt production. Based on this understanding it is wise to assume that sea salt can no longer be trusted as a pure source of essential salts. Himalayan Salt/Pink Salt: Natural pink salts are known for their essential trace minerals and their ability to regulate cellular fluid balance. Contrary to popular belief these salts do not elevate blood pressure. Their ability to regulate fluid balance allows them to naturally stabilize blood pressure at a healthy and supportive level for the body. Some of the other benefits of pink salts include: Promoting blood sugar health Energy Production (hydro-electrical) Absorption of food particles Supports vascular & respiratory health Promoting sinus health Prevention of muscle cramps Promoting bone strength Regulating your sleep & moods Supporting your libido Enhances immune function Stabilizes heart rate & blood pressure Extracts excess acidity Pink salts provide a great remedy for asthma and allergy symptoms as well. The salts have a unique ability to unplug the thick mucus secretions in the lungs & stop overflow of nasal secretions when water is plentiful. Taking it as a natural anti-histamine, one can drink 2-3 cups of purified water with a pinch of healthy salts. If you crave salts, you are typically in need of trace minerals. Follow your instincts and use a bit more pink salt on your foods. If you have no craving for salts then only use small amounts of pink salts." We've been using Himalayan Salt for cooking and spicing for a while now and I've noticed that it takes away craving for other unhealthy salty fatty foods such as chips, crackers..etc. It could also be a good alternative for those who feel reluctant in doing the Vitamin C/Salt therapy I've mentioned before due to possibly elevated blood pressure. I also wanted to add that even if that Lymephoto site may not be of reputable source that salt protocol really did it's job for me! Jeany"
