I found something more scary.... I put a lint roller on my skin. My skin is clear, so as it seems. Then taking the sheet I look under the microscope. I see flakes of skin. In one corner I see the black speck and sometimes it's blue or red. The fiber seems to also grow under the flakes of skin. If it were to multiply that way... maybe it would be the reason why it's so hard to exterminate.
Can someone please do this also and I will show you what I mean ...will figure this new scope out to post this weekend. Take a lint roller and look under the scope. What do you see??? Do you see also the black dots, or really small red dots of a fiber with the skin flakes??

Simone,
What I've done several times when I feel the tinglies on my legs sitting here at the computer is, I'll take scotch tape and blot my legs with it - then I just run the scotch tape under the scope.
Tiny tiny black specks are my culprit for the tinglies on my legs. I believe I feel the "crawlies" on them due to these tiny black specks exiting my skin.
I have taken these black tiny specks and applied rubbing alcohol on them in a bottle cap lid, and watched them shake and shimmy for about 15 seconds, and then it's like all the "shaking energy" they possessed ran out.
I've seen this many times.
It was as though a chemical reaction was happening, but what I found interesting was the fact that they shook and shimmied as much as they did when the alcohol hit them.
And for them to "run out of energy" well.....they're something to this, and I wish we knew.
They also reminded me of "carbon particles" but, that's only an assumption, because they could be magnetite or even something else.

Honey colored crusting on the skin or scalp is usually thought of as (Favus).
But, with a Demodex mite infection, it's not favus.
Please read.
J Am Acad Dermatol. 2007 Aug ;57 (2S):S19-S21 17637363 Cit:3 Scalp demodicidosis mimicking favus in a 6-year-old boy. [My paper] Alejandro García-Vargas, Jorge Arturo Mayorga-Rodríguez, Cecilia Sandoval-Tress
Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis are obligatory ectoparasites of the pilosebaceous unit in humans.
Although most people are infested with these mites, only a small number develop clinical symptoms of demodicidosis.
We report a case of demodicidosis in a 6-year-old boy who had lesions on the scalp, forehead, neck, and anterior chest for 18 months.
Our clinical diagnosis at the time was favus.
The microscopic examination of the hair in a 10% potassium hydroxide preparation showed no fungal spores or hyphae, but many eggs and adult mites of D folliculorum.
The patient was treated with oral ivermectin and topical permethrin, and the lesions resolved completely. Demodicidosis is a rare disease that can clinically mimic favus and other crusted scalp dermatoses in children.

And this person for 5 years. lib.bioinfo.pl/pmid:14576651(this link has to be copied and pasted into browswer) or it won't work. The skin manifestations progressed and persisted for the following 5 years and were unresponsive to numerous antiparasitic treatments, including repeated oral administration of ivermectin and external application of lindane, permethrin, and benzoyl benzoate. Therapy with oral administration of 250 mg metronidazole 3 times a day for 2 weeks resulted in rapid and lasting recovery. Demodex folliculitis remains a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Antiparasitic therapies used against lice or scabies may fail in control of D folliculorum mites. In the presence of clinical and microscopic findings typical of Demodex folliculitis or abscesses, treatment failure with acaricidal agents does not exclude the diagnosis.

Hi Doc
Hope you are doing better. Glad to see you back around. Still at it with the F-6. I really need to do that this evening in the shower. I do have my shower routine for the evening cut down in half, because of the mustard. It is so much harder for the bugs now that 50 percent of the time I do not need to kill hands full of bugs. If I just get a bite or two I substitute the evening shower for spray the head down with a light mustard mixture and get wet head to toe, and apply the mustard lotion and do not get to much all night. Have very few in the morning shower to kill off.
Last week or a few days ago I had girl scout cookies and got a lot of the worms that crawl off the crown onto the face into the eyes and others coming up and into the ears and nose. It was the smallest cycle attack I ever had but felt a little panic and had to take extra steps that night in the shower and next morning. That was the first time that just 2 showers ever killed off a batch like that. In the past it would have been much worse invasion and it would have took me 3 days so about 6 showers to kill them all off. Nice change. I think the mustard helps kill or pull out the disease beside dries up the bugs that attack.

Morgellons disease could be caused by mitesRichard Fagerlund Wednesday, March 21, 2012Q: I am being eaten alive by mites. I think these teeny-weeny, black/gray specs are bugs. I thought bed bugs, but I see no blood anywhere (except on my body, where I scratch myself in the morning. I have to use a lamp and glasses to see them. My husband thinks I'm being neurotic - he doesn't have any bites nor itches, and sleeps next to me. - E. H., San FranciscoA: Twenty years ago, I would get a call a month about someone with "imaginary" bugs crawling on them. Most pest control people would get these occasional calls as well. We called it delusional parasitosis, and recommended a psychologist. About 10 years ago the calls increased to one a week or so and now I am getting them almost on a daily basis. This is no longer a psychological problem. This article appeared on page E - 7 of the San Francisco Chronicle Read more: www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2012/03/20/DDQV1NMP0L.DTL#ixzz1qCXd97Ft

Hi Ginna, one Doctor I went to some years ago told me I was causing my lesions & I got upset with this guy & he had the nerve to tell me oh ya! I see it all the time, well, I kinda flipped out on this jerk I'm sure he need to use the men's room after I left, I feel this is why we are not getting a diagnosis from the C D C other then the same, if Doctor's keep diagnosing all these people as D O P it makes me wounder if we will get real help, I hope I'm wrong

Hello to everyone--boy am really behind in the eight ball and miss you guys! I have been having computer problems as well..finally comcast came out and reset the cable box but he said there was something wrong with my laptop internet connections--2nd new Dell laptop [low end]
Have had many other issues too especially in the biofilm / insect area; many worms, white flies, red larva and some kind of creamy larva sticking to the root of my hair and upwards. STICKY.. is putting it mildly. Film coming out of me is nothing like I have ever experienced and cannot seem to wash it off--very slimy even after bathing in tub and/or showering. Am drinking lots of lemon and cayenne water in hopes to break it up...
Also bought the F-8? and this left my hair sticky as well, leaving my hair tangled in knots so that my scalp was an easy target for more bites--STILL, the bright red burning ears and loss of hair around my temples and ears. Can't seem to penetrate these layers and guess the F8 enzyme mix is not for me? I was going to address this with Gordon soon as perhaps I was doing this incorrectly. Also was told years ago by Safe Solutions that enzymes stop working after dry--anyone ever hear of this?
Am trying to get outside help but how does one tell another about this disease without freaking them out? 'Oh, btw, I need you to help gas my car, spray and scrub the film growing all over the condo, etc."
And btw, speaking of gassing...I again tried a strong solution of MMS in my car as this too, is still an issue for me. I turned on the heater and stood outside of the car to watch within 10 minutes, fungal gnats fly out of the cracks of my door, trunk, air filter area; saw several huge long strands of webbing start to come out as well and then the fungal gnat followed, flying out with webbing still attached! Boy wish I had my camera rolling then since the sun was shining just right on the web strand...
My hope was to get healthier before my daughter's wedding this June--but am still battling hair loss major peeling and biofilm and being uncomfortably bitten all the time by these flying white flies or whatever parasite this is..stings and burns like the dickens.
Still somehow keep going but look like a walking corpse...even J. Hopkins--waste of time/money but did this for my family. Turns out the doctors I was assigned to, don't even believe in chronic Lyme!!
Wish I could contribute more--one thing I just read was that glycerin [so this silver gel with glycerin I used might have been counter productive!!!--must tell Freaky!] contributes to fungal growth--look up what they say about the astroglide's ingredients. Was shocked. This is contrary to carnicom's findings but think this is just in the realm of topicals nor do I think this fungal aspect has been studied very much?
Depending on body chemistry and where you are with this illness?, but think Toni's suggestion of acids is a good one--acids have always helped me better than anything else and initially learned in microbiology that an acidic skin is the first line of skin defense; still, others have been helped by baking soda?-a strong alkaline. Anyway, thanks Toni--good videos--I probably have the same but can't bear to look anymore.
Well, thanks to everyone's contributions and will check back in soon!
Love Pdidit

Hi Pdidt
Sure wish this mess would leave you alone. I would have loved to see footage of the Nat's flying off with webbing attached. Reminds me so much of the webs flying over my fence for two years with intentional maneuvering that had nothing to do with the wind.
Oh I hope you can get the computer problems fixed. That is a lot of stress on your plate all at once. Take care and hope you are able to kick the extra stuff.

Hi Pdidit, I'm sorry you're going through so much too, and a wedding coming up too, which that's wonderful, but I sure can relate to how you're feeling about everything. It *seems* any stress at all, really sets us back even more so. It's so difficult trying to not let this scourge get the best of us, when we don't even know what we really should do or actually what we're really dealing with for certain. And your car! OMG, I wish too that we could have seen all that. I've found...not that I know this "for sure" because I don't, but from what I've seen - over and over again, it's like "the particles and flakes that come out and off of our skin" is what are the most inticing desirable smells and tastes to bugs. I wonder if you can put some potpourri of herbs that have potent smells, like oregano or clove or cinnamon in little bags in your car under the seats and in the glove box, if that can help keep the critters from smelling what might be in there, (the stuff that's fallen off you). I say that because over the last many years of this, anything I set outside that has "our smell on it" from Morgellons infection, critters of all kinds go for it, and fast too. It's like "whatever is coming out of us" is more than attractive to the bugs. I sure hope the best for you.

Love Pdidit Hi there, P: I am so very sorry to hear all of the things you are dealing with. Poor thing! I just want to let you know that Dr. John Aucott at Hopkins is a Lyme specialist. I don't know if he's one of the docs you saw or not, but you might want to contact him if not. Just be aware that he carries with him quite a superiority attitude. Just pray and be braced for it and determine that with the Lord's help you will not let him intimidate you and that you keep in focus that you may get some helpful information from him. Not about morgs--but perhaps about Lyme.

Pdidit, coconut oil after f-8 is applied should be of some help, 1 & 1/4 teaspoon may be too much, for me I use 1 teaspoon only after 4 hours or so or when I feel like it I apply virgin coconut oil that helps, if your mixing too much f-8 you could feel sticky for a while witch I didn't like, so far it's, I apply it shower it off in two days 2 to 3 days with coconut oil then I reapply, be well all & hope things work out for you pdidit, it did take me a while to get use to it, I don't soak any body part I just mist & rub in, after 8 or 10 application my back & legs broke out but the new break out of lesions did dry up after a while & seems to have dried up all lesions, at first it did take me a while to get use to the feel of it, then I found what works best for me witch is 1 teaspoon & I don't have long hair so it's not much of a problem there, Bam has used it longer then I, seeing I kept getting colds & flu's I would not use it till I was better, the F product did make me tired at times I feel this might happen because I had C F S since 1993 & morgs since late 2004, I asked Bam how he was doing with this on the f-7 thread, take care & be well

oh my--have started this post 4 times and have lost the page each time!
First Toni--thank you for the info/ideas, but apart from the fungal gnat, it seems like these other critters that sting my ears are not deterred by any smells other than clorox, acids, mms, lemon juice works but only if they come into contact. Most herbs are are not a deterrent and they contaminate them. Think they are probably a separate parasite ? airborne critter in addition to the fungal gnat but? They are a nuisance as well. I wonder what would deter fungal gnats? Seems like each critter has a completely different set of characteristics, likes, dislikes, that sets it apart from the other. I want one fix and there is no one fix. Feel like the most I can do is wear protective creams like your glycolic acid--am going to try that one, thanks. And I am also going to bring my camera next time I gas my car!
Hi Violet--thanks for the info. My dr.s name is Dr. Paul Auwaerter and he too has a superiority attitude--doesn't feel like Igenex labs is an accredited lab either. Just about the most conservative dr. I have ever seen. Did not go to J hopkins for this reason but he was assigned to me after gastroenterologist saw me. Will finish up these battery of tests and be done with it because I doubt this guy has an open mind to look at things like my hair root etc that would give some obvious clue to abnormalities. matter of fact, I mentioned this to him and he suggested a dermatologist--I am not going to bother, esp. with the luck I have had so far with dermatologists. Seem to be the most clueless...could go on and on about the absurd suggestions and care I received from these doctors. Did you get help from your Dr. with regards to lyme? I am open to lyme suggestions but was treated long ago and Dr. Paul Auwaerter doesn't believe in long term lyme therapy. So I wonder why he is even having me retake this test [and from labcorp]. I believe I need long term antibiotic/antifungal therapy--confusing though since you hear morgs people getting better with long term antibiotics/fungals etc, but that long term antibiotics supposedly doesnt cure lyme--apparently just goes dormant until you are off of the antibiotics...?
Hi Harry Thanks for the suggestions --will check into the F-7 thread and see what people are doing also...do most who have tried this with successful results, have insects as well? Again, think this critter causing the stinging business with me needs a certain enzyme maybe different from the other more common insects.
Thanks everyone for your input!!!
