Oh by the way, I pee'd in a cocktail glass(I wanted to get a real good view) and held it up to the light and looked in with magnifying glass. You are right, tiny white floaters everywhere.Almost looked like millions of drops of mucas. And there were some black fibers as well, but did not know if all this came from the inside of the glass itself or what. Do you think it is my antibiotics doing this? Probably not. I remember when I was younger, I peed in a glass and lookd at it through the light and it was clear. Now, cloudy but with something undectable to the labs but obious to the magnified eye.

Bug in a rug, you sound like such a good mom. I am sorry your little one has to go through this. I am praying for all of us, maybe someday soon we will be healed.

When I first noticed that something was really wrong, and started getting the crawlies, I was so freaked out thinking it was something i was eating, that I stopped eating and dropped two dress sizes(the only benefit of this disease) Then, later on, i started eating too like i hadn't eaten in weeks. I feel like my body craves bread and sweets and don't know how to counter the cravings. Ialmost feel sick if I don't eat it, faint like.

Prevenge, i don't know if this relates but i have noticed that my blood is different. It coagulates very quickly. When I was in the hospital five years ago, I had intravenous and it kept clogging up and the nurse would "pop the clutch" (you nurses know what I mean) and push the clot through. Now with my dentist recently, for my root canal, I was shaking inside and scared that this disease would not let the nova-cane work, so I told my doctor to give me a good dose, which he did, and guess what? Yep, I did not get numb enough and felt a lot of the awful drilling. I made them stop and numb it again. My blood has changed. I noticed it is stringy. Maybe that is why our lesions don't get pus and why they don't heal too. So, maybe that has something to do with why we don't get as sick, perhaps the germs die in the blood. )Chicago Bonnie

I have been taking t his minocycline and tinidizole for almost three years now and it has given me back my life, well most of it anyway. I am in agreement about mixing. I have this saying, if it's not broke, don't fix it. And so, since this works for me, I want to continue on taking it. I found a doctor in Maryland that will treat Morgellons and I spent an hour with him on the phone today. He was impressed with Dr. Busse(who has retired now)protocol, said she was right on par. Fact is he is going to try to contact her to see if she would be interested in helping to research this disease. That being said, I am going to see this doctor next month. He is giving me a new test C56? I think that is what he said. But the best part is he is in agreement with what I am taking and that for me is a huge blessing. The last few doctors I saw wanted to take a bunch of tests all over again and they did not believe the Morgellons stuff. I am happy happy happy that I have finally found someone close to my state to help me out and I can quite the worrying now. I think we are close to the end of this disease and soon the truth will be known and the right treatment will be given to all of us. Happy in Illinois tonight, Chicago Bonnie

I don't know if I should talk about this here, but did not know where else to go. I found a site that will let me order Minocycline and Tinidazole without a script. It seems safe enough. Has anyone out there had a friend or family member order any bad scripts from online? I started to pay for them but thought I had better get back here and ask you. Chicago Bonnie

Jody, I am sad to hear about Trish and the motherinlaw, so sad to be so young and so smitten with disease. My prayers are with her tonight at bedtime and if she ever wants to talk, she can email me and maybe have a cup of coffee with tears. Blessings to you dear lady, may God grant us peace and a merciful healing. Blessings, ChicagoBonnie

GD, yeah, I really do live here in Chicago and the weather here the last two weeks is brutal and bitter cold. But, the snow, oh the blanket of snow, so beautiful to behold. I thank God for my eyesight and I can see the beauty of it all(shivering as I look out my window) I was not born here, I am from Ohio, and my grand parents are from West By God Virginia, so I guess that make me a hillbilly. I gots the hillbilly temper too, and I know how to hunt, fish and trap. ha. And I am the oldest of nine kids, and we are all crazy. You should here our get togethers, whoopen and hollerin. Even though my upbringing was ugly, my siblings and I love each other a lot. It's funny, we can talk about each other, but no else is allowed to do that otherwise we attack and defend. If we ever get attacked by terrorists, we are all meeting in the hills of West Virginia. Hows that for a plan. So, heres to the hills. Amen, Amen. Blessings to you, ChicagoBonnie

I wasn't on line much the last few days, however just wanted to say that my emails don't get commented on very often either. I too have felt offended. I just figured that I am not amusing enough or have the right gift of gab/jive However, no matter what, I know that I am loved and still important. And so their rejection is just that their rejection and is limited to this board. Also, I don't know about you, but I was rejected and neglected as a kid, and now when other reject me, I tend to merge that feeling with my past which magnifies the hurt inside. I do a lot of self talk to keep myself in check. I think I do OK, but there are times it gets away from me. I love to hear people ask for what they need. My mom always said "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" Glad to hear you reach out and ask for help, that is healthy. Stay, because you are loved here by most of us. Chicago Bonnie

Your on the cell listening to your client babble about who knows what. You need to get going for another appointment but first you must locate your phone. Your keep listening to your client blah blah blah all the while your frantically silently searching your house top to bottom, thinking where is that phone? I gotta get out of here. Then it dawns on you. You stop and realize your left hand is holding the cell to your ear. Hahaha. And you shake your head, and continue talking to your client on the phone and walk out the door with a smile on your face because your just plain duh. CB

You know you have Morgellons if you:
check to see if anyone around you notices the rain of fibers floating off of you in the sunlight, and feel so freaked out.
you are out with clients and look down, and see last nights experiment with lotions that you mixed with chopped up colorful antiacids, still lacquered across the top of your left hand and it looks like lsome monster skn disease. (just happened today) and you wonder "did they see it?"
you now listen and sorta believe when others tell you about their far out weird stories and experiences. Stories that before you got sick you would have laughed at them, rolled your eyes and snickered and said they were nuts.

Well, I have been hanging out with my grandkids the last three years and they do not have it, and my old boyfriend of five years does not have it and he was around in the beginning when it was at its worst.

Peace little one. I hear your pain and my heart hurts for you. I want you to know we here on this board are all with you in your time of need.
My friend, we love you and are valuable to us. You have worth, and mean a lot to us. I ask you to stay here, not to go. We need you and your need us. We care about you and we would be sad if you left us. You have value whether you feel it or not.
Do not look to your feelings to make a decision because feelings are like the tide, they come and go. Stay here with us and go the distance.
May God have mercy upon you and grant you his peace that passes all understanding.
Blessings, Chicago Bonnie

I found her informative and delightful to listen too. Glad she is out there and did not give up. I do hope someone on board here reaches her and just maybe, she will respond to us and somehow help us find the answer to this mystery disease.

nottime, yes, keeping a journal is excellent, and i bought one at Bombay yesterday, marked down for five bucks. So, instead of give it as a present to someone else, i will be its recepient. I took my tests from Dr Busse(out of business now) to a doctor recently, and he did not even look at them, yet he was ordering more of what i already had in my folder. i just never went back to him. So, i am with you on taking the test results to the doctors, if nothing else, he can compare. CBonnie
