To all our friends and fellow sufferers, First, here's the important thing: Please know that just as surely as I'm typing these words, my dear wife KJ is fine. She is more than fine, she's dancing, singing, and rejoicing. All worldly suffering has ended. All tears have been wiped away. And that's the good news. She died (literally) in my arms.... and went straight into the loving arms of Jesus. She is safe. She is finally free. Coming into this forum many many years ago, as a total novice with this disease, many of you took us in and gave us the encouragement we so desperately needed to carry on. My KJ was willing to endure public scorn and disdain from doctors in order to bring some national exposure on Morgellons. To what degree did she succeed I will never know. What I do know is that due to the "Body Bugs" episodes we received hundreds of letters and emails from fellow-sufferers who were wasting away in secrecy. The word was out. They felt some liberation in no longer being alone in the dark. And, I believe that KJ and I did touch a few lives along the way. The past 12 months of KJ's life were the best she'd had. She grew stronger and even a bit self-assured. She'd started to feel pretty and like a girl again. She even started to drive (and as a surprise I bought her a little red car of her dreams). Our love for each other was beyond words. I have never felt such deep love for another as I have for my sweet Kathy. She had learned to play the bass guitar just so she could be in my band. She got SCUBA certified so she could dive with me down in the Keys. I learned to do stained-glass so I could do crafts with her. And that's how it was. Crazy glued at the hip. And she was the only person I ever wanted to be around with. So, she was doing really well..... and that's when I lost her. Now that I've had a few days to compose my thoughts, I can see that God spared her much suffering. She didn't die alone, she went quickly in a matter of seconds, and she was spared any type of long hospital stay with tubes and machines... wishing for death. These are blessings which only now I'm beginning to appreciate. But I shouldn't say I lost her. I know exactly where she is. She is in heaven in the presence of her lord and savior Jesus Christ where she will be for all eternity, and someday I will join here there. So, although my heart has been crushed to pieces and I am constantly mourning, I do not grieve as those who have no hope for I know I will see her again. One last note of thanks to those of you who have reached out to me during these dark and heavy days. I love you. I send out my best wishes and blessings to you all. Jose J Attachments:

Bannany: Yep, seems like ages that I've posted on this board. Truth be told, after KathyJ was healed, I experienced some crazy phobia about logging on here. Too many heartwrenching memories... I said it was crazy. But I do miss my friends and those who gave us such support. I'll pass along your sweet hello's.
Kammy: Not really sure what achieved her cure. She tried every dang thing that she could. You do that when you're desperate, right? My suspicion is that spending 1hr each day for two full years in a hyperbaric chamber certainly increased her ability to fight off "whatever" it was she had. That and that bible verse that says, the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away. Guess it was her time.

Nahh Scandi, I'm just grateful that my wife (KathyJ) is totally cured and has been bug-free for over two years now. Grateful doesn't begin to express my thankfulnes.
These products I'm offering are "leftover" from a protocol by Dr Hildy, which for obvious reasons we no longer need. They're sealed and in perfect condition.
My best to you.

Dear Bananny, Just a reminder of caution, as I'm sure you already know, but..... always "test" the spirits. And remember that the New Testament warns us of people who appear good, but in reality are false deceivers. Here's the passage that really makes me take a step back and really take a careful look: "... for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light..." (1 Cor 11:14) NIV So fight the good fight of faith. And yep, I fully agree with you, we are under some severe attacks from the evil one.

Kmarie, you don't need cable to watch UNIVISION.. it's on regular "air" stations as far as I know. Check you TV guide.

Will have a segment on Morgellons during their news program "Aqui y Ahora" (Here and Now). The program will be mostly in Spanish... or at least in Spanglish. Being interviewed are KJ, JoseJ, Dora Isabel, Dr Randy Wymore, a Morgellons patient from Colombia as well as the local doctor who's treating him, and others. Tuesday, Oct 13th, at 10:00 PM (Directv channel 402 or 403) but also check your TV listings because UNIVISION is usually carried by local stations. This program will air across America, South & Central America, and in Spain. Please alert your Spanish-speaking contacts.

ChiBon, What a heartfelt prayer! And I'm also praying for you and your grandchild. May the Lord bless that prayer request according to his perfect will. In Jesus name, Amen. Quick Update: This past weekend it was one step forward and two steps backwards. I'm sure you're all too familiar with that. You get your hopes up and then somehow you realize there's still a long way to go yet. On the other hand ( I'm going to share something extremely personal here) KJ and I have never been closer ever! I can honestly say that in our many years of being married we are more in love with each other than either of us can remember. This is truly a miracle from God. It's like we're silly 16 year olds with their first boy/girlfriend. I don't know how this has happened except that there have been many prayers said on our behalf. So, if nothing else, this has been like a fairy tale dream come true. We've gained a whole new perspective of what's really important in this life. Thank you Lord!

Hey all.... thank you so much for your replies... which just means that you guys care! I'm humbled by you reaching out to us.
She continues with her inability to sleep. This is going on for well over a month. Her mind just simply won't relax. The poor thing is just wound up tigher than a banjo string.
I've seen her go under... but just for a few minutes (no r.e.m sleep) and then WHAM! she's awake again. And crying.
Today some elders from our church came to KJ's bedside (at home) laid hands on her, anointed her with oil, and prayed over her.
We're not ignoring the medical issues... but we're leaning heavily upon the Lord to bring some relief.
Again, I'm just so grateful for each of you who has posted or pm'd me and who've uplifted her in prayer. Blessings to all.

They ordered an O & P !!!! Ha ha hahaahahahaha..... I'm laughing because O & P's are a joke. If it wasn't so serious, it would just be plain funny. Our doc ordered an O & P for KJ. Of course it came back "negative". We went berzerk and pleaded with the doc for a second O & P. He gave us a 2nd script. This time we took phorid fly parts, mosquito wings, roach legs, and a few springtails, crammed them into the stool sample, and returned the container back to the lab (Quest Diagnostics). Of course, it came back again "negative". We were fuming and asked the lab how in God's creation could this come back "negative" after we had crammed it full of bug pieces. They got all upset with us saying we'd done something unethical... but they never had the guts to explain how it was that their lab techs had missed all those bug parts. That's why I don't believe that O & P's are a reliable test. It's all in the hands of the lab tech.... and I don't know about how it is at your hospital, but here in Miami? Forget it. You'd have to slip a twenty-dollar bill under the table for the lab guy to really look at the sample. Hey! Just occurred to me... that ain't a bad idea! Grrrrrrr But I'm glad you're documenting the lesions. That was way smart of you!

Hey Suz, so glad you're back in your home! Gotta keep this short because right now I'm seriously considering taking KJ to the ER. It's a double-edged sword 'cause she may get worse if I don't take her.... on the other hand we're petrified of hospitals (for good reason). Anyway, I'm happy for you. Said a lotta prayers and kept in constant touch with Sid about you. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, you relax and get healthy. Blessings.

grsue,
I loved your post. I needed the comic relief. It actually made me laugh out loud. I'm still grinning ear to ear. So, for that I appreciate it. I needed a good belly laugh!
On the other hand, I don't think I could shove any charcoal pills down my wife's throat, she'd be so upset I'd be the one sleeping in the doghouse. But it was a great mental image! ;D

Emily,
I know exactly what you're saying. My wife (KJ) hears music also being generated from various appliances in our house. It sounds crazy but I know it's true.
Have you tried (as an experiment) turn off and unplug everything in your home... just for about 5 - 10 minutes... to see if you still hear the sounds? Big offenders are the refrigerator and the air-conditioner. Anything else that may have a fan like your computer, laptop, printer, etc... turn those off also. If you have lights with dimmers try to defeat them, not just turn the dimmer down, but actually turn it off it the dimmer has a little switch. If not, and you know how to do it, just flip off the circuit breakers.
Try that, then go lay down on your bed and be as still as you can be. Do you still hear the noises? Also, could the noise interference be coming from outside? Noisy road? High-tension electrical wires?
When KJ tries that... she gets instant relief. But then when we turn the a/c back on, she starts hearing the music. Yea, it can really frazzle your mind.

Hermano,
Six hours of sleep? Eight hours...? I could only wish.
She's averaging 15 minutes here, 30 minutes there, for probably a grand total of less than 2 hours a night.
She's tried Xanax, Ambien, Sonata, Belladonna... the list goes on... and yea these drugs do work a little but you end up paying the price later.
So she's really been good about trying to switch every prescription med over to a more natural and/or homeopathic supplement.
(Example: A doc recommended sipping a tea made from fresh basil. She said the basil gives off an enzyme that binds with the excess adrenaline and eliminates it. It hasn't worked 100% but slowly I can tell that her attacks have lessened in intensity.)
Thank you for your post and for thinking of her health. Muchas gracias.

Sky: No magnets around. Thanks for the B6 & B12 input. She took some liquid B complex today. Will continue. Thanks for researching this further.
Grady: Her heart rate is about 130 to 140. It stays up there for most of the day. That's like rabbit-fast. Humming to lower C02? What a novel approach. I'll definetly mention it to her.
KiKi: Never heard of POTS til now. But KJ does tend to be very tachy. What meds were you on to get immediate relief?
Pnut: Thanks for the PMs and your suggestions also. I'll follow up on the Dr consultation.
THANKS ALL! Even as I write this post she's just worried sick that it'll be one more night where she doesn't get any sleep. I know she'd give anything to be able to rest and recharge her wired body. Well I'm going to read some Psalms with her. Usually scripture has a calming effect. Please continue to send any recommendations. They're not falling on deaf ears. Blessings to all.

My KJ is suffering real bad.
Her heart is racing inside her chest... very fast... she feels like she's all adrenalized from her head down to her gut. The slightest electrical noise or power surge gives her a jolt like she's plugged into a 220 volt socket. This electrical stress makes also makes her have to pee or have a bm.
I've gone around the house and turned off & unplugged anything that's not necessary. About the only thing running is the refrigerator and the air conditioner.
But she's like a receptor that picks up every tiniest thing (even a police siren miles away, or a plane flying high overhead) and converts all those things into waves of energy. This is now affecting her mind and emotions. It's making her crazy frazzled. She can't even think straight enough to read her bible.
She's been like this for over two weeks with no relief. She can't slow down enough to even sleep more than 15 minutes at a time.
It's killing me to see her trembling and whimpering all day and night. No matter what herbs, supplements, teas, or even FIR therapy... nothing seems to take this away.
Does anyone have a clue what's going on with her? Is there anything to help? She's a frazzled mess. I'm in dire need of some help. Thanks everyone for your kind input.

Hey KFS:
I've lost lower-leg hair too. My legs were never as hairy as Toni's (maybe she's French or something exotic European.... haha) but only moderately hairy.. yet even.
At first I started losing the hair on my ankles. I thought it was because of the low sports socks that I usually wear. But then the hair-loss continued up to my calves.. and further up to just beneath my knees. Above the knees I still have my normal leg hair.
I look like I've used Nair on my legs. Smooth as a baby's behind. But really I'm clueless as to why that's happened. Another Morgellon's symptom maybe?

Sky and GG,
Skipping the scientific rationale... and simply getting to the anectodal:
My wife has become ultra-sensitive to anything electrical. I say "has become" because she used not to be this way before Morgs.
She suffers insanely whenever she gets near her laptop, or the dimmer switch on the wall, even the noise from the a/c and the fridge puts her on edge.
She would prefer to unplug and turn off all our appliances.
I know this sounds silly, but this has become a huge source of irritation and stress in her already overloaded life.
So, yea, I can tell you first-hand that this is 100% accurate info.
